Mình đặt phòng King room có ban công theo mô tả trên Agoda thì diện tích 40m2 nhưng phòng thực tế chỉ tầm 25m2. Bố trí phòng tắm và bồn rửa bất tiện. Điểm cộng là nhân viên thân thiện hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Xem tiếp

Địa điểm gần ngay Công viên 23/9, yên tĩnh. Mình đặt phòng hạng thường nhưng được upgrade lên hạng Deluxe có bạn công trông ra phố. Hài lòng. Phòng giống trong ảnh , đồ đạc mới và hiện đại. Bất tiện chút ở phòng vệ sinh và phòng tắm chung và khá nhỏ. Nhân viên thân thiện, quan tâm support gia đình mình từ bữa ăn sáng đến việc gọi xe ra sân bay. Xem tiếp

This hotel is great for the price and it is centrally located. The staff is also amazing! They gave so much effort to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Breakfast was so good. I would definitely come back and recommend to a friend! Xem tiếp

Everything was fine except this hotel is not GIRL friendly. So single guy travelling pls be aware. There was also renovation being carried out next door, which starts early 8:20am. Room really big for this price range at this area. Male staff (age around 45) in green tommy polo in the morning shift is probably the most attentive n polite staff ever seen in this industry. Even walk with me to the road side to wait for grab after i checked out on the last day. 4th time in hcm city, booked this hotel because its near Sense market n Huynh Hoa banh mi, too bad Sense market was closed due to preparation for grand opening on the 8th june. Hotel is located about 5-10 minutes from bui vien with many restaurants and bars nearby. still its far enough to keep the room quiet. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, really exceeded my expectations! Breakfast was OK and was cooked on spot. Rooms are big and good enough however there were 3 strange things: 1) Toilet's sink was actually part of the room and not inside the bathroom. 2) There is only a little privacy in the bathroom, it is completely visible through a window and the curtain does not provide enough privacy (for example if a cleaning staff come). 3) Toilet and the Bath are very very close to each other without anything to separate! the toilet gets we t if you are washing yourself ! it is not very hygiene, also sometimes water are flooded near the toilet seat not very good experience... Good location, close to main market and streets full of restaurants, bars and shopping. Like other reviewers say, it is noisy with outside bar music but does stop around 11pm. Walking distance to museums and Palace and other city attractions. Very good breakfast with a variety of options. Snacks, soft drinks and water are provided free of charge which was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious, modern and clean. Shower was amazing. Recommend not booking an airport transfer as there are plenty of taxis at all hours (use Mai Linh or Vinataxi) which are much cheaper than what the hotel offers. I checked in this hotel from 06th to 10th Feb. Although it was little difficult to find the hotel, the location was very convenience and the staff's attitude was polite. The one thing that I wanted to fix about hotel is the parking lot. I checked in the hotel in 2a.m, the rat was moved to the plughole. I was surprised and I wonder about the hotel's sanitary conditions although it was not hotel's fault. So I recommend the hotel to fix in front of hotel. Anyway I was happy during staying this hotel. Room was very comfortable and clean. Very good location - many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Free snacks and drinks given. Staff were friendly and helpful. There’s jacuzzi on the rooftop that you can book and use. Breakfast can be sent to your room. We tried the Western sandwiches but they were quite disappointing. Xem tiếp

La Luna's location is perfect, situated with a variety of food around the hotel as well as markets near by. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was superb. Througherly enjoyed the Vietnamese coffee they served as well as the option of pho. Eggs abd toast were great as well. The only comment that I have is that the room did not come with windows (only one facing the staircase which we closed because of privacy) so it felt rather claustrophobic. Xem tiếp

We really enjoyed our stay at Laluna. The room is clean, staff is friendly and the location is very convenient. There is a underground shopping mall just opposite the hotel. The price is very affordable especially shirts and shoes. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friend !!! Xem tiếp

Staff were helpful arranging tours and taxis. Free drinks and snacks were a nice touch. The lobby/breakfast room a little small and lack ambience. The rooftop jacuzzi was lukewarm and no obvoius switch to turn on jets. Xem tiếp
