Tôi đặt vào ngày thường nên được phòng 02 giường ngủ nên phòng khá rộng, sạch sẽ và thoải mái. Khách sạn được thiết kế theo kiến trúc cổ tuy nhiên kế bên là quán ăn (hay nhà hàng gì đó) nên hơi ồn lúc về tối, khách sạn không có thang máy nên các bạn phải chịu khó đi bộ nhé. Một điểm trừ ở đây là khi mình xuất hóa đơn thì tính thêm 10% VAT và nhân viên phục vụ chưa thật sự tốt. Xem tiếp

Tiện ích: - wifi yếu, - cửa phòng ko có chốt bên trong, khoá mở/đóng cửa thấp và bất tiện, - wc ko có quạt hút - cửa chính ko có màn che kiếng nên đèn hành lang hắt vào suốt đêm gây khó chịu - tivi cable mờ khó coi - vòi sen yếu do bị bể - dây điện máy nước nóng đi trần trông xấu và ko an toàn - khăn tắm khá cũ - phễu thu nước yếu, dễ tràn ra sàn ngoài, - nệm lò xo lún gây đau lưng khi ngủ. - ở 3 đêm nhưng chỉ có nước uống đêm đầu tiên - điểm tâm đơn điệu: chỉ có phở và bánh mì, dưa hấu (ko có phong phú như trong thực đơn) 2. Thanh toán thẻ tín dụng: thu phí 3% khi cà thẻ và nói đó là qui định của ngân hàng khách "phải chịu"; ko ra hoá đơn thanh toán cho khách hành khi thu tiền mặt. 3. Tiện nghi rất thường, quá tiết kiệm nước nóng, ăn sáng dở. Vị trí ổn, nhân viên tương đối. Mình khong hiểu tại sao lấy hoá đơn thuế lại tính thêm 10%VAT, trong khi Agoda báo giá đã có tất cả loại phí. Xem tiếp

Accueil chaleureux et souriant, personnel très prévenant, chambre confortable, salle de bain un peu vieilles mais opérationnelles, bien situé proche de tout, literie confortable. Pas de petit dej mais les bami bread sont à moins de 10 minutes à pied et délicieux. Xem tiếp

Hotel is small - only 10 rooms, centrally located in the Old Quarter, so close to everything, and the staff is nice and helpful. It's a pity they don't offer breakfast. Also, cleanliness can be improved. The shower faucet broke on my last day there - it actually fell off the wall just when I finished taking a shower, but reportedly fixed quickly. Xem tiếp

It was a great stay. The room was nicely furnished, clean and very quiet. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The only negative thing was the breakfast that is poor and not very good. If you can get a quote for the room without breakfast, it will be better. There is a nice coffee shop next door. The location is just the best you can get in the neighbourhood. it is much quieter than deeper in the Old Quarter. Xem tiếp

It was a pleasure to stay at this Hotel. I felt very at home here and Zoong the manageress was very accommodating and kind. She allowed me to leave a suitcase there for an extended period of time and my special dietary requirements were also catered for. I had also found the staff to be pleasant and helpful and they would whip up an enjoyable breakfast for me everyday. The location is great, with eateries in abundance plus various other attractions as well, all within easy walking distance. This hotel is well priced for what it is and I would definitely stay here again Xem tiếp

It is also a travel agent and restaurant. Very helpful staff with excellent English! She helped me to book everything. I had to change my date of staying there for an overnight trip, she allowed me change booking dates with no trouble. And excellent location close to so many places. Xem tiếp

The facility here might be a little bit older, but it's all great with all the super kind staffs there! They best hospitality in town. They are not only a hotel but also a travel agency and even a small spa massage parlor. Everything can be done so nice and easy. Xem tiếp

We arrived at six o'clock in the morning, but looking for an hour could not find the front desk, because they closed the door. The hotel can not take a shower. only 2 pm can apply for checkin., at 12 o'clock in the evening, the indoor temperature of 35 ℃， air conditioning is broken, the waiter attitude is very bad, there is no place to dry clothes. The best was the relatively good WiFi with own router in the room, most of the time I had a fast connection. The room was relatively nice, the bathroom not so pretty, but overall ok for the cheap room rate, at least clean. What I didn't like was that my friend had to leave her ID card at the reception although she just came to my room for a few minutes, and although she was allowed to park her motor scooter at the entrance it seemed the staff didn't really like it. What's more, there was no desk in the room, and the light from the staircase fell thought the windows in the door into my room, so it wasn't really dark at night. The second night I've turned off the light right outside of my room, but there were still others, that didn't really help. So I decided to try another hotel after two days Xem tiếp

A cheap hotel with steep stairs no lift ...bed and room acceptable for the price you pay ...about a minute walk to the cathedral... many good restaurants near by ....staff were very friendly and happy to talk to everyone. ..stayed here 4 nights then returned for another night ..l left my bag at the hotel while i went to Halong bay. ..great place ...just be mindfull of the steep stairs. ...the staff carry your bags to the room for you tho Xem tiếp

This is a boutique hotel with just six rooms. It is in a great location in the old quarter of Hanoi not far from the lake and St Joseph's cathedral. The staff were just SO helpful and friendly. The place is clean and our room was quite large and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was simple but tasty, although there wasn't a lot of choice. The one con for us was the very steep steps up to our room (there was no lift). But even with this, we would certainly stay here again. Xem tiếp
