Checking in was a challenge at first as the person at the desk had no English & did not understand the Agoda Receipt I gave to her, she understood the reservation but wanted to charge us but eventually a more experienced person came along & were checked in no problem. The room was large with a wrap around balcony overlooking the street, fridge (which went off when we left the room), TV, 2 double beds, western toilet (no toilet paper), one temperature water in the shower all which were okay. One issue we had was there was a smoking area outside our room & at 2 am, had to get up and block the door bottom to keep the smoke from coming into the room (too late), the smoke trigger my wife's allergies and so the 2nd night blocked the door when going to bed so was better. There was a pho restaurant set up in the morning for breakfast as well as other street places close by. The price and room were fine but the smoke did us in so if coming back to Ben Tre would probably see what else is available. Xem tiếp

We, a couple of two backpackers, stayed one night in Kim Thanh Hotel. The room was very large, a comfortable double sized bed and an excellent bathroom for that price. The AC worked superb, so did the Wifi. The hotel is simple but upholds its purpose. The staff does not speak English but if you have a mobile phone with you, use the internet and a translate tool to communicate with them. Then they will help. The location of the hotel is downtown but next to a smelling market. All in all, the room was good in a decent hotel but you just dont want to spend longer there because of the terrible city. Like most tourists, we were only there 1 night awaiting the phu quoc ferry. That being said, the room was spacious and clean and we got a good night's sleep. In the morning, they were happy to call a taxi for the ferry. The staff does not speak English, so make sure you have your Agoda voucher out to check in. If you're looking for local food at GREAT prices, check out the tiny strip of stalls a few minutes away; we had 4 dishes we'd never tried that were all awesome.. It's in a lot one block south (turn right out the front door, turn left at the fruit stall, you'll see it ahead). Xem tiếp

Trên cả tuyệt vời
Really Good Hotel , near Bus Station very Central . Only Problem ,they do Not speak English,but they try to help you with all your questions. Hotel is clean and the Roms are very big more than 20 sqm. Bathroom is Big and comfortable in a modern style with separate shower. We do Not have any meal at the hotel, so do not know , how the Food is. Xem tiếp
