Pros: Fantastic staff who were always willing to go the extra mile to explain anything in detail or offer help - an extremely thoughtful, attentive, and friendly team. E.g. even small touches like remembering your details/things you might have mentioned in passing, and offering cold water to people who were waiting for me in the lobby during a hot day, even though they weren't hotel guests. Clean room and good location. Cons: Air-conditioning barely kept up with the intense sweltering heat, but to be fair it felt like 45-50 degrees Celcius during the daytime when I was there. My room access card didn't work after the first usage, so they had to help me to open my door every time I returned to my room. Xem tiếp

It was great except for the last day when we asked if there was a cheap way to go to the airport. They proposed a private chauffeur for 423 000 vd. We said that Grab was cheaper. They convinced us that it would be more expensive in the middle of the night. In the end, grab would have cost us 255 k vd and the chauffeur would probably have been nicer to us. All is great, all staff is extremely friendly and always trying to meet your requirements assistance. The only mini improvement may be the cleaniness of the room., as the room floor is slightly sandy, likely due to the construction at level 2. However I will definitely stay here again in future. FYI, there's a small stall at the corner of the road selling great Vietnam Sandwich and drinks. Xem tiếp

We stay here every time visiting Hanoi. The location is in the heart of ordinary life. Not so luxurious、not so modern equipment、but you can get the warm welcome and smiles by the staffs there. And then, that makes you feel local people. Xem tiếp

Their family suite is highly recommended. The room is very spacious witg 2 queen-sized beds. Receptionist named Tracy is very helpful and accommodating. She provided useful information going around Hanoi. Location is in quiet small street in the Old Quarter which is very good for a relaxing stay. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. This is indeed value for your money, will definitely recommend this to others. Xem tiếp

It's an amazing hotel. We booked last minute and it turned is the best decision ever. We had welcome drink and staff gave us briefing on vietnam, hanoi particularly. The location is near to restaurants, spa, laundry, market, etc. Good breakfast. The room is pretty neat and good services. Xem tiếp

Great location, easy access to lots of nice restaurants/cafes, sites. Helpful and kind staff. Basic breakfast. Shower was dated... I think they are long overdue for a renovation - when we arrived our TV was not working and they had to change the TV (and the TV we ended up using, the picture quality was not clear). The AC leaked and they needed to call maintenance to fix it on our 2nd night (we stayed 3 nights). Bed was good and size of the room was good. Lovely spacious bedroom. Not sure we were in the right room we booked, but we had a great view and plenty of space we didn’t bother to question it. The bed was comfy, air con worked brilliantly and was quiet if at all noticeable. The pool side was great, the gym was good and equipment new. Sky bar was nice and welcoming too. Finally the breakfast! It was fantastic, egg and bacon station was great! And the Pho was yummy. So many options and all tasted great! Xem tiếp

Right in the heart of the Old Quarter. Amazing location and such great value. The staff here are amazing and made us feel incredibly special during our entire stay. The Old Quarter is so dense and there are a plethora of places to stay but having had a wonderful stay here, this place deserves your custom. The all-included breakfast buffet is good and you can also order off the menu. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they helped us so much with guidance on things to do and helping translate where needed. We love this place, and the people that work here equally so. Me and my friend have a five day trip in hanoi. When i came, i was treated best welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel lied in a very small alley but convenient location. However, the most memoriable thing here is the people, isablla, martin and all the other staff are just so helpful, friendly. They helped me a lot especially the tour booking to ha long bay and ninh binh. I can 't describe by words the beauty of these destinations. Viet nam is probably the place i will be most likely to recommend if any one wants to find a place of spectacular view, friendly people and good service. Thank you for an unforgettable trip. The hotel is centrally located in the old quarter. It's walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. It's also off a small road so it's blisfully quiet so you don't hear all the car horns. The decor is modern and luxurious. They've thought of everything from a laptop to fresh fruit in the room. We came back one day to find a freshly made birthday cake even though we hadn't said anything, what a lovely surprise! Every single staff member is super helpful and friendly, from the bellman and the cleaner to the breakfast staff and chef. Everyone greeted us with a smile and a hello. Justin and Tracy particular went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Tracy greeted us with drinks and gave us ideas on how we could make the most of our stay in Hanoi. Whilst Justin made helpful recommendations, arrangements for excursions and calls to organise our massages and taxis. Overall, everyone goes above and beyond to ensure you're stay is perfect. Value for money for short stay in central location, room is on the small side but everything else is adequate. Within walking distance to St Joseph and Hoan Kiem Lake. Staffs are all quite fluent in English and make you feel you are talking to Viet friends. This english capability especially help when I had to communicate my health issue to the night staff and they responded right away and effectively. first time in vietnam and first destination to hanoi. location is all walkable distance. speedy response on all requests and even give a surprise bday celebration and cake to my boyfriend. my boyfriend even request them to help plan for a proposal and though simple, but we are very happy for it and they dint even charge us and they are also excited for it because its their first doing a proposal decoration in their hotel. Staff is all wonderful and very friendly and with smiles all the times and even call us not to miss the breakfast. definitely will come back again if we came to vietnam again. highly recommended Xem tiếp
