The standout for this hostel was definitely the bed. It is super comfortable and clean and allows you your own private space with the walls and curtain. Also the alleyway is right off the end of Bui Vien street but it is far enough away that it isn't too loud. . Our bathroom was a bit dirty towards the ends of the day and not incredibly well kept ( no shampoo/soap for most of the week, sometimes no toilet paper) but not disgusting. There really isn't a large place for many people to meet and hangout in this hostel so it wasn't as easy to meet people and social as the reviews made it seem. I luckily had a few talkative people in my room the first couple days, but after that it was pretty quiet for a vietnam hostel. Xem tiếp

I got locked in the bathroom on more than one occasion because the locks were faulty. There is not a really decent area to chill out and meet people however the beds were quite nice. Xem tiếp

We enjoyed our stay at Kikis House. Double bunk was spacious and comfortable. It was well air conditioned and the bathroom was clean and tidy. Great location central to everything. Recommended for those on a budget looking for a bed for a couple of nights. Xem tiếp

Perfect stay when in Saigon. I was in bed ill for most of it but bed and aircon was extra perfect for that reason. Huge and comfortable mattress and bedding . Staff lovely. If you read a review around this time from a guy claiming never to go here they stole his money.. don’t believe his story, the staff were trying their hardest to help him through his shouting at them and he claimed “you don’t give me the money watch me ruin your business” to which he then went round asking everyone to leave a bad review. Turns out it was another guest not hostel. On the day of this drama the owner emailed everyone what was going on and to please leave a review based on our own experience. I would 100% recommend this place. Perfect location in middle of walking street but no noise disruption even in bottom floor room. Xem tiếp

Really nice cubicles to sleep in with lots of shelf space and a nice locker underneath for bigger backpacks. Decent breakfast and they have a place you can fill up your water bottles. Perfect! Xem tiếp

3 people. 4D3N. The staffs were extremely helpful and easygoing. They have this sweet smile on their face all the time. Even though I was told to change from a triple room to two double-bed rooms 2 days before I departed to HCMC, I was satisfied with the arrangment made by Richard (the owner) as he provided an alternative to accommodate our needs. Plus, the receptionist, Jean (I hope that I spelt it correctly) is a very nice person. They speak good English. I will definitely choose Kiki again if I get to travel to Vietnam again in the future. Clean, Great Location at the bottom of the Walking Street AKA Backpacker Bar Street, I would recommend going off the main strip to get more cheap local food and beer. Staff were brilliant, I can't remember the young girls name, bit she was very friendly and helpful. Ahe even booked us an Uber Taxi to the Airport as well as our trip to the Tunnels which is a must. Do the War Museum too. Good Aircon, Good Bathroom and free breakfast. Top Place Xem tiếp

The staff were sweet and tried, which was nice, but the whole thing was a bit of a gong show. It took about 30mins to check in as the place our room was was actually down the street and they couldbt get the guy who worked down the street on the phone. The room had whiskers in the sink, no towels, wet sheets, and was super ugly. We got a nicer room the next day, but had to wait till 3pm for towels. Told was 24 reception, but ended up having to wait 30minutes and trek to the other building. They couldnt find our ID for a while when we were checking out. Xem tiếp
