This is a good hotel. Maybe 1km from main tourist area. Reception staff speak english. All staff are helpful. Theres a good sized park over the road which is awesome for a walk (about 900mtrs) around the track and a lot of xercise machines dotted around to. Plenty of trees keep u in the shade. Theres a market (tran dinh) about 300 mtrs down the road. More of a market for locals (cheaper) than ben than but not as much stuff but good value. The place is across the street from Le Van Tam park, a good ways away from the bustle of District 1. Best reason to stay here is that you wake up to the smell of roasting coffee beans from the little indie coffee shop that's a couple of doors away! Xem tiếp

we stayed here for 4 nights. we asked for 2 single beds. single bed is smaller than we thought but we put 2 beds together and used it as 1 king size bed. room was clean, has air conditioner, fridge, TV,,, not so fancy but very clean and neat.　nothing to complain about it! if I be more specific, bath mat be wet somehow even we used shower curtain correctly. but shower works perfect. bath tub is a bit shallow though. in front of this hotel, there's a park which local people enjoy some activities in morning and night (like any other small parks in Vietnam) . at night they have small amusement ground for child that we also enjoyed it like local kids. I choose this hotel because I wanted to go to park. and this hotel is also walkable to some of the main spot in HCMC. was a right decision to stay here. all staffs are very friendly and helpful.they told me that someone is always at the reception ( we checked in almost midnight ). a guy looks like manager even help me call to the hotel in next destination to ask for airport-pick-up. Breakfasts are delicious and we could choose from many kind of Vietnamese noodles(they also have rice soup, western style breakfast). eating place is on the top of this building that you can eat in balcony if you want to. It was over-expected experience here, When I checked in, the staff said I have to wait since I am with 3 people so they have to prepare a bigger room but such room was not available so they upgraded to Suite without any charge. The room was great. Xem tiếp

The hotel is just 25 minutes from the airport (at low peak time) and at the very central position of HCM city. The room I stayed is clean and quiet. Staff are friendly. There’s parking space for travelers who want to rent bikes to go around. Xem tiếp

An overall positive experience, only draw back was the wall directly outside my window which made for a slightly depressing atmosphere. Rooms at the front would have a great view of a park and HCM traffic chaos (in a good way). Xem tiếp

I really enjoyed this hotel. I had a small corner room but it was well lit and a large bed. The bathroom was spacious as well. only con about this is the traffic noise, but it's to be expected given the location, which was perfect for me. Breakfast was great, it's included in the stay and it's made to order. Reception was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Xem tiếp

This hotel is situated in District 3 and is walking distance to things like the Remnants War Museum. There is a lively park to explore across the road. We found it perfect for our needs when in Ho Chi Minh and have booked in again for a few more days when we return Xem tiếp

We e joy staying at Lien Phuong because the proximity to so many key attractions. This is our fourth time staying here. The staff are very helpful. There’s a few little things that could be made to improve the hotel but their minor. I wish they had an English news channel on their TV like BBC or CNN. Xem tiếp
