Một số ks có sự phân biệt đối xử khác nhau giữa khách nước ngoài và khách Việt. Với khách Tây thì nhiệt tình ưu tiên hơn, khách Việt thì thờ ơ, ko chủ động hỏi han tư vấn . Nhưng ở KiKis tôi ko thấy có hiện tượng này. Chuyến đi của tôi lên Đồng Văn tốt đẹp cũng nhờ sự tư vấn nhiệt tình của nhân viên ở đây. Cảm ơn các bạn rất nhiều. Xem tiếp

We paid higher for the 4 bed dorm, hoping for better privacy and more space. Yes perhaps that. But it was in the front walkway, some people just came in the room, otherwise loud talking when people check-in any time of the day and night. There should be some policy to keep guests quiet with some notes here and there. Xem tiếp

Room had great A/C. Beds were pretty hard but the comfy blankets and pillows made up for it and slept great. Showers were fine and got hot. Everything was kept clean. Staff was very friendly/helpful if you have any questions about the loop. Not many food options in the area so even tho we never tried fam dinner it's nice that they offer it. Sociable common area downstairs and outside, mostly people returning or getting ready to start the loop. Xem tiếp

We arrived in Ha giang at 3.30 am, unsure of what to do so we walked to the hostel and prayed that they'd let us in. Luckily, they were still awake so we explained the situation and without hesitating they showed us to a bed and let us sleep. We awoke unsure as to what to do, but they offered us breakfast and let us check in to our actual room that we had booked for the night. We wanted to begin our bike tour the following day and they made it really easy. They explained a potential route with stop offs and where to get petrol. They also had a great supply of bikes and helmets which were readily available for us that day (150,000 dong a day-to-day £5). Really straightforward. After a hearty breakfast again the following day, we set off. They let us leave the main of our luggage there which saved us the hassle of carrying it all. When we returned they willingly gave us our deosit back and a days pay for the bike as we cut it short. Really helpful guys that clearly care about you!!! Xem tiếp

really nice gursthouse. ansolutely clean. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. i can totally recommend to go here. also if you are a solo traveller and want to do a motorbike tour this is the best place to find people to join Xem tiếp

You're paying a lot more for less. Only 2 shared bathrooms and showers. the private room was just two pieces of foam for beds, harder than most In se Asia. no trash cans In the room and the WiFi didn't work. breakfast was half decent. always hectic and busy and loud. also is significantly more expensive if booked through agoda. wouldn't recommend Xem tiếp

I had a puncture along the ha giang loop which the manager reimbursed half (keep the receipt or give him a call so he can speak to the mechanic and he will reimburse you the full amount). Since I didn't have the receipt it was nice of him to do so. Other than that I had no problems. Breakfast can be a bit busy so they may forget your meal or coffee. 500k deposit for motorbikes and 150k per day rent. No fuss returns. Xem tiếp

Ting who runs the place is amazing. Works super hard every single day to make guests continuously happy. Kikis rent out motorbikes for the Ha Giang northern loop and are of good quality. Only thing is that the mattresses are a bit hard but it seems to be like that. everywhere in the North :p. Xem tiếp

Pros: -Cheap if staying in a dorm -Lockers inside room -A/C room with fans works well -Wifi is good -Free eggs and bread -Staff are very helpful (only one person speaks English though) -Easy to rent motorbike from them -Bicycle use is free Cons: -Dirty bathroom that doesn't get cleaned regularly. I know this because when I stayed there for the first night I noticed the toilet as being quite dirty and around the sink area as well. When I returned from my 3 day trip around the northern loop there were certain things that still weren't cleaned or picked up just as it was when I left. When I asked the concierge about it he said there is a woman who cleans everyday. I had trouble believing that since the same things that I saw when I left were still there. Xem tiếp

Kiki's House is a perfect spot to get ready for the loop. Accommodation here is cheap and includes breakfast and a clean towel. The place is really clean as well and a staff is helpful and knowledgeable in Ha Giang region, so they can provide you with essential information. A hostel is peaceful and a good place to meet other travelers. By the way, the owners cook amazing food, one should not skip a family dinner! Xem tiếp
