Went to this place several times last 10 years....never again!!! Dirty and not maintained rooms! Countless issues in the room, old and dirty ...late check in do to air con not working and so on! There are better options around.... for me never again!!! Xem tiếp

1.The hotel very nice and comfortable . 2. The workers all are so friendly , smart and very helpful . ( Well English speaking ) . 3. Surrounding have alots nice food and entertainment . 4. Lastly , the counter ( receptionist girls ) are so sweet and super cute looking . :p . *I will go there often . Anyway i been to vietnam tour every two or three months time . This small hotel is close to the tourist sights of Ho Chi Minh City. We walked everywhere we wanted to get to, even in the heat of this city! The staff are friendly and obliging. We don't speak Vietnamese but managed to be understood with English. A lot of good places to eat are over the road and nearby. Very handy place to come. e would book here again. Xem tiếp

In the descriptions it says that late check in is possible. That is one of the reasons we chose this Hotel. But when we arrived the staff was so impolite that we were affraid it would not be possible (gave us a very bad feeling). In addition the bed was not really clean. There were little holes and spots all over the planket. The bathroom was ok but not too big. Besides the hotel there is bar which made it hard to sleep because of very loud musik. Xem tiếp

Check-in was fast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast can be improved. We asked for an electric jug for boiling water and were supplied immediately. Non-working bulb also replaced almost immediately. Very good service. Xem tiếp

Our stay was fine. We were very unhappy when we checked out as we had specifically requested a quote for our final bill and had requested a airport transfer at 5pm. They then added on 50% of daily charge as "late check-out". I feel this was unfair as we were not given the option of checking out earlier and we had given them all the info up front. The hotel itself is OK, well renovated, good shower/bath, very good location. But breakfast is poor, all extra's are charged, even the 'free water in the room'. Overall the price is reasonable for this location if you book with discount through Agoda. But beware of the 2 annoying man (guards who are in the hotel at evening an night). They want to sell you there services, continuously bothering you with trips, tours etc. and also they cheated me with 'additional costs', when checking out early in the morning. Xem tiếp

Appears a nice hotel, however room we stayed in had no windows and smelled of smoke, the bathmat towel was also dirty. The breakfast was not nice, cold raw sâusage... The staff were helpful but at times annoying. Xem tiếp

the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. i asked for a quiet room so they placed us on the 5th floor which did reduce the traffic noise although this is not too loud. breakfast was in the lobby and i would have preferred a little more choice. very close to a lovely restaurant which the receptionist recommended.
