This hotel is conventiently located near the center of Hanoi and offers a Japanese-style bath for both men and women. Laundy and dryer are available for free (+ detergent) which makes the stay even more convenient. If you happen to speak Japanese, there is a load of comic books you can borrow from the Hotel library. This hotel feels almost like a hotel in Japan. The staff are very friendly, helpful and speak Japanese quite well. All materials/information are displayed in Japanese. The room quality was normal (for business hotel standard in Japan) but good value considering the price point. The location is convenient if you need to have meetings with Japanese companies in Hanoi. A few light bulbs were not working in the room I stayed in - they could improve maintenance on this. Xem tiếp

Location : Good for business travelers. Location is exactly the middle of west Ha Noi and east Ha Noi. This hotel would be a good choice if you know Ha Noi city very well. Facilities : WiFi system is poor, my room couldnt connect WiFi at all, end up staying in lobby till night. Cleanliness : Good enough. And quiet enough. Room was clean and very nice. Bidets and heated seats for the toilets. Massage chairs on the top floor for anyone to use. It's geared toward Japanese, so there's a Japanese breakfast, a happy hour everyday with rice and curry and alcohol, a corner of Manga comics and a shelf of things you can take for yourself (toiletries, ironing board, iron, Japanese toys, etc). Good location, free parking in basement, friendly staff, amazingly good room for the price and best of all free mini spa on the 10th floor with relaxing pool, sauna and free to use high quality massage chairs. Only negative for me is the breakfast l. Xem tiếp

I stayed in Kuretake three times, which means I really like this hotel. Breakfast is great, sauna is great, and service is fuss-free. However in the last few months, on my second and third stay, internet wouldn't work even after room change and after feedback to the counter. Very Japanese oriented. Front desk reception speaks very fluent Japanese but little english or other language. Anytime when you need to dine, no restaurant within walking distant. Suppose to be a budget Hotel but end up paying S$77.00 per night. Can get better hotel at old quarter with that price and better amenities. Xem tiếp
