Dù là 4sao, nhưng tính thẩm mỹ của khách sạn cực kỳ cao. Từng góc ngách đều được chăm chút kĩ lưỡng. Thức ăn sáng rất ngon và được phục vụ theo chuẩn nhà hàng sang chảnh, rất đẹp mắt. We booked this hotel last minute because of an immediate itinerary change, we wanted something nice for our last and only night in Hanoi. Quite honestly, everything from the staff, to the room, to the roof top restaurant and bar, it’s just great. This was my first trip as a solo traveller and I was a bit nervous, but the staff were so helpful and reassuring. The hotel itself is located in a great place, around the corner from the first stop of the hop off/on bus and the water puppet show. It is easy to get to a lot of attractions from it. The breakfast is really nice and comes with a variety of options. Personally the one thing that was missing for me was a pool, but that was it. After a long day exploring, it was so nice to come back to a clean, luxurious hotel. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Xem tiếp

location good, close to the lake, service is good, staffs are nice. The room I stayed in is with bath tub/shower combination. Raised quite high from the bath room floor level, provided a stool to step in and has uneven flooring in the tub. no doors, water will splash outside. This is my 2nd night staying at this hotel, in Superior Room (located at the basement). The room is bigger than the deluxe, really love it. Undeniable, the comfort and cleanliness just amazing. The staff is always there to assist you around the clock. Location is perfect, centre for everything. Breakfast provided, buffet & ala carte. You can have for both. This hotel is incredible! Check on process was outstanding, they serve you with a cold towel, drinks and titbits while the staff attending to your check in process. The lobby was really nice with a great aromatherapy smell. Stayed in Deluxe Room. Internet connection was perfect in case you are attending to skype, video conference etc. Bathroom was so luxurious with nice complimentary toiletries by Acqua Di Parma. Bedding was super comfy, I have a really great sleep at night. But for me, the room a lil bit smaller & it is okay if you just wanna have the room to sleep and to enjoy Netflix for the whole day. Breakfast served was also great with nice view at the higher floor. Various option for buffet as well as for ala-carte. Vegetarian option also available. I’m happy to say that all the staff is really accommodating as and when you have a question or seek for opinion i.e. place for eating, shopping etc. Good job and kudos to all the team of La Sinfonia Del Rey. the hotel is located right on the hoan kiem lake, so location cant be better in Hanoi. the hotel is really beautifully designed and has a very luxury feel to it. the staff were very accommodating and did their utmost. the room was spacious and very comfortable. really everything perfect. there were only 2 points: i booked an deluxe room with window, but unfortunately this window was an internal window looking into a light well. and the internet seemed to have problems as kept stop working several times in the evening. other than that it was a fantastic hotel Xem tiếp

We stayed 4 nights in January. This is a brand new beautiful hotel an it is great. It has the appeaance of a luxary classic hotel in all its details. The staff were very friendly polite and helpful. Restaurant also for a very good breakfast is on the topfloor with great views.. We had a suite at the front of the hotel. We would definitely choose this hotel on a next visit to Hanoi. TIP. When you come to Hanoi for a few day, arrive on a Friday and leave after the weekend. During the weekend there will be no traffic around the lake where also the hotel is situated. Xem tiếp
