We were very impressed with the photos on Agoda & the design touches (as those really nice sinks, taps etc.). The touches are indeed cool. The cleaning and servicing of the place leaves to be desired, though. All glass surfaces in our room were very sloppily cleaned (windows, shower window, mirrors). Dust in any corner. Then it was the human interaction. The lady at the reception, while obviously very friendly and hard working, barely spoke any English. So we had problems in any interaction with her. Apparently she runs the place all by herself, from cleaning to making breakfast to check-ins, -outs etc. Which gave us the overall feeling that this was a place which has been ultra-nice and cared for years ago - but definitely not today. The owner/manager seems to have a lot of sufficiency - after all, he/she has a place in a very sought-after location in Hanoi, which cash-flows. It's a shame, since the place has huge potential to really deserve the score. Right now, *it doesn't*. Xem tiếp

It's 04 times i come Hanoi for business trip, this time i've tried another hotel alter the old hotel. Before i come Ladybug, i have called to the hotel but nobody pick up phone although i called more 3 times, then i decided to left message via agoda app and the end of day they replied my message with English. It made me feel assurance so i didnt change hotel. And finally i come, Ladybug has nice design but they have problem in manage hotel. First, place it's NOT stay at big street and we must go to through many house on the left until the end of street. Second, they only have one girl staff and the ground floor become small store selling fruit and no elevator. Third, room is small and i feel it's NOT cleaning, room look nice and neat but it's not really clean. In my booking included breakfast but i decided not to eat here so i dont know they really have or not. One more i dont know why they are hotel with 03 star Agoda, may something wrong here? Room was clean and lovely, like the well-designed leaf sink very much. Bed was comfortable, shower was excellent. Though located for walking distance about 10 mins from the lake, restaurants and convenience store nearby, can enjoy the quiet here. Breakfast with options, it was tasty with fruit provided. The owner lady and the staff were super nice and helpful, they treated me like family. The owner lady helped to do the currency exchange without changing any fee, also helped to book the taxi to airport with fair price. I had a nice chat with her for the living with Vietnam and culture thing. A very good stay for me indeed. Xem tiếp

The staff were incredible- nothing was too much for them. They let me use the room until 9pm the night of checkout as the room was free. They even took me on the back of a bike to see the ceramic village as they were going to look for things for the hotel- so I pretty much got a solo tour. They welcomed me like a friend. I cannot speak highly enough. They were also able to help with booking taxis and tours and ordering food- anything that was needed. It is only a small 6 room villa so you feel like part of the family, not just a number. The rooms were clean and beautiful, laundry was left hanging in the wardrobe when cleaned. The shower was amazing! If you get the chance to stay- please do! Xem tiếp

来河内考雅思的朋友，可以优先选这家酒店哦，各方面都太赞啦，性价比极高，房间很新设施很齐全，超级干净整洁，老板的服务态度超级好，早餐很好吃，地理位置好，离idp office只有几百米距离，周围都是网红餐厅超级好吃，治安和环境都很好，外面都是领事馆非常安全，总体来说酒店和周边环境都非常小清新，非常满意的入住体验 Xem tiếp

为了考雅思订的房间，离IDP office很近走路大概10min，打grab的话25k，离普雅考点ocean park跟ukvi考点宝子酒店也不远，性价比很高的住宿！ Xem tiếp

오바마분짜집이랑 가까웠고 빈컴센터도 걸어사 15분 호안끼엠도 걸어서 10분이면 갈수 있어서 위치도 좋고 호안끼엠 밑에 지역이라 사람도 많지 않고 인도도 잘 되어 있어서 다니기 좋았어요 마지막 밤 비행기가 샤워 되냐고 했더니 이용 안하는 방 화장실 열어주셔서 너무 감사했어요 Xem tiếp

엘리베이트는 없지만 이 가격대의 숙소들에 비해 내부 가구들이 고풍스럽고 고급스럽고 깨끗하고 에어컨도 시원합니다. 바로 옆에 카타르 대사관이 있고 대사관 경비원이 24시간 상주해있어 주변거리는 깨끗하고 안전한 편입니다. 오바마분짜식당과 쌀국수 맛집 꽌퍼틴이 근처에 있습니다. 사파익스프레스를 탈 경우 픽업지역이 아니라고해서 버스타러 택시타고 갔습니다. 카드결제시 수수료를 삼퍼센트(?) 다 붙입니다. Xem tiếp
