Was assigned to a room with sewage smell, was told fully room so cannot change the room for us. Most of the staff couldn't speak any English. Crew is very young, poorly trained, inexperience. Poor management of the program, everything was a rush and experience was poor. Noisy environment. The cruise belongs to a bigger group of luxury cruise. Didnt felt they care a lot about guest experience. Certainly has much room for improvement. Would not recommend, don't waste your holiday away! Xem tiếp

My 12-year-old sister and I chose La Vela Premium for her first Ha Long Bay experience and we were delighted with our choice. We chose the 3-day tour and got the full experience of Ha Long bay with Sung Sot Cave, Ti Top Island, Vung Vieng Floating Village and some kayaking and beach frolicking. Ha Long Bay is a magical place, bigger than Trang An, Ninh Binh and beautiful in a different way. Just sitting on the deck looking around is a great way to relax. Every spot is a great photo opportunities. We had fun arguing about the shape of the rocks also. The food was good, plenty and authentic Vietnamese food that my picky-eater sister was always full and satisfied. The staff would always ask before hand to see if you have any food allergy. The cabin was as pictured, small, for obvious reason that it's on a ship. But everything was clean, air con and everything else working. We had some trouble getting Wifi signal in the room the first night, because the boat is metal. But the problem was soon resolved and we enjoyed Wifi the rest of the time. What I really liked about the cruise is the staff. The manager was friendly, always engaged us in conversations and really getting to know us to make our stay much more comfortable. We and all guests were well taken care of. The only part we didn't like was the drive from and back to Hanoi, because a teenager would always get bored and ask how long. But it is no reflection upon the cruise itself, we had to get to Ha Long somehow and I am glad that I don't live further away. We booked the shuttle bus and chose to be picked up at 61 Ly Thai To street. Remember to find the Paradise Cruise Pickup Sign opposite the alley from Press Club, I only realized the sign was there until the driver asked my name. Toward the end my sister didn't want to leave, but alas the fun had to end. We would love to return if the weather cooperates. A lot of thanks to the staff at La Vela for the wonderful trip. Xem tiếp

色々とハロン湾の船内泊クルージングを調べた結果、こちらに決めました。スタッフさんの対応はとても良かったと思います。まず、こちらで予約すると後に英語のメールが届き、パスポートの番号やその期限、国籍、アレルギーのある食べ物などを書き込んで返信をします。 今回、一緒に行った方が外国の方だったので、そちらの方についてはベトナムに行くためのビザ情報も添えて返信しました。 シャトルバスを希望された方は追加料金を取られますが、ハノイのオールドクォーターにお住まいであれば、そちらに迎えに来てもらえます。帰りに泊まる場所が違いましたが、そちらにもちゃんと送って頂きました。 バス料金の支払いについては、その後、メールで連絡が来るので、リンクのあるページから一番安いバスを選び、クレジット払いしました。 ハノイからハロン湾までは4時間くらいで、行きも帰りも途中、強制的にお土産屋に連れて行かれて、30分休憩です。（商品は、ハノイ市内の二倍以上はすると思いますので、あまりお勧めできません。） ハロン湾について船に乗ってからは、とにかくイベントが多いです。ちょっと盛りだくさん過ぎるので、初日はディナーが終わるまで落ち着く暇がないです。島の中の洞窟は、初めて洞窟を見る人以外は、あまり感動がないと思います。 でも、木の小舟に乗り換えて、海の洞窟をくぐって、入江に行くクルージングは良かったです。ここでカヤックに乗りたい方は別料金で行けます。 夜ご飯は、それほど美味しくなかったのがちょっと残念です。夕食とハノイに戻る前の昼食の飲み物は有料でちょっとお高いです。小さな缶コーラだけで四万五千ドンします。お部屋でも飲まれる方は事前に購入されて行った方が良いと思います。 ハロン湾の景色については最高にいいですね。船酔いなどは心配する必要はないかと思います。それほどの波もありませんし、デッキのテーブルに灰皿を置いているくらいですから、揺れはそれほどありません。 エンジン音が寝るときに聞こえたりするので、気にされる方はイヤーウィスパーなどを持参した方がいいかもです。イカ釣りは時期が悪いのか、全く釣れませんでしたし、そのイベントに来ていたお客さんも6人くらいでした。 二日目の朝食と昼食の時間があまりにも近いので、朝はあまりたくさん食べない方がいいかも知れません。全体を通りして満足しています。 Xem tiếp

하노이에서 하롱베이까지 셔틀버스가 있어서 편안히 잘 왔음. 호텔로비에서 기다리면 픽업하러 와주심. 시간이 지났는데 안와서 조마조마했었지만 , 그래도 잘 도착함. 옆에있던 최고급 크루즈 까지는 아니였지만 그래도 좋은편에 속함. 대략 10팀 정도로 한국인이 우리 밖에 없어서 놀람. 직원분들 모두 친절함. 음식은 쏘쏘 . 큰 불편함은 없었으나 우리가 갔을때는 비가 조금씩 와서 ..아쉬움 ㅠㅠ Xem tiếp

깨끗하고, 발코니가 있고, 프로그램이 재밌고, 친적한 직원들이 있고, 픽업서비스가 잘 되어있고, 합리적인 가격인 곳을 원했는데 딱! 그런 곳이었다. 둘째날 아침을 먹고 체크아웃, 배에서 내려서 11시부터 점심 12시 30분에 하노이로 출발하는 스케줄이었다. 보통 다른 크루즈 같은 경우 점심도 배에서 먹는 스케줄이라 하노이 돌아오면 여섯시 일곱시 되어 그날 관광하기 어려운데 하노이 도착 4시30분이라 그날 하노이 관광하기에도 좋았다. Xem tiếp
