Nhân viên phục vụ bữa sáng chưa tốt, bữa sáng nghèo nàn, ít lựa chọn. Tầng 11 bên dưới phòng ăn sáng nghe rất rõ tiếng kéo ghế mỗi buổi sáng/ tối rất khó chịu. Nên gia cố lại phần chân ghế để giảm tiếng ồn. Phòng ở rộng, sạch, nội thất sang trọng. Lễ tân, dịch vụ tại sảnh rất tốt. Xem tiếp

The hotel is quite new, and clean. Everything is quite good, and value for money. Just not good on location, very far to the city center, and take very long time to go there during peak time, the traffic is very bad in Hanoi during peak time. Xem tiếp

Hotel was hidden along a small lane, more accessible by foot than by cab. Staff were very friendly and eager to help. However, internet connection in room was often unstable and the buffet breakfast selection was limited. Overall satisfactory for a short stay for business. Xem tiếp

I had to leave at 5.30 am and asked for take away breakfast. I thought the reception would forget but she prepared it. Another receptionist took initiative to call me saking my departure time and arranged a taxi upon check out. Never been treated like this way before. Keep it up! Room is big and clean. I travel to different countries 3~4 times a year. I could stay in a good hotel every time because I read the booking reviews of the booking site for the hotel and made reservations. The London Hanoi Hotel, which I stayed at on this trip, was the best hotel with the kindness of the staff. I went to Hanoi for the first time last week. However, I had to make a reservation to find a hotel in London Hanoi because I had a problem with the hotel I had booked. I was worried because I did not know Hanoi well, but I didn't have to worry about Hotel condition. The hotel rooms were very clean and the breakfast was good. Location was slightly inside from big road, and it was a little disappointing that there was not convenience store around. The staff are so kind and want to give them more than 100 points. In particular, I am deeply grateful to Mr.Nguyen and Miss.Le for their kindness. Although there was a problem for a friend to forget his cell phone on this trip, London Hanoi's staff made this trip a fun and memorable trip. I will use this hotel again even if I visit Hanoi again. Good hotel if you are in this region of Hanoi for business. Helpful staff. On the negative side it is hard to find for many taxi drivers. Firstly, they make us wait 20mins for room check-in. Once we got the key, almost 80% of the room was vacant ( doors are open that's why I know) The room size was too small for me and city view was not great. I asked to upgrade and they charged me extra USD 30 per night for Junior Suite room. The size was much bigger in this room and it was not very great either. The water in the hotel smell metallic( suspect not clean), water heater not functioning well, some times you get warm and sometimes not. Shower head was rusty. Food selection was limited but eatable. customer service was the most concern for me. They were not many of the staff able to speak English. I was really struggle to communicate with them. The lift was really slow to catch. Especially when stay at highest floor. It may takes 10mins wait sometimes. The room was not sound proof you can hear noises early in the morning from upstair because the highest floor 12th is the cafe, people was pushing the chairs and it was really loud and noisy from 7am onwards. Sleep was not comfortable. Overall, I felt the hotel was overrated as 4 stars which I think they service is only 2 stars. Xem tiếp

Two issues, the hotel is no where near the centre and in an area with massive traffic congestion. Second, it was full of Chinese tourists, which means noise - lots of it. Open room doors, people in side talking VERY LOUDLY, noisy breakfast room etc.. A nightmare if you need to plan a day or sleep past 7.a.m. I booked for 3 nights, checked out after the first. Very nice staff, don't get me wrong, brand new hotel, but simply too noisy for me and difficult to get to/from because of the traffic. Xem tiếp
