1. Khi check in ko có nhân viên chuyên nghiệp nên khách tới còn phải chờ mãi ko gọi được nhân viên ra check in 2. Ngay cửa đang sửa chữa nên mới vào thấy hơi lộn xộn, bên trong thì ok hơn. ko có phương tiện liên hệ với nhân viên nên cần việc xử lý phải tới quầy 3. vị trí rất sâu nhưng ko có xe đón nên khách đi xe to sẽ phải đi bô vào hơi xa Xem tiếp

We stayed at Le Forest 5 nights and we had an amazing experience. Superior rooms are brilliant (great sound system in each room), super comfy bed, very nice toilet, newest TVs... Outdoor space is excellent with a great swimming pool. Owners are really helpful and kind. Food and drinks delicious! Highly recommended! We also recommend their other restaurant Coco Loco in a different location, not far. Renting a scooter to go around the island is ideal. Xem tiếp

Nothing to complain. This resort is like a sanctuary, you can stay there and not go out whole day by just relaxing and enjoy the calmness around. Ride a bicycle to cross the main road to reach Long beach. This part of the beach is clean and managed by other resorts. Water was calm and clean, good swim and sun. Spacious airy rooms with excellent facilities. Very attractive compkex. Do not be put off by the entrance road, a bit bumpy and you can't believe a lovely leisure complex would be at the end of it. This hotel is really very nice and a relax place. Yes it is a bit far away, but finally not to far. You can get a bicycle for free and can reach the beach within 5-8 minutes. Also you can rent a motorbike for 150K per day and with it you can reach everything very easy. (We recommend this) And the staff, specially the hotel manager are great and try to help you in any case. Xem tiếp

Pros were the responsive staff. We were disappointed to hear the music coming from the poolside sound system when we arrived assuming the resort would be tranquil. However when we mentioned this to the manager she immediately reassured us she would respect a quiet resort while we were there and she kept to her word. We even had an upgrade! Pool lovely and a refreshing alternative to the sea. Breakfast good. Some building work going on as the resort is new and incomplete but nothing intrusive. Xem tiếp

This location is a little far away if you want to go to the beach by foot, but they have bicycles for free that we used to bike around to the different places we wanted to see our few days there. We actually really enjoyed getting around and seeing things that way. There's also motorbikes for rent if you prefer that mode of transport too. Xem tiếp

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Resort is quiet and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The pool is spacious and it's only a 10-15 minute walk to long beach. There is also bicycles and motorbikes to rent if you don't fancy walking. Would definitely stay here again! Xem tiếp

Fitted bottom sheets on bed would be nice. Taxi drivers had trouble finding, guests should have phone number for the resort when arriving to get directions for taxi. Even with the rainy weather there was ample hot water for shower. Name tags for staff would be nice. Pool was a bit slippery. Super friendly and helpful staff. With notice you can order anything that is not on the menu, it would be nice to have that written on the menu. Room was of acceptable size, front patio was nice. We would definitely recommend this Resort. Quiet and peaceful but away from services within walking distance, so it depends on what you are looking for. The staff seemed a little overworked at busy times. Nice garden/ landscaping, because it's new still a work in progress. Loved it! Xem tiếp

I stayed at Le Forest for close to a week and met some great people there. It was fairly new and I think some more will be added in the coming months (gym etc...) but the pool was awesome, the rooms are great, wifi the fastest I have had in Vietnam. The food and drinks were all very reasonably priced and tasty. No complaints, I would stay there again. Xem tiếp

From the moment I arrived I felt so welcomed by the owners and their staff. Throughout my stay they treated me more like one of the family than just a guest. They really go out of their way to make sure that your stay is the best it can be and will try and meet any request at all if possible. I initially booked 3 nights at Le Forest, with the intention of booking somewhere right on the beach for my remaining nights on Phu Quoc. In the end I just couldn't bring myself to leave and ended up staying 2 weeks! Unlike most places I have stayed, the resort did not just live up to the photos online, it was even better in real life. The rooms are lovely, the bathrooms modern with great showers (something I have found to be hit and miss during my stay in Vietnam) and the natural pool (no chemicals) great. The resort only opened this year, and is really clean and well looked after. The breakfast is really good, I tried most of the options available during my stay and was not disappointed with any of them. The restaurant serves a good variety of dishes throughout the day and evening and if there is something that you really want that's not on the menu they will make it for you as long as you give them enough notice to ensure that they can get the ingredients. The resort is tucked away from the main road in the forest (as the name suggests) but only a 10/15 minute walk from the beach. You can also hire a motorbike or borrow a bicycle for free to get around the island. I couldn't recommend Le Forest more if you are visiting Phu Quoc, I was sad to leave after two weeks and already thinking about when I can visit again! Xem tiếp

We stayed here for five nights. We had no complaints, everything was lovely. The food was great, compliments to the chef! The pool is as per the photos, stunning! And the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. The mattress was a soft western one. The resort is off the beaten track a bit, but too be honest, there isn't too much to do on the island anyway. We hired a bike, it was the only place we felt comfortable driving. We spent a few days in February in Phu Quoc enjoying time off for rest and relaxation. We found this new resort looking for a quiet place with luxury and a more modern feel. LeForest Resort truly offered both with brand new rooms, lush gardens, a great pool and wonderful Vietnamese hospitality. Its quiet forest location was great yet not too far from restaurants and the beach - 5 min with free bicycles courtesy of the resort. We appreciated the large shower and washroom. They have a nice restaurant offering western and Vietnamese cuisine and we got breakfast served in our room. Great pool surrounded by lush gardens. We met the owners Dung and Albert and their 3 adorable daughters. Dung even took us on a tour at a Buddhist temple. We really liked the resort and we would recommend it if you are looking for affordable, quiet and luxurious surroundings. Xem tiếp

We are an older couple who found the staff helpful and informative. The location was a bit far for walking to restaurants and the hotel menu was limited, especially for a vegetarian. It had a great pool which was not overcrowded. We rented a scooter from them to explore the island and found it reliable. My husband was ill our last night there and the owners treated all the guests to a free dinner and kindly made up two plates for us to eat in our cabin. Xem tiếp

You know that feeling that you want to give more than 5 stars? This is one of those moments! Albert and Dung have created a resort where they have combined the best of Vietnamese and European style: a luxerious boutique style resort with everything that any spoiled western traveller desires. Next to the state-of-the-art pool and very comfortable, spotless and tastefully decorated rooms with kingsize bed, the personal hospitality of Dung and the staff stands out mostly. We received a very warm welcome at our arrival. And they've bended over backwards to make our stay outstanding! The delicious complimentary breakfast was served in our room. The resort is peacefully tucked away from the busy road but the beach is easily reached within a 10 minute walk. The resort opened only a few weeks ago: everything is brand new, the owners' passion is palpable and the service level excellent. If you wanna have a 5 star experience for an economic price, stay here! We would do it again in a heartbeat! Xem tiếp

Quiet/ jungle location for couples, esp for honey moon. It would be nice for your trip with motor bike, car need to be patient as small roads. Convenient location to other places. Rooms are very nice view and clean, no insect inside by the anti-insect net. Owner is a lovely family... Breafast need to be inproved. Xem tiếp
