always a warm welcome . Right in the heart of district 1 bit set back on a quiet steet McDonald's 5 min walk .The bus from the airport costs 20.000dng and drops u within a few min walk .taxi to airport back is cheap at 16.000dng Internet is perfect And if u choose a balcony room a bath tub too be it a bit small .Highly recommended Xem tiếp

I enjoyed my stay at Kim hotel. Im surprised to receive a bunch of longan fruits and a bottle of mineral water upon arrived at the hotel. Wow experience I had from the owner. They are flexible with my requests and im pleased with the stay. As a frequent traveller, I feel this hotel provide a good homestay experience. Xem tiếp

Hotel is situated at a good location. I was greeted with a warm smile, a welcome drink and fruits. Something that is not normally associated with a budget hotel. There is a small lift that goes up to the 5th floor. Amenities are very basic but considering the price that I paid, it's great value for money. The only complain that I have is the poor wifi connectivity. Other than this, I am happy with the place. I will come back again. Xem tiếp

It was a comfortable place with good and friendly staff. Do inform them if u want to laundry white clothes to seperate from the others as my friend had a stain on it. There is a bus 152 that drops u off at ben thath market which is only 10k dong (less than 1 USD) instead of cabbing from the airport or asking for an airport transfer. it is just a 10 mins walk from ben thanh market. The room is big and clean with a small balcony. The lock on the room was pretty basic I felt it wasn't safe leaving my valuables. But I didn't lose anything. They clean the room everyday and replenishes the supplies. They have a restaurant downstairs that offers breakfast which is good when you book an 8am tour. The staff are nice, they will try to accommodate all your needs. Try chatting with them if you have time. They also offer tours but try to check the tour agencies along Pham Ngu Lao and Bui Vien to score a better deal. Xem tiếp

The staff greeted me by name when I arrived . They took me straight to my room . Check in took less than a minute . The room was clean and as advertised . The street is quite at night with plenty of places to eat near by . It is only 1/2 a block off walking street . Xem tiếp

This lovely budget hotel is situated in the centre of all the local activity. The staff were very welcoming and let us know that they could organize trips for us if necessary. In fact we had not arranged for a pick-up from the airport and a couple of days earlier rang to ask if it was possible for Kim to arrange it. They were very obliging and picked us up from our delayed flight. The hotel was also very clean, it had wi-fi, drinks were very reasonably priced. nothing wrong with the hotel, but while you book for 20 bucks here, you can find the same room for 10-12 just walking on same street. Lots and lots of rooms available these days. No need to book online and pay more. Xem tiếp

The room wiht balcony is very clean and good! Everything you need and also aircon. The location is in the traveller area and you find restaurants and shops around. As long as Miss Kim is there everything is working perfect!!! Only the others do not know what to do.... Xem tiếp

I had a great time at Kim Hotel 1. I booked the economy room but when I arrived at the hotel, the owner upgraded me to a double room. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect because it is just a walking-distance away from Ben Tanh Market, and the area is full of tourists which makes it safe to walk around. Xem tiếp

Stay was good. Room was big for 1. Balcony was only big enough for one chair to fit, its small but ok. Foods served at breakfast was nice. Location was easy to walk to nice eateries and close to benh tanh market where i always went to buy sweets and food. The street behind is justwhere pwople would sitaround and drink by the side walk. e were warmly welcomed from the start and the friendly staff did everything possible to help us. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, the street outside quiet. Large room safe. Centrally located in quarter 1 with easy walking access to almost anything you want to see in HCMC. I would definitely stay there again. Xem tiếp
