It’s a nice, modern apartment building. Room are spacious and clean. However Tv only had YouTube access, not even local channels, and Internet wasn’t working very well. They said it’s because of the virus situation at the moment. Communication through Agoda was good, but the people on site couldn’t speak any English. Door is locked for security at night, so can’t freely go in and out without waking up people. That’s not very convenient if you got stuck there without tv or internet and can’t sleep as soon as 10 pm or need to buy water (there’s no free water provided in the room). It is not expensive overall, but for the same price can have a similar room in a hotel around with more services and breakfast included. Xem tiếp

Only stayed one night but room is lovely,natural light and even a cute balcony....Coffee downstairs is superb and great value...Americano was anyway.Only negatives....Smart TV that you needed a genius to operate..I gave up..!Burnt out kettle that stank when boiling water , and most importantly ,no real welcome,smiles, or ,rapore with family owners.Felt as though I was intruding to be honest Borderline rude for the hospitality business..No big deal..... Really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were great very accommodating! Place was warm and inviting. Room was modern clean & spacious with all the essentials you need. Some nice little areas to hide and relax. Location was ok, booking taxis or hire bikes at the place, is fine by us. Was nice and quite and great place to relax. Would recommend & visit again. All the staff are great. So helpful! Xem tiếp

It was a affordable and comfortable stay at Lem's place. It's more of home stay style.Lem really went all the way out from arranging my airport transfer, day trip to Ba Na hills and even aided me to find drivers in a short period of time. Besides, owners are smiley! However, do note that it is located at residential areas, so it could be abit noisy in the early mornings. Xem tiếp

Enjoyed our stay here very much. Very modern finishes and exceptionally clean. Downstairs is a coffee shop - great bonus as they make the best iced coffee we had in Danang. Good value for money and would definitely recommend a stay here! Xem tiếp

I enjoyed the big space and privacy of the area. There's a lift in the apartment to go up. Area is a short 10-15mins slow walk to my khe beach, a grabcar to vinmart supermart just nearby (you could walk but probably get lost within the places). The welcoming morning coffee chatters could only be heard when I opened my balcony window. Really pretty place! Desk area for work, big cabinet to keep my items, Fridge, some Cooking things included. Only didnt know how to work with the tv.. which didnt rly matter to me. Will recommend it as my next stay or to someone who is travelling alone and needs lotsa space. Oh yes, i like the vietnamese lamp thing and the colour theme!!!! Xoxo Xem tiếp
