It refers as home stay, but it is not at all true. Bungalows are situated in a sort of amusement park with lot of primarily domestic tourists. We were very sad to see monkeys tied to chains in cages and subject to very bad behaviour from tourists. We understand further that the monkeys were used in shows. In addition,they had many alligators in a too small area. They call the place eco tourism but this nothing but the money. I am very sad to have stayed one night and sponsored this place. This should be removed from agoda. Do not sponsor this place! Xem tiếp

After a very poor start, Tram went beyond the call of duty and made sure she was on hand to interpret for me at all mealtimes. I could not have wished for more. She even went out to buy me some milk that was not condensed or sweetened. I never had to ask again for the duration of my stay. I had booked for the Garden Homestay but this is a seperate remote area to the My Khahn resort and when I complained that it was very far from reception and as was alone and had the language problem they immediately transferred me to. Four berth Bungalow in the main resort near to reception and Tram. Thankfully it is end of Season and there were plenty of spare accomodation units. Consequently I have to be very impressed at the value for my money. I think this is an excellent facility for a family holiday for Vietnamese and Chinese. However because of the lack of English speaking staff and a very severe lack of written/printed information for English speaking guests I would have to say that it is not very suitable for English tourists Also the address given for the Home Stay is not well known to Taxi drivers. Very confusing and frustrating when you are arriving after a long tiring journey. As the reception for both sites is the same I would suggest that is the address they put on the web site as the Taxis know that. All in all a very nice resort and good value for money but with reservation for English Speaking tourists. However I am sure that given the opportunity, Tram will address the problems and get them sorted as she is a very enthusiastic and proactive young lady. Deserving of a very special mention. Xem tiếp
