Tv is not working and air con is too old, sometime air con will turn on and off by itself. Cleanness is good enough but bed sheet still have some stain. Hopefully they will improve this. Staff is friendly and nice. Xem tiếp

Excellent stay in this lovely guesthouse in the centre of Saigon! Super friendly and helping staff! Very quiet area just a stone throw from the busiest barrows! I'll definitely return there during my next visit to HCMC! Xem tiếp

It's our second time staying at My My Arthouse. This time we were placed in My My 2,which was located deep in the alley at a different place, we thought we would get lost in this labyrinth. The room was small but clean with free wifi in the room. Overall we had a good time staying at My My Arthouse, a lot of good food places around. Xem tiếp

I'd definitely recommend this central guesthouse. Manager/owner Kim is an affable guy and does a great job creating a friendly vibe. Note they have an annex building off in the maze (which is where I was dispatched to) room was excellent, very clean WiFi, chilled air-con. No complaints. Xem tiếp

We had to go inside a small alley way to find the place. If you arrive late at night the building might be closed but just search for the door bell outside and the staff will open the door. The room was ok and clean. The staff was friendly. The elevator was slightly difficult to use since the door was not automatic. Overall stay was good. Xem tiếp

Pros: - Near party place… can walk back after drinking at the beer street Bui Vien - Nearby does have some decent Pho and restaurants - Quietest room I ever had in HCM. Even during the day there are not much noise… maybe because guests are mostly foreigners whom are out for sightseeings… locals tend to be much louder be it dragging of furniture or talking or turning on the TV. - price is inexpensive Cons - No direct lift to higher flr… must climb to level 2 to take the lift - Quite inside the alley, meaning u cannot book a Grab and just ask them to wait for u outside the hotel.Most drivers/riders may not know where to find the place - As mentioned earlier it's quite deep in the alley… hence wanna go convenience shop middle of the night may be an issue. They have 6 floors anf the lift at 3rd floor and very small. If you have the heavy luggages, it will make you very tired. Room is clean but I booked 2 double beds in Agoda and they just give us 1 double bed and 1 bunk and said: Your room is booked by other customer! 😭😭😭 The price isn’t cheap! Xem tiếp

Tucked into an alley - which means hard to find the first time but quiet enough for a decent sleep. Basic room that ticked all the boxes, with clean linen, TV, wifi coverage and a window (no view, looks out into a light shaft). Only negative was a slight musty odor upon entry. Xem tiếp

This hotel is a conman hotel. Check in hotel n told to pay 100vdn deposit for key. Located inside an dark alley that is very dangerous. Room is dirty without soap or whatsoever. Air con not cold. Told the hotel owner but he insisted it's cold very forcefully. More attempt to prove its not cold will invite scolding. Hotel don't allow to wear our shoe up. Nightmare began the next morning when I needed to catch a plane back early morning. I couldn't find my shoes. Ask hotel owner but they say it's not their responsibility. Then I asked for my deposit back but was told I didn't deposit any money. There is no record. They are out to cheat. I have to walk out of the hotel barefoot at 5am to find shop selling shoes. This is crazy, where to find shop opening at 5am. I have to get to airport without shoe. I was lucky to find a good couples that gives me a spare pair of slippers after I told them about my encounter. I would never stay and definitely will not recommend any to stay. I really wonder how people can give them a good rating. I believe they could have manipulated with some reviews Xem tiếp

After staying in a few places in Ho Chi Minh city, I walked into My My Arthouse and instantly felt relaxed and at home. Mr T has obviously spent a lot of time considering what her guests need and want. There is a very friendly atmosphere between everyone which i think has a lot to do with everyone feeling so at home. Mr T is very helpful and I challenge you to have a question he doesn't know the answer too. Can't recommend it enough. Xem tiếp

The rooms were clean and quiet. 6 person dorm. Good value. The location is difficult to find the first time; just ask people on the street. After that it's a great spot. The staff is friendly. The main fellow speaks good English, the rest get by but aren't in charge very often. We had already done the delta and weren't interested in the tunnels. They were good about giving up on selling us a tour. We stored our bags there for 5 hours after checkout and they arranged a taxi to the airport for us.
