Tôi đi công tác rơi vào thời điểm DIFF 2018 không đặt đc phòng, nên vào ks này nghi, cứ tưởng 3 sao sẽ ôn nào ngờ ko ổn tí nào, máy lạnh khách kêu như tiếng trâu kêu làm tôi khônh ngủ được cả một đêm. Xem tiếp

Tôi đặt phòng và đã liên hệ để chuyển tiền trước (bao gồm cả bữa sáng). KS gửi lại mail xác nhận nhưng khi checkout lại thu thêm tiền. Như vậy là không đúng với thỏa thuận. Sau đó nhân viên lễ tân có xin lỗi nhưng ko chịu bồi hoàn với lỗi của chính KS. Xem tiếp

Very nice hotel ! Staff are friendly and helpful. In Da Nang, not much people speak good English but I found the hotel staff are good at it. Breakfast is normal, room is big and clean. Reception Ladies are beautiful ~~~ Xem tiếp

The location of the hotel is prefect, no building sites around it so it’s quiet in the mornings! The staff are really helpful and friendly. Rooms are 5/5, beds comfy and the bathroom is clean and modern! Would definitely stay here again Xem tiếp

first time I remember having those soft (feather?) pillow and duvet on a super comfortable bed for such a cheap price. Lots of hot water and working Aircon made for a very comfortable 2 nights Xem tiếp

This was an outstanding experience, especially for a budget hotel. From the time we were picked up from the airport, we didn't feel like patrons, we felt like family. Everyone was so friendly and personable, it provided a positive experience. The room was clean, the aircon worked well and the views from the beach side were fabulous. Getting to the beach was a relatively short walk and the Japanese restaurant next door was fantastic. Breakfast at the hotel was a decent starter meal. Don't expect a 5 star meal, just have reasonable expectations. We rented a scooter on many occasions. I would suggest to make sure everything works and that includes the brakes, mirrors and helmet straps. The company Le Manoir contracts through needs to improve their maintenance practices. Otherwise, this was money well spent and I would encourage any of my friends and family to enjoy this gem. To the owners, whatever you are paying your staff, it is not enough. The personalized attention was better than what we have received at numerous resorts. They are your best asset. Xem tiếp

Beautiful new rooms, exceptional staff - Lynn in particular is very attentive and kind; cannot recommend highly enough! This gorgeous little hotel is located in walking distance near the beach and on the way to Hoi An Acient town and Marble mountain, which makes getting around convenient and easy. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is good, it took over 5mins to walk to the beach. I spent one day at this hotel but after that we have stayed one more night. For the first day we check in, we got welcome drink and snack. The staff also introduce some attractions and local food in Danang for us. The manager is kind as well. You can chat with him, and he will also provide some opinions for your trip. It's quite helpful. Highly recommend for this place ! Xem tiếp

This hotel was recommended by my friends, so we had booked a room in here for me and my partner, and we were not disappointed. The staff were very attentive, so kind and they ảe really elegant staffs. The hotel is perfectly situated for walking and sightseeing near by the beach. Just went there for a layover to leave Vietnam , but would definitely go there again if I come to Da Nang and Hoi An. The bed was amazingly soft! Staff was really helpful in all aspects and the breakfast exceeded my expectations ! We had a great stay here! Xem tiếp

Hotel avec belle deco eSt tres bonne literie Et ç eSt tout A 55$ la petite chambre on attend une propreté et un petit déjeuner à la hauteur La chambre est propre mais l hotel eSt sale ascenseur réception Et surtout la salle du petit déjeuner catastrophique Vous mangez au milieu des assiettes sales des précédents De plus à moins peut être d être à l ouverture ç a d à 7 h Il n y a plus grand chose à 8h30 En sachant q pour un petit dej européen quoi q il en soit il n y a que du pain de mie Pas de confiture ni yaourt ni céréales ni lait Et le café imbuvable qd il y en a Le personnel eSt souriant mais bon le sourire seul .... Surtout ne leur demandez de vous réserver un bus ils vont le faire immédiatement avec le sourire ca ç eSt bien Par contre vous paierez juste le double du prix!!! Trajet da nang / hue facturé 300 000 dông Alors que sur le site de la compagnie ç eSt 150 000 ! Voila voila Donc franchement à ce prix au Vietnam vu la prestation ç eSt l arnaque !
