I came to this hotel for my business trip. But after only 5 minutes, a staff called me very rude and told me to leave immediately, because another guess booked with higher price! Unbelievable! This hotel is a shame of Hanoi! Tôi đến nhận phòng bình thường. Ngay sau đó 5 phút, nhân viên gọi điện với thái độ rất chợ búa, đuổi tôi ra với lý do có người khác đặt cả ngày, tiền phòng cao hơn! Thật không thể tin nổi! Khách sạn nhìn có vẻ lịch sự nhưng làm ăn quá chộp giật, chợ búa. Không bao giờ tôi quay lại lần 2. Xem tiếp

The staff picked me up from a location an hour free of charge in the hotel's car for my stay at the Legenda. Not only is a beautiful view of the lake in one of the finest pieces of real estate in Hanoi, but it's convenient to get to the airport as well. I enjoyed the cable TV channels they had, room service, and the airport transfer. Great friendly hosts, highly recommend. Xem tiếp

Fantastic location on the lake, close to cafes (there is one next door) and it is just down the road from the water park if you are thinking of going there. The rooms are basic but have everything you need and mine was clean. The air con worked great. I loved the choice of breakfasts and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Cannot express enough how good the staff and services were. Stayed here for a week and it felt like home. Although the location is a bit far off downtown, it was easy to get taxis and the taxi rates were reasonable. The Tay Ho river is right across the property and is a great place to relax in the evenings with lots of cafes and street stalls around. Xem tiếp

The city of Hanoi is noisy on the whole but the West Lake area around this hotel is relatively quiet. In order to enjoy the view of the West Lake, I definitely recommend a room with a balcony. If you plan to visit Sen (a great restaurant with buffet style), the hotel is very convenient because it is about 5 minutes on foot from it. The staffs welcome you with warm hearts. They are very kind and answer politely when you ask questions about Vietnam and Hanoi. To arrive at the hotel from the airport, the bus number 86 is convenient. When getting off at the stop near the cross of AuCo street and Lac Long Quan street, you can arrive at the hotel in about 15 minutes on foot. Xem tiếp

Legenda staff were extremely kind and helpful. We felt at home immediately. The location across the street from Hồ Tây (West Lake) is great with many cafes and restaurants within a short walk, Quảng An district is a short bike or taxi ride. The museums, Old Quarter, and French Quarter are a bit further away and require a quick taxi trip to reach, but it is nice to stay away from the bustle and crowds of central Hà Nội. Xem tiếp

the staff was extremly nice and helped us more than they had to! because we went to halong bay for a few days and came back after, they kept the luggage. they also moved us to another apartment because there were constuctions next door even if we didnt ask for it. so: they are very nice and helping! :) thank you for all the help :) Xem tiếp

The room is comfortable and quiet for working, but the mattress is a bit hard for some western tourists. There were no problems returning at 10pm. The breakfast is simple but filling. Located on the northern shore of west lake, the outlook from the hotel is very relaxing. Xem tiếp
