The pool was really dirty. The room was also dirty. The air con was broken. We had to go to the bar ourselves and find a fan. The food was over priced and not good. They forgot to give us our passports back when we left so we had to drive back for over an hour to collect them. I have lived in Vietnam for 4 years and have stayed in many places both inexpensive and not this place was one of the worst. Xem tiếp

We, as a couple, came to the resort with average expectations because the price is cheap and affordable. We stayed there for 2 nights. came around 4-5pm. The receptionist recognized us as she confirmed my name on the reservation even though we didnt say anything yet, which is nice. We felt that we were welcomed and treated well. The swimming pool is small but large enough for us, 2 PEOPLE. I noticed there was only one party staying there as the time. That's why there weren't many people going to the pool. We loved the atmosphere, and conditions of the resort. The room is big enough for the getaway couple, and it is clean. My room has the view directly to the swimming pool. The resort has many trees and nice bushes, imitating countryside atmosphere. Food was good at reasonable prices. Everything was perfect and no complain UNTIL I was ready to leave after the fast checkout. Xem tiếp

First of all, let me say we booked this hotel under the impression that the resort was close(ish) to Vung Tao -yes, our mistake for not checking distances- however, we found the hotel to be an hour and a half taxi ride away. Surely this cannot be classed as Vung Tao without some serious misadvertising? Still, when we found out, we bit the bullet and paid the 650 VND it takes to get there; as we'd already paid for two rooms. Upon arrival (at roughly 8-9pm on a Saturday night), the place was deserted apart from two security guards who thrust us some keys and expected us to find our way to our room without a word (through a complex that literally had NO lights on). When we asked if we could maybe get some soft drinks and some extra water, the security guard signalled that everything was shut and this was not possible (not the security guard's fault at all here). Nevertheless, the fact that the light's were off (the place looked shut), there were no check in staff willing to show us where we were going, there was literally no way of getting a bottle of water let alone a beer, and the general quality of the rooms not being up to scratch put us in a foul mood. Oh, and the rooms themselves were incredibly out-dated with AC that didn't work properly. might not seem like a massive amount to pay for this, but in CENTRAL Mui Ne you can pay for a beautiful suite (jacuzzi bath, living room, 2 flat screen TV's, REAL 24hr front-desk service should anything go wrong, and a stunning pool by the beach). For that price in that location you'd expect at least good customer service and the ability to buy some Fanta at 9pm on a Saturday. The next morning, staff were not helpful in terms of finding food, giving information about ATM's, or getting transport back to either VT or HCMC. Genuinely one of the worst experiences of customer service, quality (for the price) and misadvertising we've had the misfortune of experiencing in Vietnam. Xem tiếp

Convenient location for work at port. I was working the whole day and only went back to the hotel at night for sleep. Nothing much interesting for me around this area. Only for work. Xem tiếp

It's an old resort. I feel peaceful when stay here but its totally not a good place for traveling to Vung Tau beach. The staff here are pretty, they treated us nicely. Xem tiếp

We spent a comfortable stay in nature and tranquility. The room was well furnished. A very pleasant swimming pool and a large garden. A correct service with good food. We will return. Xem tiếp

Si vous aimez le calme, la nature, la tranquillité, ce complexe hôtelier est fait pour vous. Situé à 50 Km de Vung Tao, il faut prendre un taxi pour s'y rendre. Il existe également des navettes, mais qui vous laissent à 1 km de l'hôtel. Plus de 60 chambres, 19 Bungalows et 2 suites composent cet ensemble hôtelier. Le Personnel est charmant et attentionné, trop peut-être par rapport au besoin de faire le ménage de la chambre... et donc de vous réveiller et de vous presser pour sortir de la chambre. Un petit bémol pour le restaurant : la carte est surtout basée sur une cuisine internationale et française. Nous aurions préféré des plats typiques du pays avec Crabe (spécialité locale), et plats vietnamiens. On peut déjeuner, ou "farnienter" au bord de la piscine. On est dans la nature, au milieu d'un petit bourg... Il n'y a rien de vraiment intéressant autour, alors, il faut se rendre à Ba Ria, à 20 kms environ de l'hôtel, pour visiter le marché et trouver de bons restaurants locaux. Xem tiếp
