Everything was just fine but we couldn’t sleep through one night. Behind our bungalow it was very loud at night. Children screaming and crying all day long and even in the evening. The bungalows are right behind the beach bar "rory's" a cool place for hanging out. Just 50m to the beach. By motorbike your get to the nightmarket in 5min. The bungalows were tiny and clean, quiet, we had all we needed and the family was really lovley and helpful Xem tiếp

Loved this place. Less than a minute walk from the beach. Cute bungalow with a patio, but we had some strange occurrences with staff. We reserved a "fan room", but upon arrival they put us in a room with an AC. It was musty so we turned the AC on and left it on while we went to the store. When we got back we couldn't find the remote and there were no buttons on the AC to control it so it stayed on for 2 days straight with us thinking we were crazy for losing the remote in a one room bungalow. We unpacked all our luggage looking for it. Then one of the employees came and said, hey, you need to pay for the AC room. I told him that we never asked for the AC room, they just put us in one so we shouldn't have to pay. He goes and talks to someone and gets approval for us to move into a fan room and when he came to tell us, he had the remote! They took the remote while we were at the store while the AC was on and didn't tell us! Xem tiếp

It's a pretty basic place, and a typical budget accommodation. In most places in Vietnam, this would run you less than $10, but what you are paying for is the fantastic location... you are truly steps from the beach and it costs less than $20 a night. It's quiet at night and easy to sleep. Good wifi. Water pressure is poor but it's enough to rinse off. I booked two nights to make sure I liked it, and then booked another week to spend all of my time here. There are surely nicer places, but on the budget end, this is among the better deals in the under $20 category. Xem tiếp

This is one of the best priced places for a bungalow close to the beach. Not right on the beach, but only 50 m from it. You can go down to a beach bar (Rory's is 50 m) and if you patronize them use beach loungers there. Otherwise the beach is public and no one can stop you from sitting on the beach itself within 50 m of the sea. This location is one of the best along the beach. You are 200 m off the main road with 5 or 6 restaurants, a number of bars, and just about anything you want situated in the small lanes and paths in this area. It is really quite unique, Most other roads into the beach just lead to specific resorts and beach access can be a problem. In this enclave you have two access points. The family that runs the Kim Lien are great. I was there during Tet and twice during the week they gave all the guests a nice Tet feast. The bungalows are in a shaded enclave so although I paid for air conditioning I only used it a bit during the day and relied on the fan at night. If you stay on the beach you will pay at least the price of Kim Lien's A/C room for a non A/C room in the most modest places. Xem tiếp

Maybe people are willing to pay to be close to the beach (still not on it), but we moved further away after one night to get better quality for less money. Room was very basic, but all right of one just intends to sleep there and nothing else. Staff wasn't very welcoming. Xem tiếp

We had a pleasant stay at this place. Clean room, clean bathroom, hot water, soft mattress, and strong aircon. For the price we paid, it’s totally worth it. The owners were helpful. We rented their bike and it broke down on the way to a beach. We called them and after 20 mins like they said, they drove another bike to where we waited and we carried on. Overall, it’s not as bad as I was afraid from the previous reviews. I would stay here again next time. Xem tiếp

I enjoyed my stay at kim lien. Its not far from the airport and also not too far from the town and night market. Its one minute walk to the beach and there's Rorys beach bar where you can use a sun bed if you order lunch. Lots of restaurants nearby too. The people at the guesthouse are friendly and quiet. Bungalows are basic but all you need. There is a restaurant as well with nice coffee. Nothing to fault and I would absolutely stay there again! Xem tiếp

The guesthouse is 1 min from a beach. Thats the biggest advantage. The room doesnt look exactly as on the picture, but it is clean and not noisy and comfortable enough :) Xem tiếp
