Vị trí đẹp, có nhiều điểm tham quan nhưng phòng ốc, cơ sở hạ tầng xuống cấp nhiều, cần chăm sóc, đầu tư nhiều hơn Xem tiếp

Ban đêm muỗi và gián bay vào rất nhiều, còn có cả rắn nữa. Sân thì tối như mực, lhoong gó bóng đèn. 1 đêm mất điện 5 lần. Chúng tôi đã phải bỏ phòng giữa đêm về BMT để ở. Xem tiếp

Chúng tôi đã ở đây 3 đêm. Cảnh quan ổn, yên tĩnh. Nhân viên rất kém về giao tiếp(ko tìm thấy nụ cười nào), chỉ được 1 bạn ở nhà hàng vui vẻ chút. Nói chung đã ở thì đừng thắc mắc gì. Mất công ! Xem tiếp

1. Nhân viên có vẻ nhiệt tình nhưng hoàn toàn không biết cách giao tiếp. 2. Không có điện thoại nội bộ, gọi điện thoại vào tổng đài thì thường xuyên không có người nghe. 3. Nước để uống từ nhà hàng (dùng để nấu nước sôi và nấu ăn) không được vệ sinh, có mùi lạ, uống vào rất gắt cổ. 2. The resort was kind of outside of town so we felt a little disconnected unless we rented a motorbike. The staff was incredibly helpful in getting us a motorbike and also with bringing us hot water for tea. They were also just very friendly in general. The room itself was nice and had no major complaints aside from maybe it not being worth the price of the room. We also came during the cold season, so there wasn't much to do in town. But in the warmer seasons I'm sure the pool would be really nice to lay around at. Xem tiếp

It took some time for them to find me a room as there were issues with lights not working and also the internet. They were making small improvement while I was there but there has certainly been a lot of love lost for what could be a really charming place. The restaurant is very quiet and there was nothing intriguing on the menu to cause me to eat there. Great restaurant just down the road though. Just as a warning, there are lots of bugs since it's next to the lake, not a deal breaker for me but some may find this to be unpleasant. Xem tiếp

Nice place and nice view the lake. Calm and tranquil. I very like this small ville. We have a great experience with these M'nong peoples. They are kind and friendly. Otherwise, they should have more maintenance services cause the hotel is quiet older and bad quality. Xem tiếp

We asked for glasses but staff of restaurant said they're busy with the wedding preparation and could not support. Fortunately Receptionist helped us (No glasses in room). It had mosquito net but didn't have enough facility to use. We had to use chairs and TV cable to hang it. Wifi was available but could not be accessed Xem tiếp

There were far too many bugs and spiders in my room. We had to get staff to remove a very large one. The eating hall was limited and the breakfast included was barely adequate. I love the bats flying around the breakfast hall, very novel. Xem tiếp

In general, place is nice with a swimming pool and a garden. The terrace with lake view was also nice. But the rooms are very old and need to be painted and redecorated. In the ceiling of the room 106 there is a hole, which is a great entrance for mosquitos, bugs and lizards. Staff don't understand english at all. Poor options for breakfast. restaurant of the hotel was closed before 9 p.m., so we couldn't simply eat anything. And the main point, that actually, there is nothing to do their at all. In the the nearest national parks it is impossible to trek at all. But some view points were really awesome. Don't waste your time here, go to Đray Sáp Waterfall. Xem tiếp

First off its difficult to find and second the staff were so unhelpful it was shocking. We wanted to rent motorbikes to see some of the further afield sights but were told they don't do that and offered no alternatives. I have lived in Vietnam for 5 years and travelled extensively here and never have I encountered staff who were so unwilling to help (it wasn't a language barrier either, they spoke pretty good English and we speak a bit of Vietnamese). We were essentially stranded at this sub-par resort with nothing to do, so I would recommend that you do not come here unless ou have pre- arranged transport. Xem tiếp

I think we are lucky because we get nice numbers without bugs, so it was very simple and clean. Unfortunately stuff speaks english VERY little, thats why I rated it like 3, but they still was very kind and smily like everywhere in Vietnam. We liked the mnong show! We enjoyed our stay in the area because it is slightly off the tourist track. More a place for local tourism rather than international tourism. We had a private room at the resort and it was basic and ok. The resort grounds was cool, lots of treest and bush around to make you feel like you are on summer camp. Mosquitoes were a huge problem and there were lots of them everywhere (inside the room as well), although they may have sprayed the room with something because there was a huge pile of dead mozzies in the morning. I love this place... I want to come back and stay longer. Had the Lakeview bungalow and I felt truly at home with the beautiful view outside. Must have sat at the balcony for hours just admiring and soaking up the scenery. Great for folks who wanna get away from the crowd and be close to our natural beginnings... My travel conpanion wouldn't agree with me but too bad cuz he ddidn't come our a single cent for this trip. So the person who pays gets to choose where to stay n what to do... Too bad for him. I would say it was alright. There were no other guests and it felt little weird to have the whole place to be empty. There are no good English speaking staff. Though the place in general is nice, it is definitely not worth the money. Xem tiếp

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, despite having limited English they were enthusiastic about genuinely welcoming us. The hotel is quite outdated with basic facilities but the rooms are comfortable enough for a short stay. The location and views of each little 'chalet type' room is great - each with a small terrace overlooking the lake. The food and drink choices were basic but the food itself was freshly prepared and tasty. The hotel is a few km from the elephants and Jun village so you need a bike, motorbike, or to walk.
