Khách sạn trang trí trang nhã. Mặc dù đặt phòng superior diện tích hơi nhỏ so với suy nghĩ nhưng phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi và sạch sẽ. Khá gần với hồ hoàn kiếm hay phố cổ nên có thể đi bộ được. Đồ ăn sáng khá ổn nếu có lười ra ngoài ăn sáng. Điều đánh giá cao nhất ở khách sạn là nhân viên làm việc rất chuyên nghiệp và gần gũi. Mình lên đúng dịp sinh nhật và các bạn nhân viên đã trang trí phòng cùng bánh sinh nhật và hát mừng sinh nhật. Cực kì bất ngờ! Mình đánh giá rất cao đến việc quan tâm khách hàng như thế này. Sẽ đặt lại phòng vào những lần tới hà nội tiếp theo Xem tiếp

Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí thuận tiện. Có một điểm nhỏ không hài lòng: Tôi book phòng family suite, trên web ghi rõ là cho 4 người (2 người lớn, 2 trẻ em), nhưng khi tới nơi thì chỉ có 1 giường đôi (cho 1 người) và 1 giường đơn (cho 1 người). Gia đình tôi phải trải đệm xuống đất để ngủ. Xem tiếp

We enjoyed our stay at Labevie very much! Breakfast was very nice and our rooms were clean and we received complimentary water and tea each day. It is located in the Old Quarter and a short distance to many restaurants, bars, and a majority of the sites. Great value for your money. We really appreciate their service. We can’t forget the welcome drink - banana smoothie. AWESOME. The concierge carried all our luggage’s and receptionist sent us to the room personally. Breakfast is lovely. We informed the staff that we need to check out at 4am and they slept at the counter just for us. They packed the breakfast for us even when we check out at 4am. Fantastic hotel to stay in Hanoi. Location is superb and staffs are extremely friendly. Location of hotel is within walking distance to Xoi yen, Giang coffee, Bun Cha ta, Hoan Kiem lake and Trang Tien plaza etc. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Ms Nga who contact me before my trip to enquire about my stay in Hanoi and if I am looking for trips to Sapa and Halong bay etc. Get her to book. You will not be disappointed. She will meet your budget and expectation to the limit (give and take in minor arrangements). Mr Sun who was at reception will ensure you have a good stay everyday. Breakfast is very basic but they fried very good sunnyside up. Basic price for basic hotel with superb services. Please note the rooms has very nostalgic layout with the door needs to be key locked. Tourists who looks for superb staff service, good budget hotel and nostalgic layout room, this is it. Lastly, fresh towel everyday from lovely housekeeping. My top recommendation for Hanoi stay. The staff at this hotel offered the best services at par with 5 star properties in the country. Very courteous, friendly, hospitable, caring & kind. I can use all the adjectives to describe them. Much of this credit goes to Mr Sun at the Reception who went out of his way to help me sort the much needed extension cord for my computer so I can work! He also made sure that my stay remained pleasant and indeed! I appreciated very much his support and kindIf I could give him more than 5 stars rating, I would! He is a “gem” worth keeping! I hope the management will provide him the much needed pay rise or if not promotion as well as to other staff who deserves this. I also would like to take this opportunity to thank the hotel management & staff for the upgrade on my last night of stay! It was a very pleasant surprise for me! The last surprise I got when I checked out were the beautiful handmade card and the rice cakes for me to take home! I was so touched by this gesture. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Book in advance as their rooms sold out fast! My very best wishes to everyone at Labevie Hotel for a wonderful new year ahead! Xem tiếp

I received several WhatsApp messages from a staff member from the hotel prior to my arrival to advertise tour packages and airport transfers which I found to be intrusive and annoying. Beyond that, I stayed for a week and got a balcony room, and it was well lit and a good space. The breakfast is incredibly basic and nothing to complain about or praise. WiFi in the room was mostly good except it cut out one evening and took until noon the next day to fix. Relatively quiet compared to other Old Quarter hotels that I've stayed at. Xem tiếp

Mr. Tiep Le and his staff were all gracious hosts from the moment we walked in. They welcomed us with a drink and then sat us down to show us the various landmarks around Hanoi, where to shop, etc. Then we discussed what tours we may want to purchase. We already had a 3d2n Halong Bay cruise in mind and when we mentioned it, they quickly contacted the cruise line and got us booked slightly cheaper than we could have ourselves. After the cruise, which was spectacular, we spent another night at the hotel before departing for a 3 day tour of Sapa that Mr. Tiep Le set up for us. We would have been lost on this one without him. He sent us off in a taxi and had one of his staff follow us on his motorbike to make sure we make it onto the train without any problems, and carrying our bags for us each step of the way. Truly VIP service. At the Lao Cai station we were greeted by a man holding a sheet with our names who guided us to our bus which took us to our hotel. We had the standard room with no window which was quite small but suited our needs. The hotel has an elevator which was convenient with our heavy bags and the room was clean when we arrived. The only problem we had with the room was a clogged shower drain but we informed the staff before we left for Halong Bay and it was fixed before we got back. They also had all of the luggage we left behind ready in our room for us before our arrival. There's a decent selection of food for breakfast including a nice spread of fruit and the chef can make a delicious bowl of pho. We were overall very pleased with the 3 nights we spent at Labevie Hotel. Xem tiếp

The room is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. The location is convenient. The cost is very good. The only two issues are shower water temperature fluctuate and the pillow is too thick. Other that these, no complaint! Strongly recommended. Xem tiếp

We stayed here for 10 days while in Hanoi. The staff speak great English and are always friendly, helpful and accommodating, the rooms are constantly cleaned and maintained and are extremely comfortable and quiet. We returned to this hotel after our Ha Long Bay cruise because we enjoyed staying here so much. The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious, breakfast is filling, staff are really nice and welcoming. Its a great value all around. Our flight got changed last minute by the airline so we had to miss breakfast the last day but the staff were so kind and they made us breakfast to go!! We originally booked just 2 nights here but it was such a good value and the staff were so nice that we decided to return to this hotel after our Ha Long Bay cruise. So yes, definitely recommended! Plenty of hot water, a/c works well, breakfast is basic but filling, and the staff are very helpful. Its in a great location, right in the heart of Hanoi but on a side street thats a bit calmer and quieter which we appreciated. Basically, this is a good hotel for the price you paid for. The hotel staffs are very friendly and made us feel welcomed. They even introduced some tourist places when you check in. The Labevie Hotel is ideally situated in easy walking distance to the Red Bridge. If you take the cheapest option and choose the double room with no window, it is snug. However, I recommend paying just a little more to stay in a spacious room. The staff could not do enough to help, including arrange transfers, laundry and online check in. Breakfast was of a high quality and the fresh yogart was a treat. I will stay at the Labevie Hotel again. Xem tiếp
