The staff were totally amazing, nothing is too much trouble and the service was superb! On arrival we were served cold drinks and fresh fruit while we waited for our room. The staff supplied us with a map and told us the best places to visit. They also booked all of our taxi’s and when we advised the staff that we was travelling to Sapa, they provided us with a free packed lunch for our overnight train travel. They also offered for us to go back to their hotel for a room to shower and sleep (free of charge) on our return to Hanoi. Xem tiếp

Excellent services, friendly staffs. New hotel so bed , pillows are comfy. Very clean. Excellent breakfast with fresh foods and fruits. Excellent foods at Cloud Nine Restaurant and perfect English speaking staff (Thanks Amber) and reasonable prices. Best spa facial treatment too. Xem tiếp

Hotel is centrally located in the Old Quarters. Entrance to hotel is impressive and welcoming. While room is not large, it is attractively designed. Love the bed. It is comfortable and somehow it induces a good night sleep. Above all is the quality services provided by the attentive service staff. They are polite, attentive and will do whatever they can to ensure you ensure the stay experience at the hotel. Xem tiếp

This new property boasts stunning rooms in a modern classic style. The public spaces and restaurant & rooftop bar are exceptional. While only 2 months old the staff make you feel like family or better still old friends and genuinely so. The mantra of the staff is the word no is not in their vocabulary. So every effort is made to make you welcome and meet your needs. As a new property we offered some feedback which was heartily welcomed and then the staff went beyond expectations to address our issue. Will def stay here in the future or in fact any of the La Sieta group. One of the best in Hà Nội Xem tiếp

Superb personal experience. Received warm welcome by the staff, offered with drinks, cut fruits and plum. Complimentary fruits in the room with appreciation written note. Love the room design, warm greeting by all the staff, breakfast with variety of foods, nice rooftop surrounding by busy street and absolutely clean. The only cons are the noise at night and early morning since this location is surrounded with busy street & the bathroom are relatively small. Keep up the good work! Xem tiếp

Definitely the best of the best hotel here in Hanoi. I've been living in Vietnam for 4 years. And travel a lots for both leisure and business. Never experienced such a warm and genuine service till met La Siesta Premium. Special thanks to the customer relationship manager, Mr. Eric (Mr. Quan) who instantly helped us on a minor issue and surprise us with an unforgettable gift. From check in to check out their service was perfect starting with welcome drink and fruit beautifully presented, spacious and stylish room with everything so clean and impeccable. We had a noise problem caused by the guests above us- they forgot to turn the shower off. They upgraded me to another room and offered me a free airport transfer!! Will definitely go back for my next visit to Hanoi and recommend all my friends to stay there when visiting Hanoi. Xem tiếp

We stayed two nights there this July. This hotel is centrally located in Old Quarter, so it’s walking distance to the night market, restaurants, etc..The staff were super helpful. Location la Siesta premium is located at the center of the old quarter, no matter go to the Hoan Kiem Lake or bar area, it only takes few minutes to go to. if you concern the noise problem, the hotel is not standing at the main road, so compare with other old quarter hotel, I believe the car and motorcycles noise is much less noisy. Room We had stayed in the hotel for 3nights and booked for the Deluxe Room with window and got the upgrade to the Grand Duplex Suite in last day. We appreciate the delicate interior design of the room, it combine modern and vintage. The room we stayed is clean, the equipment is new and in a high quality. There are two things we found uncomfortable is about the bathroom design of the Deluxe room, the moving area is not enough especially when you places a bath mat on the floor but it actually block the way of the bathroom door close or open…and the other thing is about slippers provided, it is not a one-off slipper but a re-use flip flops. it is really depend on personal preferences but personally i prefer hotel can provide a one-off slippers to us. Services 5- star service. From check-in to check-out, we can feel the staff is truly care about their guest experiences. They will take a follow up action when you express your comment and feeling. I will say the staff in the hotel is a professional crew in managing hotel operation and guest experiences and also passionate about what they are doing for. Xem tiếp

Perfect stay at Hanoi La Siesta Premium Hang Be. The hotel is new, the rooms luxurious and clean, location is perfect within the Old Hanoi, food and buffet are excellent, and the staff is just adorable, always ready to help and give you the best stay in Hanoi. The staff here were accommodating, and very helpful. Love their happy hour at the sky bar where you can get really nice 1-for-1 cocktails. The food at the hotel restaurant on level 9 was superb too! Don't forget to try the Hanoi's specialty, 'egg coffee' there. The hotel is located at the old quarter with lots of restaurants, and a convenience store close by Xem tiếp

Very good location, famous Green Tangerine restaurant is just a stone throw away. Very comfy and clean accommodation. Brilliant customer service. The only cons I have for this hotel is the shower and basin area, as it's not a single big toilet, the shower room and basin felt really cramped and uncomfortable. Stayed here for 2 nights on our honeymoon Feb 2020. Beautiful property and amazingly helpful staff. Check in took a little long for some reason. We were "upgraded" to duplex room from Executive Suite but room was very strange and dark. Spiral stairs in room were very narrow and inconvenient to carry stuff up and down. Recommend sticking with normal balcony suites. Second night we changed back to original room type and liked it much better. Staff spoke English fairly well and concierge went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. They can use Whatsapp to communicate which is a nice personal touch. Location is very busy but conveniently right in the Old Quarter - included breakfast was wonderful, would definitely stay again. Xem tiếp

Everything is wonderful, room space, bed and pillows, decorations, smells and the staffs! It feels like home, cozy, relaxed, the front desks speak very good English, easy to communicate, and you will be warm by their friendly and passionate. Not only the hotel customers, even you just want to have a drink at the skybar or do a massage at spa. Breakfast is good too, traditional and Western style, yummy food at the boutique restaurant.
