Khách sạn rất ồn, tiếng máy nc nóng phòng bên làm ko thể nào yên giấc, đủ loại tiếng ồn từ trong phòng ra đến ngoài. Đi chơi quá 12h khách sạn đóng cửa phải gọi cửa rất bất tiện. chắc đây là ks giá rẻ nên mọi thứ rất bất tiện. đc vị trí trung tâm tiện di chuyển ! Xem tiếp

The room is spacious and clean. Housekeeping was well done everyday. The doors are somewhat stuck. The worst is its location right across one of the most happening night spot in town. The music will be blaring since 7pm and taken up several notches after 12am. They won't stop until 3am. If you are looking for a good night sleep, this is not the place for you Xem tiếp

Pleasant staff. New Food hall/mini mall straight opposite. Close to ATM's, Mini Marts, Bus, pleasant park and places to eat. In the Backpacker area. A little noisy up to about 9 - 10 pm because of two entertainment areas nearby. It is a pleasant 10 minute walk, mostly through a park, to the Ben Thanh Market. Xem tiếp

Loved this Place, the wife Owner speaks good English and was a lovely lady, All the staff had big smiles. The room was good, The water was hot, and the mini bar prices were as you would buy at a Circle K. It is an easy walk to the Markets and the popular tourist night spots. Highland coffee was 10m away. Hotel was full when I turned up with my booking. They put me in a nearby place for the night. I was a bit disconcerted. However the staff are really nice at this hotel and that repaired the bad start. Rooms can be a little noisy. Traffic noise mainly (horns). I used ear plugs and slept really well. Xem tiếp

We enjoyed our stay. People are very accommodating. The standard room is small but the rooms are well maintained. They made up our room everytime we leave. The place is located near Ben Tanh Market, about 10 mins walk. The hotel also has free fast wifi. :) Xem tiếp

i've stayed here several times before and visited again. pham ung lao, benthan market, and some other tourist spots are just near there. quite good breakfast is free though not many options are offering; some bread or instant noodle. you better try ice white coffee, vietnam style. yes, it's free with your breakfast. friendly staffs, clean rooms, nothing disappointed. i have only good things to say about this hotel. we were treated very nice by the staff the room was nice , cleaned everyday sheets and pillow cases changed everyday. felt very compfortable staff was nice and we enjoyed chattng with them at breakfast which also was very good . walking distance to everything. we saw many hotels in the area this was by far the best. booked all of our tours down stairs. was quite an enjoyable stay. great for familys and couples. not alot of noise and no strangers wandering around the hotel late at night. they run a first class hotel one of the best i have stayed in se asia.... oh wifi works great too and is free. The staff are AWESOME. the rooftop restaurant is a great little breakfast nook, and the built-in travel agency down below can book you any trip anywhere in the area of Saigon. The owner and staff will bend over backwards to take care of you. The room is very clean. The shower is very good. The bed is very comfortable. The Wi-Fi is second to none. It is quiet and within easy walking distance of most major attractions. Like I said, it's anything but fancy, but it's clean efficient and the staff are so friendly. Whenever we organized any tours or trips, the buses would come and pick us up right at the front door. They always had that bottles of water ready to purchase very cheap, soda, and there's a Shoppers Drug Mart right next door for all the little things that you need like toothpaste shampoo and toiletries. Traveling with my mom. Chose this place because it's near Sinh Tourist and Futa Busline. We're traveling the next day to Da Lat. Didn't expect much from our short stay. Room was a little noisy as it's near the road. Overall I'd recommend it if you're on a budget. Xem tiếp

Rude staff, poor facilities, no water dispenser, will sneak up to our room to switch off the lights etc. when we are away, so do not leave any valuables in the room, very far away from attractions, not worth the time & money spent at Kim Khoi Hotel. Will not stay again. Xem tiếp

Great location. Take bus No 109 from Airport and they will drop you right in front of the hotel. Check in is super fast. It's like they wait for you and know who you are the moment you walk into the hotel. Exchange of Agoda voucher with key to the room. Booked for large bed but was given single beds but I am ok. There were many airlines tickets sub in the drawer, showing they don't really clean the drawer. Other than that, i think this is a good place to put a night of two. Xem tiếp

Good points 1.The hotel is close to Ben Thanh Market (5-10 minutes walk) and bus stops. It is convenient to go around the city. 2.The staffs are helpful and friendly. I got a hotel room upgrade without any charge because the room type I had booked was full. 3.Eventhough the hotel is small, there is a elevator. It is good for a traveler with a big luggage. Unsatisfied points 1.The breakfast is not enough for me. I needed to buy something else to fill my stomach. 2.The room (superior type) is clean, but the devices and furniture are out of date.
