Nhân viên khách sạn thờ ơ, thiếu nhiệt tình, chỉ quan tâm khách Tây ko quan tâm khách Việt. Đã đi hết 10 nước DNA nhưng đây là 1 trong rất ít khách sạn mà nhân viên khách sạn thờ ơ với khách như vậy. Thuê xe máy ko giao giấy tờ xe bị công an thổi. Hôm sau, yêu cầu đưa giấy tờ thì bảo xe cũ mất giấy tờ rồi, mình nói hôm qua gặp công an họ làm khó này nọ thì cuối cùng cũng chìa giấy tờ xe ra để mình thuê tiếp. Với khách Tây thì họ offer chở ra bến xe bus gần đó miễn phí. Còn với khách Việt như mình thì họ làm lơ. Buồn với cách làm ăn như thế. Xem tiếp

Khách sạn gần đường quốc lộ mà độ cách âm của phòng kém nên rất ồn kể cả ban đêm Tiện nghi quá kém, không có thang máy. Vệ sinh trong phòng chưa sạch sẽ, chăn nệm quá hôi Thái độ phục vụ chưa tốt Chỉ có giá tương đối hợp lý Chắc lần sau không bao giờ quay lại Xem tiếp

Stayed here for one night with my sister on one of their private rooms. It was a great stay even without considering the price we paid for it (it was very cheap). The receptionist was so accommodating and welcoming. She helped us organise a private car that can take us to the tourist attractions in Ninh Binh. Nothing bad to say about this accomodation. Our stay was fantastic. Very impressed with this hotel. We arrived in ninh binh at 6am and they let us check in straight away, this was very much appreciate after no sleep on our bus. The hotel was incredibly comfortable and what a great bed. The best we've slept in in Vietnam, Xem tiếp

I cannot say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff in this hotel. Upon departure Mr Luong walked us down the street (2 blocks) to the intersection of Highway 1 and waited with us to catch a bus and made sure we got on the correct bus and were not overcharged. They sell tours here but do not push them. He rents moto's and provides maps to all the local attractions which can easily be visited cheaply via a rented moto. Tam Coc and Trang An are definitely worth a visit. I enjoyed them much more than Halong Bay. We had two breakfasts and 1 dinner in the hotel restaurant and found the breakfast to be simple but good and a great way to start the day. We had the grilled goat which was absolutely outstanding, it was not gamey in any way and was reasonably priced when paired with some fried rice it fed two people. I really enjoyed my stay in Ninh Binh and the staff here work to ensure that you have a good visit. I would advise travelers to stop here for a day or so to the see the sites. The hotel also provides free transportation to and from the train station via moto, also a very nice touch. This hotel works to earn your business and does not take their customers for granted. Give them the opportunity to make your stay in Ninh Binh a pleasant and rewarding experience. I am sure they will. The rooms were large and spacious, clean and well equipped with plenty of hot water. The staff are kind and the room is spacious and comfortable. Motorbike rentals are available for 100k/day. Our experience: the gas tank was so empty when we got it that we ended up having to push it most of the way to the gas station - when we complained about this we were told that it was the fault of the people who rented the bike before us. Not sure what to think about this but pushing a bike up the highway was definitely not pleasant. Otherwise, we had no issues on the bike for the day. Also note that the wifi connection was very weak and often down - but there are many cafes nearby with great connection. Finally, for early risers/photographers: they lock the front gates overnight and we discovered this when we were locked in trying to leave for a sunrise hike to the Mua Caves viewpoint. There is a bell you can ring right next to the gate and someone will open it for you. Overall a good stay with some minor hiccups. Xem tiếp

Good room. Great stuff. Great and cheap motorbike tours organized by the hotel. They also booked the nightbus to Hue for me that picked me up at the hotel. All in all a very good value for the money. I can highly recommend this hotel! BUT: Give your laundry to someone else. Laundry was very bad (First time wet, second time dirty, third time damaged). Xem tiếp

Enjoyed my stay, nice staff and good breakfast! The hotel is central and if you have children, their is an inside court where you eat so that the kids have space to play. The guide was good, took me to Cuc Phương National parc by motorbike. It was amazing! Helped me out for my motorbike and he speaks very good English! The food is good as well. Really enjoyed Xem tiếp

Kinh Do Hotel in Ninh Binh is a good location to visit things arround Ninh Binh. The staff is verry friedly and help to arrange your trips f.e. with motorbiks o bicicles. Also it arranged the sleeping bus to Hue for us. Xem tiếp

Upon arrival, we were served hot tea and bananas which was really nice. Reception was good and was able to provide us with options to explore the area given the limited amount of time we had there. Booked a one day tour with them and was brought around in motorbikes to see many places. My guide especially, took the effort to explain and talk to us about the history of certain places when we went about. Breakfast served was good too. Xem tiếp

I spent 4 nights in Kinh Do Hotel- longer than I originally planned. The staff over there are fabulous, very friendly and helpful! You have a choice of what to get for breakfast and their banana pancakes are delicious! Food at the hotel's restaurant is delicious too. Room was big and cleaned every day. Nice clean bathroom with hot water as well. Great value for money and the staff make you feel like at home! Definitely recommended ! Xem tiếp

We were collected from the bus station and dropped off at the railway station by Mr Luong, who is a little over enthusiastic but has a heart of gold. He also collected two other people who weren't staying with him, but who he was expecting, so he could give them the options and help them with their onward overnight journey. We hired his motorbike, and had two good days out, there was no pressure to buy a trip. The food was good and all the staff were lovely. A highlight for me however was the cutest little kitten who just wanted to sit on your lap and be loved (once you'd persuaded him to let it out of the cage it was in to stop it getting run over). We thoroughly recommend and will be staying again on our way back up country. Xem tiếp

We stayed at Kinh Do for just one night as we were only in Ninh Binh to see attractions outside of the city. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is how paper thin the walls are, we might as well have had the door to our room open because we could hear everything going on outside in the hallways. Not the biggest problem though as I'm sure it is not always as loud as it was during the national holiday we were there during. Xem tiếp

This hotel is old and very dated, it could do with a good lick of paint. The room was ok, it was clean but everything looked old and past its sell by date. I slept well as it was quiet here and my bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was ok and I found it easily enough when walking from the bus drop off point, Ninh Binh town has a few restaurants accessed by foot but nothing else much of interest, all the sights are out and about from the main town but again easily accessible by scooter or hired car. The free breakfast was terrible as it has been at every budget hotel I have stayed in on my travels across Vietnam. Ninh Binh itself is beautiful and in my opinion is a hidden gem, why so many backpackers miss this place out bewilders me. Rent a scooter and explore the countryside, rivers, mountains and temples.....just wonderful and the scenery in places is amazing. Xem tiếp
