Tôi đã ở Goden sand, Palm gaden ...trong mùa hè năm nay, nhưng nhân vioeen ở đây là số 1 , rất thân thiện ,nhiệt tình ,vui vẻ chiều khách. Phòng ốc đẹp sạch sẽ, địa điểm ven sông rất tốt, chr có điều giá phòng mua qua agoda quá đắt so với giá niêm yết. Xem tiếp

Tôi có 3 đêm tại đây. Nhân viên KS rất quan tâm và chỉ dẫn khách nhiệt tình. Phòng đẹp, giá phòng hơi mắc do KS gần hết phòng. Vị trí KS là tuyệt vời, đi xe đạp 5 phút vào phố đi bộ, có chỗ đỗ xe ô tô. Cảnh từ phòng rất tuyệt, trước cửa KS có khu cho khách ngồi ngắm sông rất đẹp. Xem tiếp

Positioned on the river so gets a nice breeze if weather is hot. Easy 15min walk from old town centre or shuttle bus available. Staff and service outstanding. Breakfast the best we had in Vietnam. Shuttle to beach also available. Xem tiếp

Room - Stayed one night in a river view room, deco is nice, condition is good and clean. Location - a little bit out of the way (old town center), with shuttle bus service and is 30 mins by walk (not a very good choice in daytime summer), but you got a very quiet night (compare with the loud music you can hear if you stayed in the old town) Facilities - everything is here but as it is a small hotel, don't expect the scale as some 5-star chain hotel, yet things are in good condition Breakfast - not much variety, but still adequate, only serve standard black coffee / tea (which is a downside for a coffee lover like me) Staff - front desk speaks very good English with excellent service, I arrived at the hotel by noon and inquire for a My Son tour in that afternoon, the lady (floor manager I guess) help me out immediately, checked with 2 travel agents, offer suggestion etc with professional and friendly manner All in all, no hesitate to recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An Xem tiếp

Lantana Riverside was a secret hideaway from the busy tourist area. It was calm, friendly and peaceful. The staff was excellent. Breakfast buffet was varied and gave so much choices. We so much enjoyed our stay. Xem tiếp

Book a room with review and balcony. Absolutely worth slightly higher rate. Staff wonderful and excellent breakfast. Only complaint Australian couple gave swimming lessons to local Vietnamese young children resulting with extremely noisy ye Lling and screaming for 2 hours. everything is excellent we had dinner at hotel restaurant every night, very delicious happy hour time from 4 to 7pm , we had our drinks after cycling back from old town. Spa - it's okay. if compared to Danang Spa, the comfortable and CP level , I think Danang is better. Xem tiếp

The hotel is fairly new. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The Front Desk staff are extremely helpful and courteous.They help with online bookings, etc and speak good English. The Breakfast selection is ok..for those who like Asian food. The F&B staff do attend to your needs. Daily bus shuttle to the Ancient town of Hoi An. Transport to & for DANANG airport can be arranged too. Overall, it's a great holiday and we will return and stay there again. Xem tiếp

Overall quite good. Staff helpful and breakfast quite good. Good riverside view for some rooms. However, the hotel is not close to old town and may need to take about 20mins walk. The hotel is lovely - nice rooms, very helpful and welcoming staff, great swimming pool too! It's a 20 minute /half hour walk from town but there are places to eat and drink nearby and a shuttle bus if needed. Xem tiếp

The hotel seems to generate its status more from location than what is provided I always felt that should I require anything from the front desk, it was a chore for them. In complete contrast to the service from the breakfast/restaurant staff That was always dealt with professionally and with a smile especially Lucky who you could see wanted to make your vacation special offering advise etc Xem tiếp

We like everything about this hotel. we got the room facing the river which is very nice, the room is clean and comfortable. the only down side was the location, but they offer free shuttle to the main street. the staff are very friendly, especially the concierge, they offer us the options and arrangement for us to get to Danang the next day. highly recommended. I read the wonderful reviews so I decided to book. I stayed here for 3 nights, their staffs were great BUT will I not return, here are the reasons: 1.my bed sheets was not changed ( I know because there was a brown mark on the white sheet and stayed there for duration of my stay)and bathroom was not cleaned as empty soap bottles were not picked up. 2. When I first got there, they turned the aircon power off, I couldn’t turn it on, I needed help from their staff. Then I realised. after turning it on....The air consisting is old and made loud noises, there was no quiet mode, it was hard to get to sleep. That’s why they switched it off. 3. The mini fridge defrosts and makes loud noise every 20mins, as it is hidden in the cupboards, so the cupboards doors also shakes every 20 mins( may be it was just my room) 4. Locals wake up early and construction work around the area is very loud. You can here it all. 5. It is 30 minutes walk to Old Town (too far) hotel staff says 15mins but that’s not true. I spoke to a few tourists that stayed there and they said it’s much longer than 15mins. 6. The Hotel booked a taxi for me, and I was ripped off by the taxi driver. On grab, the trip would have costed $71VND but the taxi driver that they ordered for me charged me $125, I saw the meter going up so fast, I knew the driver did something dodgy. I was by myself and too scared to dispute.I know it’s not the hotel’s fault but they should be partnering with reliable & trustworthy taxi companies. I called and complained to the hotel but they said they can’t do anything about it and did not apologise. They’re supposed to look out for their customers. When I returned that afternoon, they did not ask if I was ok, they did not address the issue. Anyhow, if you do decide to book this hotel, please review and let me know what you think. I feel like may be I’m just very unlucky and got the worse room available. Also not cleaning my bed sheets is unacceptable. If you do stay here, I suggest le Xem tiếp
