We spent a 2-day 1 night trip here with our families including our parents and our kids. This is a traditional wooden cruise that might be a bit loudy caused by its engine. However, it is definitely valueable for what you get: a clean tidy room, 3 meals on board, tickets to explore Sung Sot cave and Titov island and to experience Kayaking. The cruise also offered a 30-min Tai Chi Chuan, a type of Chinese martial art, in the early morning. The foods are fresh and served with both Western and Vietnamese styles. There's no refrigerator in the room, so make sure if you want to bring cold stuffs on board like milks or beverages. But you can ask the bar staffs for preserving those stuffs. There's also no wifi on board and the network is unstable or sometimes no signal while cruising. So if you are a fan of live streaming, you might a bit disappointed. The location is at No. 18 Marina, same with Emeraude cruise one (they have the same manager actually). You can park your car outside at night near the Marina entrance. Finally, the staffs are great and hospitable, specially thanks to Mr. Chi, the on-board manager, for his knowledge and helpful supports. Xem tiếp

The staff were very friendly and helpful with any inquiries, service was attentive and they made us feel very comfortable, the food taste and quality was good. Although the 2 days we were there were cold (10-12'c) and raining but it was very heart-warming to feel that the people there were trying their very best to make our stay with them and our Ha Long Bay cruise experience as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. A good surprise was there was no pressure to give tips at all (we gave anyway, willingly). Can't find fault with anything. Highly recommended. Xem tiếp

Our group on the cruise consists of just 8 of us. It was a calm and relaxing experience. Our excursions were short and sweet. The highlight was the scrumptious meals provided on board. The vegetarian meals were made according to our needs. Our room was clean and tidy. The view of halong bay was breathtaking and it was great to experience it overnight. Would definitely recommend the 2 night 3 day cruise as you get a bit more time to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The 1 night option feels a bit hurried and military style scheduling. The facilities were fantastic, food was plentiful and decent quality even for vegetarians or those with special dietary requirements.. Drinks are expensive but I guess that's to be expected. We were on a budget (splashed out on this unmissable Halong Bay trip but otherwise backpacking budget for the rest of our travels) so brought along our own large 5L of water to keep costs down, as the complimentary 2 bottles provided on board each day were tiny. We got the 2D1N package and availed the bus limousine ride. Ride was on time, very smooth and comfortable perfect for the long drive. Once we arrive at the lounge area and check-in, the staff were very accommodating. Mr Quang, our tour manager was so nice and very funny as well! He made sure that he’ll explain everything during our trip and told us stories of Halong Bay. Food was amazing, our cabin is cozy and we had a huge bed! More importantly, the bathrooms are nice and clean, a bit spacious too! We are budget travelers from the Philippines and this trip is kind of a luxury for us, nevertheless this is a good for value for money. Best experience during our Vietnam trip, so happy to book this trip with L’Azalee! And by the way, they have great customer service online and personal. Had a great time here! Xem tiếp

1. Guide's accent was incomprehensible most of the time. His jokes were inappropriate sometimes. 2. Sink at bathroom was slow and leaked. 3. Room corners were dusty. 4. Drinks prices were over the top. If they made prices lower they would have sold a lot more. At least for nonalcoholic beverages. Now what was good: 1. There was a lot of food and it was tasty. 2. Check in area is great. 3. Room is very bright. 4. Boat is small so it felt very personal. Now, this isn't really a comment about this particular cruise, but about a lot of them in Halong. On every off boat activity you will be among hordes of other tourists. You will cruise among hordes of other ships. On the overnight stop there would be dozens of boats nearby, some in like 50 meters, I think. They might have loud disco music which is very inappropriate and doesn't help to admire the natural wonder. Xem tiếp

It started off with the pick up- shuttle bus from Hanoi to Halong Bay (USD 30/pax for return trip). It was a luxury coach with large recliner seats, very comfortable for the 4.5 hour journey. Upon arrival, we were informed that the overnight stay was cancelled due to bad weather conditions, announced last minute by authorities. We still continued the one day trip itenary, a good day trip and went back to Hanoi at 6pm. However, due to this last minute cancellation the refund was only 30% of total charges and we're left with no room for the night. The activities were very few. Only one meal-lunch (a delicious buffet spread), a visit to one cave and the rest was history. On the way back, the shuttle bus was terrible. It was a bus with tight seats, the ride was bumpy. As we found a hotel late and the driver refused to send us to the hotel. He dropped us off at a street, got us a Taxi to the hotel which we have to pay for. We had a great time on our 2 day boat tour with L’Azalee cruises. The organised trips were great, including seeing caves, kayaking at sunset, visiting a pearl farm, going to the beach and hill climb. Tai chi at sunrise was pretty beautiful too. It was relaxing and they made sure to feed you loads!! Some things felt a bit rushed such as an hour at the beach (which includes the hill climb) but this is to be expected with organised tours! Xem tiếp

This is the first time i booked a cruise and L'azalée Cruises never failed me with this one of a kind experience. Days ago before our trip, i was really having a hard time choosing the right cruise for our Halong bay trip but luckily i saw this company and give it a shot. We arrived so early at the Marina pier and the staff at their lounge assisted us. We had no sleep yet that time. haha. What impressed me the most is that whenever i email them about my inquiries, they respond so fast even if its too late at night. It's a plus points to me especially when our trip to Halong bay is approaching. Our experience inside the cruise was one of the books. love the color of teal and orange. Also the food so delicious. i had an allergy with seafoods and they noted it already by serving me other food. Haha. The room was clean. The facilities was okay. The view deck is amazing. Our tour guide Quang was also very helpful and also thank you for touring us. Hope i can go back again! Xem tiếp

We booked another boat but it wasn't available due to short notice so we got "upgraded" and put on different ship. I find Halong bay crazy expensive these days (first time went 10years ago) but have to admit that the boat was great, staff super friendly, food was seriously awesome quality. Boat is more for couples and matured groups, so don't expect crazy fun, but more good facilities, great food and chilling. Xem tiếp

We did the 3D2N cruise and we really like Te experience overall. The ship is not the most modern, but it is really clean and updated. The staff and the food were great and we really felt like we were on a luxury cruise. However, the 2nd day was on a “day boat” that is with a different company and this was a huge disappointment. There were a lot of people for the space available (sometimes not possible to lounge upstairs), the activities were redundant and food was below average. In the end, we still enjoyed the extra day, but the 2D1N might be enough. Xem tiếp

Das Boot war ok, alles recht klein aber in Ordnung. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Getränke sehr teuer. Fast 4$ für ein Dosenbier über 8$ für n GinTonic. Das Essen sehr lecker und wirklich reichlich. Das Programm in Ordnung... paar Caves, paar Perlen-farmen mit Shops und Kayak fahren. Das Restaurant hat eher Kantinen-flair und das Sonnendeck sehr lieblos ausgestattet. Hier tstsächlich eher Masse statt Klasse. Als wir bezahlt haben waren wir dem Personal gefühlt egal. Die haben uns eine Stunde mit sehr sparsamen Infos mit 11 Monate altem Baby am Hafen sitzen lassen bis unser bezahlter Rücktranspot gekommen ist. Nicht mal ein Wasser oder Kaffee wurde uns kostenlos angeboten. :-( trauriger Abschluss! Xem tiếp
