As a frequent traveller both for work and leisure, I've stayed in numerous and all sorts of accommodation in Europe and in Asia, including those big names hotel chain. Little Hanoi Deluxe Hotel stands out in terms of exceptional service. Annie who checked me in ensures my needs are taken care of. Megan got my spa booked and confirmed while I was out on a day trip. They remember and address me by my name. They even prepared me a box of cut fruits and a bottle of water for both days I went off on day tours. These are gestures of great hospitality. Xem tiếp

We loved staying at this hotel in Hanoi. We had a room at the back on the 5th floor - so there wasn't a window but it was super quiet which we liked. The staff were so lovely... they looked after all our needs and were very attentive. The location is excellent. You can walk everywhere within 10 minutes. Highly recommended. Xem tiếp

Beautiful room with very nice decorations. Extremely quiet and a super comfortable bed. Great breakfast with many choices. An easy walk to most Old Quarter locations. And best of all, staff that goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable! I really appreciated the details of how to bargain and tips for visiting Hanoi. When my baby needed diapers the bellboy even personally escorted me to a store and then when they didn't have them he took me on his motorbike to a grocery store. We also loved the walking food tour they organized for us in the evening. They are incredibly nice people here who really make you feel at home in Hanoi! Xem tiếp

I have a lot of good things to say about this hotel but what hit the spot here were the employees. I’d have to say that they have the superb staff, everyone from the doorman, receptionist, to housekeepers, they made me feel truly welcome. My room was upgraded from queen-size to family suite so I couldn’t ask for more (thank you). Breakfast buffet spread wasn’t extensive though, I wish they put food labels to guide guests. But of course, the staff was there to assist you so no big deal. I won’t mind being away from my home if I’ll be staying in a hotel like this. Xem tiếp

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the Little Hanoi Deluxe Hotel although it was only for one night. We received a gift when we checked out which came as a surprise as it was the first time we received something from a hotel during our check out. The hotel was well-maintained and clean, the staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. In addition, I received emails after checking in, which they provided me with a contact number in case I needed help and also after checking out, which they sought our comments or suggestions for them to improve on. An info-sheet on things to note and a map with food recommendations/places of interest were also given to us during our check in. These shows how much the team cared about our visit! Xem tiếp

The hotel is located in the middle of old quarter. The staff are friendly and helpful. You can change money at the reception and the rate are not bad. The staff are willing to help and they even give us souvenirs when we check out, it is so considerable. Good in english spoken, no problem when communicate. Location : Hotel is on a small street (2-3mins) off the main road. Within distance to Hoan Kiem Lake (10mins), Dong Xuan Market(15mins), shops and many restaurants ( 5-10mins). Family Room was spacious, fit 3 adults cimfortably. Staff : Friendly - reception and wait staff speak english. Very helpful and goes the extra mile to make our stay and holiday smooth and enjoyable. Very accommodating - allowed us to leave our luggages when we were away at Sapa. Tried their best to let us have an early check-in when we came back from Sapa. Breakfast Buffet (incl an ala-carte menu) : Small seating capacity (sits abt 12 ppl). A good variety of western and Vietnamese food. Highlight for : We felt the sincerity and appreciated the personal touch and service of every staff ( includung the owners Ms Amy and Henry Phuong), we were in contact with. We were surprised and touched by their thoughtfulness and kind gestures (packed cut fruits for our day trip to Halong Bay and sandwiches for our overnight train ride to Sapa). My family stays in this hotel in 3rd week of March 18. The front office and hotel management is the best we have encountered. My sister is unable to travel due to illness and they (Hendry and Amy) have provided great help in arranging for refund of travel booking paid to Halong Bay. The breakfast choice is superb and the children has greatly enjoy it. We will definitely stay in this hotel again in our next visit to Hanoi! Xem tiếp

Here is a hotel tucked away in a lane way but right in the middle of the hustle and bustle! Everything is easily accessible from here and lots of top notch local eats. Have been here 4 times so knew where we wanted to stay next time. The staff.. What is there to say? They are attentive, polite and are willing to go through hoops to maintain their high service. They mention they are still trying to perfect their English but think they are doing a great job. The only downside was the drilling that was so loud that vibrates all the walls. It wasn't a deal breaker but just to be aware since all buildings are joined together. Overall, I'd come back and stay here! Xem tiếp

Stayed for 2 nights. Glad we booked this hotel. Checked-in and out was fast. Good breakfast. The best experience we had in our stay for 2 night was their service! They prepared packed food for us whenever we have a scheduled tour for the day. Before we left the hotel, they given gave us a gift as a token for staying in their hotel! During our day 1 check in, the staff will give u a good briefing on the surrounding & area of good food & shopping etc. We have heard about many review on the tour they can arrange & provided so we have also get them to do so & indeed they are very responsible about our feedback to them. Quiet and clean room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Always provide us bottles of water whenever we went out as the weather is very hot during our stay there. Thanks Henry Phoung for organizing the day tour and arranging the airport transfer for us. Little Hanoi DX is the kind of place you want to keep for yourself, not telling anyone how great is it, afraid that it could be fully booked next time you want to come back! I travel a lot for business, mot times in so called 4 or 5 star business hotel with good service. Little Hanoi, where I just spent 4 nights with my family deserves a 6 star rating for their so friendly and efficient customer service... all this at a 3 star rate. Location is excellent in a small street with no car just in the middle of the Old Quarter. It is a small hotel, maybe 20 rooms, and our family room was perfect, spotless (the hotel is new) with all the amenities you can expect. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. But above all, thanks to Henry, the manager, Megan, Kaylee and all the staff for their smiles, for being so attentive to your needs and for their willingness to help and take care for everything. I've never seen such a good service. Just a few examples : They prepare for us a lunch box before we left for Halong Bay even if we didn't book it with them, another diner box for our night trip to Sapa and the bell boy came with us to the railway station carrying our luggage up to our sleeper. Megan found the perfect shop for my wife who wanted to buy a bird cage. Having breakfast with Henry and the waiter around and just sitting being waited on hand and foot. The little good night paper with a chocolate every evening....and on and on. Thanks also for the present when we left. We already miss you! Xem tiếp

Here is definitely one of the best hotel in Hanoi. First of all, the personnel are all really polite, considerate and helpful. Secondly, the location is great, which makes it perfect to enjoy city sightseeing in Hanoi. Last but most importantly is on our check-out day, we are really hurry for our one-day tour for Halong bay and don’t have time for buffet breakfast, they even prepared take-out breakfast for our trip.
