A lil misunderstanding during our check in process but they solved the problem by upgrading our room. Tq for the best solution n we truly enjoy 2nites stay there. Everything was great. Just close ur eyes whilst walking along the lobby (not really lobby just like small space going to the lift ) because its a foot spa. Hehe Xem tiếp

If you can, ask for a room opposite from Ben Thanh Market. The traffic noise was relentless. If you can sleep through that then this place is fun. Getting here was a challenge as the lobby and signage our front was for a nail salon and it took me a while to find it. The staff were very nice. The price was great. I have no complaints about anything but the traffic noise. Xem tiếp

The only value of this hotel are its staff and its location. Wifi is inexistant and if the owner doesn't want to invest for implementing or upgrading the wifi, I will not come back nor recommend this hotel Xem tiếp

The Hotel just opposite to Ben Thanh Market. But the Hotel is not easy to find as its main entrance is a nail shop. Room is big and clean, aircon is strong. But the shower water was not hot enough for me and the electric kettle are quite dirty that I dare not to use it. Overall is good as it is not expensive. It is recommended to budget traveller. Hotel staffs were really so friendly and accommodating. Even though they're really having a hard time speaking English, they're trying to help us with all their means. Hotel's location is really great, it's just behind the Ben Thanh market and street food market. It was just 15- 20 minutes away from the airport via Grab. Thank You KK Central Hotel Xem tiếp

Location was pefect, just across the Ben Thant Market and many metered taxis in front of the hotel. Also walking distance to other tourist attraction. Staff was extremly helpfull by allowing us to stay another half day with very affordable charges, and we got anything we requested- iron, kettle, international charger. The only problem is the hotel is inside the nail spa, so we have to cross inside the spa evertime we wanna go in and out the hotel. Xem tiếp

The Boss and the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. My friend have booked another hotel for him and his family, but suddenly the hotel give the room to another guest. Then, i asked the staff in K central hotel to check if there are still have room for my friend. The boss give the best price for my friend even though he booked it on the spot. She gave the price same with me (I have booked this hotel via online) You can asked mineral water, tea, coffee, sugar as much as you want during your stay. All is FREE.. Internet is fast... VERY EXCELLENT SERVICES To get to the hotel you go through the nail spa but it was no problem. We would definitely stay there again. Xem tiếp

Small room with balcony, but clean and cozy. Bed is hard (even by Asian standards). No hot water when i tried it (but i was there only 1 night. WiFi OK. Easy check in/out, friendly staff. Opposite Ben Thanh market. Entrance is through 'Hollywood nail salon' 24 hour open. Xem tiếp

Pros: the hotel has GREAT location, located just opposite ben thanh market and within walking distance to shopping malls. Hotel is cheap for its location. Cons: the cleaniness of the hotel is TERRIBLE. For the three days we were there, there was NO room cleaning available at all and when we tried asking reception to clean up room, the staffs were not able to understand us. The room also had mosquitos. Hotel does not provide shower gel so we had to buy them ourselves. It was uncomfortable because of the overall cleaniness of the hotel, so will not recommend to people who wants some good rest. If you don’t mind how dirty the hotel is and just want a cheap and conveniently located hotel you can pick this. Xem tiếp

I am a bit disappointed with the room that I have booked for. I have booked online and paid for a room with City View, but what I've received is a room that mentioned with City View but when I get in the City View is being blocked by air-con compressor and grills for the City view and I don't think I am deserve to pay so much to have this kind of room because once the City View is being blocked there's no difference comparing to a normal room and I will not recommend to anyone. The hotel had done nothing about this, not even refund or bother to change a room for me that have a room with City View. Xem tiếp

We stayed one night at this hotel before our flight to Cambodia the next day. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. This hotel is directly opposite the Ben Thanh market which is extremely convenient. The only negative was that it took us ages to find it; we wandered aimlessly from street to street (with our backpacks on) until we eventually discovered it was above a nail salon. Please make this clear on your itinerary to future guests! Otherwise perfect for our needs. Xem tiếp
