Cô chủ hiền lành dễ thương, nữ nhân viên thì khó chịu. Tolet có mùi hôi nồng nặc ... ko có mấy sấy tóc Xem tiếp

Hai mẹ con mình đặt 1 phòng 2 đêm tại Kinh Bắc phòng ốc nói chung sạch sẽ, mình được ưu đãi của agoda nên chỉ phải thanh toán 850 ngàn cho hai đêm. Mình rất hài lòng về giá cũng như chỗ ở của Kinh Bắc cho đến khi thanh toán. Có lẽ vì bán phòng với giá rẻ nên chủ khách sạn này thấy tiếc nên tính tiền luôn 4 chai nước suối trong hai ngày mẹ con mình ở mà lẽ ra thông thường nó phải được miễn phí. Trả thêm 40 ngàn mà trong lòng không cảm thấy vui vẻ chút nào. Giá như chị ấy lấy tiền phòng cao hơn một chút rồi không tính tiền kiểu tận thu kia thì có lẽ sẽ để lại ấn tượng rất tốt trong lòng mình. Kiếm củi ba năm thiêu một giờ... Xem tiếp

My family stay 2 nights at Kinh Bac hotel. The hotel has just openned from April this year so the facilities are all in good condition. The staffs are quite nice, friendly and useful. The restaurant can serve fresh and delicious food. It make me feel like staying with family here rather than a hotel. The only minus point is that the hotel is far from Duong Dong town but it is surely a good place to stay for discovering the south of the island. Will recommend my friends to this hotel. Xem tiếp

The staff at the hotel was very nice! I loved talking to Ben and his mom, who own the property. They assist you in anything and are very sweet people. The hotel was a good location- close to Sao Beach and away from the noisy city center. The rooms are clean and spatious. They were just a few ants in the room, but it's normal concidering the weather and location. Will definetly come back! Xem tiếp

We had a great stay at the hotel - THANK YOU! The rooms are very, very clean and pretty, which was a blessing after some darker places. In addition,the owner helped us whenever he could, even when we got sick he invited us to some rice :) The staff was just as great. The hotel is, indeed, located a little further abroad. The hotel is near Sao Beach but anyway you must rent a bike or call a taxi to reach it. We rented a motorbike at the hotel but it didnt work properly. The food is overpriced, so even if you want to eat you must rent a bike and ride to the city (20 km). In winter Sao Beach is full of garbage. The hotel looked really clean, but ants crawling all over the bed, impossible to keep any food in your room. The location is too far away from every place of interest. The center Duong Dong is 20 km away. If you don't want to pay for a Taxi every day, you'll have to rent a motorbike. At the time we stayed, there wasn't any left at this hotel. Room had balcony and size was appropriate for two persons. Cleanliness was more or less ok,there were few ants and a roach occasionally,but I guess that can't be avoided in the climate. Bathroom was a bit substandard and everything was wet after showering as the shower was not separated. Bed creaked much so sleeping was interrupted sometimes. Also the hotel is at the main road and trucks as well as cars tend to honk at this intersection when passing by, don't expect a calm place. Staff was kind but English was basic. There's not much around the hotel so a motorcycle should be rented, eg from the hotel, to reach the beaches or the towns. Xem tiếp

In my life, and after a year of living and traveling in Vietnam, I was incredibly unimpressed with the manager of the Kinh Bac hotel. His family is quite friendly and helpful- what I've found to be the norm in such a wonderful country, but the manager himself is the worst person at customer service I (or my family) has ever met, being rude, not listening to obvious facts, and even talking over us on the phone. One of our rooms in a bungalow didn't work- the power blacked out despite the breaker not flipping, and he insisted that we would pay for it despite not being able to use it at all. Luckily we didn't have to pay for the broken room (which he knew about and tried to fix, but didn't work), or HIS booking fee to Agoda that he tried to force on us. The food (dinner at least) is way overpriced and nothing special, and you could pay a third of the price at any decent tourist restaurant anywhere in Vietnam. The hotel had also rented all their motorbikes out. This is important because it isn't close to anything, unless you like paying way more for taxis. The manager didn't help or offer any other options for motorbikes either, incredibly unhelpful fellow. The hotel also doesn't have spare keys for the rooms or a master key, so if the staff locks your key in the room (which isn't on you), expect a mild meltdown from the manager who refuses to use simple problem solving to move forward and instead mind numbing repetition of facts (3 keys, 3 rooms). Luckily the locks are terrible quality and a little force goes a long ways in finding your key and fleeing... On the other hand, the new Montana Resort just down the little road is great, has a pool and a good selection of well priced food, and super helpful customer service. Don't stay at the Kinh Bac unless you love losing money or incredibly rude managers. Xem tiếp

This hotel was a very big disappointment. Private beach is 3km away and only reachable with the hotels overpriced scooters. The hotel manager is very keen to rent you a scooter even if you don't have a driver's license which is valid in vietnam. Therefore you are encourage to drive illegally. The mentioned pool is not part of this hotel but belongs to another resort down the street. This resort is greasy and not appealing, so is the pool. The hotel located in the middle of nowhere. There are two restaurants (besides the restaurant in the hotel) nearby, however both were closed. Only a small shop was open. Therefore, you can only eat at the hotel which has an overpriced and limited menu. The rooms are roomy but not very comfortable. The bathroom and the room itself are very simple. The only feature worth mentioning was the view from the balcony (palm trees). All in all, it is not a hotel we would recommend for a relaxing holiday stay on Phu Quoc. It is acceptable if you have a valid driver's license and only plan to sleep there but even then it's too expensive. Xem tiếp
