This relatively new hotel is clean, has convenient location, friendly staff and is good value. On the negative side, the soundproofing is indeed non existent in certain rooms and it is not the quietest area in town. There is also no lift, but I was on the top floor and did not mind. a bit difficult to find the place since we arrived at night. I did not know before I booked but it is located near the corner of detham street. well, we have a cheerful night surrounded by sound of pubs music. besides, friendly staff, service was good. Xem tiếp

Clean room with everything you need. Close to the backpackers street, where all the nightlife is. Central location, walking distance to all the main attractions. Good restaurants right outside the door. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wifi doesn't work on the upper floors. No elevator. Xem tiếp

Pros: friendly on arrival, helped us with bags (theres no lift), great location next to lots of restaurants and a short walk to all the attractions. Room fairly clean and standard. Cons: building being constructed behind and next door, literally attaching themselves to this hotel. They hammer and drill at all times, usually from 6am to anywhere up to 9pm. The walls are so thin it was like being drilled in the head. We managed to switch rooms next door but the noise was mainly the same. There is no lift and the rooms are all up some narrow stairs, ours was on the top floor, going up five flights which was quite a hot climb after being outside in the heat. Maybe this hotel is best suited when there isnt a building being attached, and for those who have a harder time climbing stairs or have heavy bags. Other than that it was a standard hotel. Xem tiếp

Worst hotel we stayed during our trip in vietnam .The room was on the 5th floor and there was no elevator , and the the stairs were really narrow .Both the door of the room and the door of bathroom were broken . There was no kettle in the room which is disappointing for Chinese ....The room was really small and there were not enough plug bases and we have to take turns to charge our cellphones and camera . The reception guy was really mammonish . He offered to call for a taxi to the air-port for us without telling us the price (which we thought was valued by metre ) . When the taxi comes he wanted us to pay for 180,000 vnd . (We took a taxi from the air-port to the same hotel the day before for only 120,000 vnd) We wanted to refuse but he was mad and argued with us in poor English .We wouldn't want to spoil our day so we gave him the money and detemined to write this down on agoda ... We had a pleasant stay here, it was significantly better than a previous stay in a cheaper hotel in the same area. Though many rooms in HCMC have little or no natural light, we had a window from which you could see the street which was nice. Also there is a terrace on the first floor which we used to have our street food dinner one evening. The only negative would be the size of the room - there isn't much space to move around, though I believe that's typical of the area / budget. Would recommend. Xem tiếp

The location of the hotel is great and the low price is great for backpackers. The room is quite big with private bathroom. The service is also good. Although there is curfew, but you can ring the bell and someone would open the door for you. Xem tiếp

I got in very late to be told that my room was given away to someone else. They only had a higher quality room left and wanted me to pay the difference. After I refused a couple times, they dropped it. Otherwise, incredibly comfortable room, very clean with nice decor. Very quiet despite being in such a busy part of town. I caught a night bus after check out, and they kindly let me hang out in the upstairs balcony while waiting. I would definitely go again. Xem tiếp

Pretty good stay. Staff were not great, but I dont mind to be left to my own devices. Get a room on a high floor. its worth the walk because its quiet. About the same as most hotels in the area. comfy bed. no complaints. Xem tiếp

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff could not do enough for me. From laundry service to helpful walking maps to coordinating out-of-town day trips to calling airport shuttles, these guys covered everything. They would even happily have a smoke and chat with you on their spacious patio. There's a safe in the room, which allows you the convenience of ditching your precious goods. Not to mention the rooms are clean and fully furnished. Outside the hotel are at least 3 cheap and delicious sandwich carts and a coffee place next door. Not to mention being in the heart of Backpacker's District 1, which is conveniently located to anything you'd want to walk to in Saigon. 5 stars isn't enough for this hotel and its staff. Xem tiếp
