Pros: - lovely large, clean, cool room with a balcony, big fridge, large bathroom - friendly and helpful owner and family - situated in a quiet area or district 7, hardly any westerners in this part of d7 so prices for local food / barber / gym remain as per local prices - lots of great food places within walking distance, and several gyms too (40k a day the large, well-equipped one I used - bargain!) Cons: - no breakfast included (no biggie for me, the cafe across the street does a nice pho) - well out of any nightlife, if that's your thing Xem tiếp

I have been here 5 days. I can say I was very happy. The Owner Mr Phong always happy to give advice, very friendly and speak excellent English! The room is very comfortable, clean and not so hot. You must try! Xem tiếp

This is my new hotel i will alway stay. It is small family house, several levels. All fittings are new, well constructed (which is unusual for VN), and very clean. Comfortable bed. In District 7, which is new area, clean, quiet, some local cafe and resturants in walking distance.. One male owner has very good english, very helpful with anything. Great 'hotel' run by a charming couple who have created a home from home in South Saigon. The large rooms are superb, hugely spacious, airy, clean, the bed massive and comfortable, clean new linen, high ceilings a wonderful escape from the mayhem of District 1. If you don't mind staying a little outside the mixer (15 minutes to D1 and 5 minutes to D7) then La Apartment offers a peaceful and relaxing base. The good stuff: The room was huge, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. There was a WIFI modem in the room so the connection was excellent. The AC unit was brand new and very easy to use. Blackout curtains covered the windows and could turn day into night. The balcony was also very big. The room was kept very clean and the design was very modern. The not so good stuff: It was very hard to fault this accomodation and we could only find one thing. Every evening during the week and some mornings the building is used as a space for music lessons. It was pretty loud but we honestly didn't mind. The music was nice and it was cool to say hello to the enthusiastic kids when we passed through. Overall the stay we had here was amazing and we would recommend anyone to stay here. Although you are far away from District 1 if you have a scooter it would only take 15 minutes to get in. Phu My Hung is closer and great for a night out too. The best part of the stay was the owner Phong. (I hope I spelled that right) He was the nicest most accommodating person you could meet and his wife was the same. The gave us tons of advice about things in Saigon and more. Thank you 10/10 Xem tiếp

Je recommande chaudement cet hôtel ! L'accueil est très sympathique, et les conseils prodigués par les propriétaires sont très utiles. La chambre, la salle de douche, et le grand balcon (appartement côté rue) sont parfaits. Le tout est: - très moderne - très propre - très bien équipé (climatisation efficace, full Wifi, grand réfrigérateur, etc) - literie très confortable - payement cash ou Visa - éloigné du centre ville, donc calme, mais accès au District 1 en 15 minutes en utilisant UBER ou autre pour 50.000 VND (2 €) ... Aucun point négatif, à part les cours de musique au ré de chaussée quand on est dans la chambre située juste au dessus, mais les cours s'arrêtent à 21 heures, donc ne nuisent pas au sommeil ... En résumé, je recommande cet établissement et j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir lors de mon prochain séjour. Xem tiếp
