Vì đã đi du thuyền ở vịnh hạ long nên lần này mình chọn du thuyền le ragina cruises ở vịnh lan hạ. Ấn tượng là du thuyền rất đẹp như trên ảnh, phòng, ban công và phòng tắm đều rộng rãi. Đồ ăn nấu khá ngon, nhân viên rất ngoan và nhiệt tình. Mình khá ưng ý. Duy có điều là phòng tầng 3 ngay cạnh phòng sinh hoạt chung, tối các bạn hát karaoke khá ồn và trẻ con trên gác chạy nghe khá rõ. Xem tiếp

The trip is very bored in everyday. Even the dinner we had same buffet in two nights. It costs us much money but it not good as well , the breakfast only have three kinds bread , yogurt , fruits tea and coffee, that’s it! Housekeeper didn’t makes well in our room, no tissue , bottle water even toilet paper no refilled. And the cruise manager was said that we don’t need to prepare water in every trip , cause they will do , but when we joined the second day village trip , the guide always asked us if we need water or not, then we ordered two bottles, turns out we need to pay it. He is lair. Everything needs money on the cruise , I definitely never booked this cruise again. Xem tiếp

very bad experience. I asked them if the can offer me second or third floor room which is far away from dining room and they said yes but on the day they cant and worse is that they gave me 1st and closest room from dining. it is fine if it was the unreasonable demand, they might have denied my asking and I would find another way or not. But they just notified unilaterally on the day..... freaking Xem tiếp

The Cruise boat was very new (second trip) and was looking super. The staf was very helpfull and friendly. The tour was Excellent in a fantastic scenery of Halong Bay. Regina Tours thank you for this unforgatable trip, see you again. Xem tiếp

I had problem with the roiled temp and the AC in my cabin. The manager Thomas were quick to fix them, throughout the whole trip, he was on top of things and made sure everything goes well with our cabin ad our stay. The cruise is luxurious with good quality beddings and food. The view is to die for. Highly recommend! Xem tiếp

We booked a 3 days/2 nights cruise and it was great. Right after check in and lunch we we were brought for kayaking boat rides. My husband enjoyed the kayak and I enjoyed the scenery on the boat with our tour specialist Mr Andy and a fellow traveller. The buffet dinner was exceptional but I like the barbecue best - tiger prawns, squids, meats. There was not much night entertainment though but it worked for me as I had a sound sleep with the boat so quiet. The next day most of our fellow cruisers went to Trang Trung Cave as they were checking out after that. Since we had another night left, me and my husband boarded a smaller but very private boat and cruised the bays of Ha Long, Lan Ha and Bai Tu Long. We went to a small village Viet Hai and roamed the place on a motorbike with our very able guide Curly. We tasted local rice wine infused with snake, scorpion, etc then we went for a fish massage where little fishes ate out dead skin from our feet. Fantastic experience ! Xem tiếp

My wife and I took a weekend trip with La Regina, and we absolutely loved it!! The Room was outstanding for a boat (we had a queen suite with private balcony, and bath in the room), and the boat was not overcrowded so it was a super relaxing cruise. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help, and everything ran like clockwork with great communication and information. Couldn't recommend them enough!! :) Xem tiếp

Along with Halong bay itself, the ship and staff were incredible. We got our room upgraded and it was very luxurious! The food was also superb and value for money was excellent on drinks especially during happy hour! I would not hesitate to go on this cruise again. Xem tiếp

we had a great time. food was good, especially when they cooked vietnamese food. the cocktails were good. the boat is as advertised, really clean and nice. we did some of the outings, but sometimes relaxed on the boat. the outing was good. the transportation was comfortable and makes a bathroom break on the way. a few notes: expect disorganization checking in and out and if you aren't returning to the same address post the trip, triple confirm with them before you leave. if you have food allergies or religious reasons to not eat certain food, confirm with them each time you receive a dish. there was no door to the bathroom. My wife and 13 month old son had an amazing time on our La Regina 2 day/1 night cruise of Lan Ha Bay. They made us feel very welcome and we were even given a surprise upgrade to our room, which wads very lovely especially given we had such a young infant with us. The food was good and the staff very accommodating with good English. The vessel itself was very comfortable and definitely amongst the most modern we could see cruising the bay. I would not hesitate to recommend La Regina to others, espcecially if you're looking to avoid the huge tourist crowds of Halong Bay. Xem tiếp

At first we were a little overwhelmed when we arrived at the waiting area - it was a little chaotic as people were trying to leave and arrive at the same time. Other than that we had such a great time on this cruise! The crew really went above an beyond to make our stay memorable and even showed up to our hotel at the end of the cruise to personally hand us a gift! The rooms were gorgeous with their own private balconies and bathtubs with a view. Bbq dinner was the highlight of the food selections! Xem tiếp

Staff service was exceptional and made our Ha Long Bay stay a remarkable journey. Room and facilities were exceptional. Based on the special note of our wedding anniversary, the staff has surprised us with a cake and mocktails at dinner. Also, they have given us a cute gift after arriving at Hanoi using their luxury luminous service (35$ each way). It would be great if they can improve the buffet menu and especially the food tags to recognise veg and non-veg dishes. Overall, an exceptional stay with La Regina Legend Cruise :) Xem tiếp

Definitely a luxury cruise ship. The room was fantastic, and the staff was nice. The food was absolutely amazing! It was all buffet, but the quality was excellent and included a rooftop deck barbecue. My only complaint would be the loud and annoying music on the deck. It totally ruined the ambiance of being on the water. They were blasting pop and EDM music at ear-piercing levels. Xem tiếp
