Khách sạn căn hộ. Khách chekc out bắt phải trả tiền thay ga mới vì ga cũ làm bẩn kêu là không giặt được. Vô lý vì khách đi cặp đôi, đã ở rất nhiều ks mà không bị bồi thường vô lý như thế này. Dọn phòng đã lấy đi hai khăn mặt nhỏ nhưng lại hỏi khách là trong phòng thiếu hai khăn mặt nhỏ, không biết hai anh chị có dùng?? Việc thay giặt ga gối là việc của khách sạn, đây lại bắt khách trả tiền thay lại ga mới hoàn toàn. Quá thất vọng. Xem tiếp

Bé nhỏ nhà mình nghịch làm dơ ga giường chỉ là 1 vệt sữa nhỏ, sau khi dọn phòng nhân viên bắt trả lại tiền giặt ga?? Bàn là bị hỏng k rõ lí do? Mình cũng phai hoàn tiền. Thật k muốn quay lại lần 2 Xem tiếp

The hotel is brand new, the gym room is exceptionnel, the internet works fine. Since this is a service appartment, you don't have a restaurant inside the hotel. However so much choice is very nearby! Staff is competent and friendly, the rooms are obviously in good size and shape. I will stay again, Xem tiếp

This is the second time I stayed at Lancaster Hanoi, and I think their operations/services have been improved significantly compared to my first stay (2-3 months after its opening). About location, the area of Giang Vo - Lang Ha has a few choices of apartments: Daeha, Lotte and Lancaster, to name a few - among which I find Lancaster's location the best. About the rooms, the studio (1 bedroom) is not super convenient (its bedroom is not separated from the living area so if your child goes to sleep, parents need to turn off all the lights and sleep too), but the 2-bedroom apartment is of good size and very comfortable. I find my stay with the Lancaster this time very comfortable and already decided to come back there the next time. Xem tiếp

I stay there every time I go to Hanoi, and I will stay there again. Serviced apartment style, you won't find a restaurant, but a supermarket is downstairs. The fitness center is great and the staff is very helpful. Xem tiếp

the room was decent and clean. internet coverage was good. the only downside is they don't provide any Breakfast. There is a minimart on the ground floor which you can buy refreshment or sundries. stretch of street food outside if you dare to try. overall quite satisfied with the stay. Xem tiếp

Convenience location, just few USD can go to most of the tourist points in town. Nice local restaurants nearby. However, money exchange and house keeping only in service within certain time in a day. Need to pay for extra blankets and pillow . Xem tiếp

Our family visit Hanoi regularly, and since last year we've been staying at the Deaha Serviced Apartments. This time I tried the Lancaster for 3 nights, to decide if I should book it for next Lunar New Year instead of Deaha, due to its relatively closer location to our relatives. My impression about the Lancaster is: (1) it's new with all new home equipment, all easy to use. (2) the staff and the apartments' operating procedures are new too, so there is still hick up here and there which will need to be improved over time. I did not like the fact that we (2 adults) were given only 1 key for the apartment - so when one of us wanted to come back earlier, we needed to ask Reception to open the door for us. Lancaster tried its best to cater for families by having an indoor colourful playroom on 7th floor, and I think long-term stay families would find it great, however it can't beat the space and outdoor playground which older places like the Daeha can offer. The building was brand new so rooms are quite clean and in good conditions. However, service isn't great. There wasn't a business centre when I was there and am not sure if they even provided breakfast. Convenient location for me but not really for those who want to spend a lot of time in Old Quarter and other attractions. Xem tiếp

they allow me to have early check-in and the good staff performance. easy to get taxi there. I can found local restaurants near by. the room was clean and comfortable. I checked out in the morning and easy to get a taxi to the airport. I also found a good supermarket in the hotel where I can buy some items. average I enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Xem tiếp
