Khách sạn quá tuyệt! Phòng dù không rộng rãi nhưng nhờ thiết kế lạ mắt, khiến căn phòng rất đẹp và nhìn hợp lý. Nó cũng khá gần phố cổ, đi xe đạp tầm 10-15p là đến nơi. Nói chung mình rất thích khách sạn này! Xem tiếp

Ong ba chu rat nhiet tinh va tot bung. Ba chu, chi Linh da ddai ca nha em mon Cau Lau rat ngon, an xong ma em van nho mai huong vi cua mon ddo. Nha em rat hanh dien duoc lam nhung vi khach dau tien cua khu nha moi xay. Phong rat rong va thoai mai, cay coi xung quanh rat huu tinh, tao cam giac than thien va gan gui voi thien nhien. Mình ở lại đây 2 đêm. Loc Phat có 3 phòng, mình và bạn thuê phòng khá rộng, so với giá 17$ đặt trên Agoda thì khá rẻ. Ở đây cực kì thoải mái, chị Linh chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình hướng dẫn mình những chỗ ăn đặc sản ở Hội An. Đây là lần đầu tiên mình ở Homestay và cảm thấy cực kì hài lòng. Ngoài ra mình còn được thuê xe đạp miễn phí trong suốt 2 ngày. Phải nói là Tuyệt vời ! Xem tiếp

Tôi ở Hội An 1 ngày và nghỉ tại Lộc Phát Homestay. Ở đây cách phố cổ 2km, và cách biển Cửa đại cũng 2km, bạn có thể đạp xe đạp vòng quanh phố cổ và ra bờ biển chơi, thật là thú vị. Ở Lộc Phát có 3 phòng, tôi được ở ngay phòng rộng nhất, mọi thứ cũng tiện nghi, có 1 điều duy nhất là bạn nên mua kem đánh răng mang theo. hihi. Chị chủ nhà ở đây rất nhiệt tình và hiếu khách, chị ấy sẽ chỉ bàn tường tận địa điểm ăn uống ngon ở phố cổ, mua sắm quà lưu niệm.... Nhận xét chung: rất OK Xem tiếp

Lovely clean rooms in a quiet location. Garden is beautiful and a great place to relax after a days' sightseeing. Friendly, helpful staff that go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend! Xem tiếp

Great value for the money. This is a quiet, lovely villa with the most hospitable staff anywhere. They speak good English and the breakfast was great. Hotel staff was able to give very good information regarding tours available and directions. Close enough to the walking street to go on foot. Xem tiếp

The villa/room was more than what I expected, especially for the price. We loved the bed and the design of the place, even the garden outside. The staff were so welcoming and nice, and Linh gave us a list of the best places to eat in the Old Town. Would go back here again. Xem tiếp

All in all, this hotel is very good value for money. We have been to Hoi An several times before, so the location outside of the old town didn't bother us. It would be more of an issue for first time visitors who want to experience the lanterns and old town every night without having to walk or cycle in. This hotel was the same price as a lower end hotel in town, and the value is so much better. The people who run this place are lovely. I have only two small negatives to mention: the bathroom is open to the rest of the room, so the toilet is quite public, and better quality towels would be a nice touch. The place is a bit outside the center of Hoi An but the Homestead rents bicycles for 1 USD a day. Use it as it is a bit far to walk. The rooms are very nice with hot shower. There is also shampoo and shower gel provided. The staff is incredible friendly and helpful. I would say in our terms it's nor a bed and breakfast not a homestay. This is a new place from the same family having also a homestead. So if you want to stay with a family you might have to use the other place. Xem tiếp

We had a great stay at Loc Phat. Can't fault the staff, decent breakfast cooked and prepared fesh. Only slight problem with the room, there was no door on the toilet, it was open to the room with a screen to hide it but not the smells! Hello, I have stayed here many times but the last time i had some mixed feelings about it which i truly regret. All the other years i would say this is my favourite place in South east Asia but now there were some issues with some staff members and the management could not handle this issues well enough. In the past there used to be more guidance for new staff because the owner was usually there or there would be experienced staff to control things. I did talk with the owners and i am certainly things are going like they used to be. SO they still get my warmest recommandation Xem tiếp

This really is one of the best places to stay in Hoi An. Not just because the rooms are good, clean & specious with air con in all rooms and only 20 mins walk to old town, 5 mins on cycle. But because the staff are utterly brilliant, friendly and so helpful. The food is so good they even hold teaching lessons - your more than welcome to attend! If like me you dislike large emotionless hotels, and instead want real welcoming service by people who care, then you will not be disappointed in Loc Phat Homestay. It is an Oasis. Back again for the second time but this time round was with my family. Price for the room was super affordable and the staff were as friendly as I recalled from my last stay. Location was convenient if you choose to rent a bicycle from them. One of the best thing I love about this place is the duck congee right outside, next to the entrance of this place. Super yummy!! We loved our stay at Loc Phat! The staff was very helpful and very nice! Our room was updated free of charge. They helped us book a motorcycle from Motorvina so we could ride from Hoi An to Hue, definitely would recommend it if you're rider! The location was great. It is walking distance to the city center and only a 5 minute motorcycle/car ride. Highly recommend this homestay!! Xem tiếp

Location was pretty good for all types of people - if you are seeking some action, you are half way between the old town and the beach. Alternatively, if you just want to rest, you're far enough away from each. If you want privacy, don't stay in the room next to reception! Xem tiếp
