- phòng ẩm, đồ dùng ko được vệ sinh sạch sẽ ( quạt, remote, ly trong bathroom,...) - điện hay bị cúp đột ngột - không dọn phòng - ăn sáng tạm - khu vực lễ tân kèm nhà hàng còn có mùi. - nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện. - ks cần cải thiện hơn, vẫn recommend nên ở ks này Xem tiếp

Khách sạn mới, sạch sẽ, nằm ở ngay khu trung tâm. Nhà hàng tương đối ngon, giá cả phù hợp. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, dù ban đầu Ks và Agoda có chút khúc mắc nhưng họ vẫn hỗ trợ tôi check in. Dịch vụ tour ở Cát Bà ko tốt lắm, nên tham khảo trước. Xem tiếp

Absolutely wonderful and friendly staff. They really make you feel like you are at home. The rooms are kept nice and tidy and extremely comfortable beds. The view is amazing and make sure you sip your morning coffee on the 5th floor at the restaurant while the sun is rising. Great work Lang Chai staff. We will see you again. Xem tiếp

ery good hotel. The staff was very helpfull and efficient. When I got there, the wifi wasn't working. The router was broken. The receptionist gave me an alternative within 5 min whilst they fixed the router. The water is very hot, the rooms spacious and eveything is closeby. Xem tiếp

First we booked 3 nights in this Hotel. But we really loved this Location, so we stayed 2 more Nights. The rooms are really big and there are big windows! We loved that there was so much light in the room! The room was really clean also! The breakfast was great! You get breakfast at the rooftop so that you have an amazing view! The staff is so friendly and helpful! We booked a boattour for one day at the Hotel and it was amazing! You also can rent a scooter at the hotel for very few money! We were so happy! Thank you! As I was resting in my room because my body was sick, many bugs such as ants, spiders, and cockroaches were found. I couldn't sleep until dawn because I felt like a worm was crawling around me, and I ended up turning on all the fires and falling asleep faintly at dawn. The room looks big and clean, but there are insect eggs everywhere. It is a good place for price, but it will not be used if you visit Kumba Island again. Xem tiếp

Very cheap for a 2 night stay. The receptionist was very helpful for booking a Halong Bay tour and buses to Hanoi. Good breakfast and great location. Not much to fault! Would definitely stay again! Thanks for a great stay! Xem tiếp

I strongly recommend this hotel. It is so value of money, very big room. The strategy location is so convenient for us to go the beach or the food and drink. The best things is that a reception guy name is fabulous. He an arrange everything for you to the kayaking, bus ticket, money exchange and even change the fan blade of the room that I broken😜. We stayed here for 5 nights. We had a double room with a sea view. The hotel itself is nice, the rooms are spacious and have a clean cut look to them. The bathrooms are big, just a note that the door to the bathroom is just glass so no privacy here. The bathrooms could have been cleaner but for what we paid we can’t complain. We paid £6 a night and got breakfast too, we went in October in the low season so I think this was a reduced price. For this price we got more than enough for our money. There were some flaws, loud karaoke on the first night until around 1130, but not after that. When we arrived the light in the bathroom didn’t work and the fan was making a loud screeching sound. We told Stephen (the main worker) and he sorted it out for us straight away. Stephen is definitely the saving grace for this place, he is the only English speaker (as far as I could see) and met our every need, he must work very long hours as he is always around to accommodate. He sorted our breakfast every morning and also our laundry too. This guy seems to do everything. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. Xem tiếp
