I am going to write this review in English that the owner can read it too. At first, i was totally satisfied with this hotel. There are many advantages. 1. All staff is really really kind. 2. Room condition is perfect. (Very clean) 3. Breakfast service is very good. 4. Location is good. (This can be different for other perspective.) It is fact that little far from old town. But this is why i recommend this hotel. It was very noisy near old town. So we can have very cozy time in this hotel. Also, you can borrow the bicycle from the hotel. It was very good experience riding bicycle among motorcycle and car. We used the basket tour service, massage, laundry service and sending service. The owner provice all of this service with very cheap and reasonable price. I am very sure of that you can be satisfied with this hotel. It is a review but at the same time it is a letter for appreciating all the kindness that be given from the hotel. Xem tiếp

This place is great! The location is perfect and relaxing and easy to get into town, the breakfast is excellent, the staff are really kind, friendly, and attentive and the rooms and pool are beautiful! I would happily stay again! Xem tiếp

Our trip to Vietnam has seen us travel from the south to the north. Once we arrived to Hoi An our trip instantly got better, this was thanks to Lavini and Thao (Owner). Thao always went the extra mile for everything we asked for, making the experience homely. He is very passionate about the hotel, which clearly shows well. We were welcomed with open arms and the accommodation was immaculate - from the most comfortable beds, excellent staff and great breakfast. (Order the banana pancake!) We honestly could not have asked for a better place to stay. The location is perfect - in the rice fields and close to everything! Xem tiếp

really nice, cosy and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN place. their bed and towels were impressively new, high quality. located in peaceful farm side, so it takes a while to get to the old town by walk.(2-30 min) but if you could ride a bicycle, (they rent it for FREE) it'll take 15min. I had a fantastic 3 night stay at Lavini Boutique Villa. It's located in a quiet and beautiful area just a short taxi ride or 15 min walk to the main Hoi An area. As Hoi An can get very busy it was nice to come back to the peaceful Lavini Villa. The room was great, good size and the most comfortable bed. The pool was most welcome after walking around Hoi An. The breakfast was very delicious, great choice. The owner and staff very so friendly and ready to help with booking tours and drivers. Highly recommended. Xem tiếp

It is a must visit hotel! Nicely located inside amazing rice fields which makes the stay super nice and quiet. 15 mins walk from the old quarters, but the hotel has free bikes to ride around. It is a modern boutique hotel, very cosy, and the owners are super kind and nice. They make your experience even better with their local recommendations :) Totally worth to stay! Xem tiếp

I loved my stay in the Lavini Boutique Villa. Tao & Miju were amazing hosts, who helped with every issue or trip. The energy here is very beautiful and the rooms so big and very comfy beds. The pool is very nice and the breakfast delicious. I just booked 2 nights and extended 3 more. I guess Hoi An is the most beautiful place in Vietnam. Riding the bike trough the city and the rice fields it's just beautiful. I can recommend this place a 100%. Xem tiếp

Thao, Midu, staff, and children were the perfect group of people to have as our host during our stay in Hoi An. I’ve been to Hoi An on numerous occasions and in different traveling capacities. This time was my shortest trip and my most enjoyable because of Lavini. Thao and Midu has set a new standard for Hoi An, which is used to the hoards of tourist who are willing to throw money at the town without responsibility from either parties. Thao and Midu have dedicated a lot of time, thought, and attention to detail into their villa. They charge more than a fair price for the high quality facility and perfect location. I’ve seen that a few folks find this location to be too rural or have issues with the odors from the rice patties. I didn’t witness any offensive odors due to the rice fields and found the location to be absolutely perfect and beautiful. This is not a location for those who want to party and is not looking for a peaceful setting in a busy city. It’s a 15 minute walk to the old town or a quick motorbike or bike ride. We also had an absolutely stunning view out our front and back door. The facilities are top notch. The bathroom is easy to deal with and is not the wet-all bathroom you see throughout most of Asia. They even went as far as to think about the water pressure of each room. The swimming pool was a fantastic touch if people find the beach to be too crowded or if their are too many hawkers. This is definitely the place to stay if you are looking for comfort, a peaceful setting, and the friendliest staff in Hoi An. We’ll be back and will be telling our friends and family! Xem tiếp

We have just spent two days at Villa Lavini. I cannot express with words how impressed we were not only by the exquisite style and cleanliness of the place but also about the kindness and generosity of the family who runs this business. We got help with printing documents we urgently needed. One night I had a swim in the pool and they brought me a towel and also a mosquito repellent without me asking. They were always kind to ask about our breakfast the day earlier ( what time we wanted to have it and what kind of breakfast). The day we checked out we had to leave earlier before breakfast was served ; they made sure we could go with some take aways for our travelling journey. This and more. Their kindness is genuine and I think this is what makes the place totally worth it for staying. Xem tiếp

We throughly enjoyed our 4 nights at Lavini. There are free bicycles to use, and cycling back through the quiet paddy field to the villa was a serene experience after exploring the area. Ancient Town is 10 minutes by bike and there are lots of food options in the area. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious and we had the best Mi Quang at Lavini (in our 14 days in Vietnam)! The room was beautiful, large and comfortable, and the villa exceeded expectations. Thao was extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations and ideas and made our stay in Hoi An extra enjoyable. Room and bathroom are very clean and set in contemporary style. Nice and comfortable bed. Bathroom essentials and toiletries are very clean and of good quality. Owner Thao provide very good service for his guests. A friendly and helpful person, very passionate in his work. If you need anythings or travel advices feel free to ask. He will do his best to provide. The breakfast are delicious, try their home style Banh Mi, very tasty! Overall we have a very comfy experience staying at Lavini. Highly recommended. Xem tiếp

Lavini is a quiet relaxing villa a little outside of the Old Town. They provided bicycles free of charge to the guests which makes it easy to get around. My partner and I booked a two-night stay through Agoda and decided to book a third night directly with the owner because we enjoyed the service and room so much. Breakfast is also conveniently ordered the night before and served to you whenever you get up in the morning. Lavini is great for couples or solo travellers who want a quiet villa and amazing service. Xem tiếp
