We stayed for one night. The first room they gave us wasn't good: bad smell in the bathroom and we could not close the window. They offered us another room, which was better. The insulation is terrible: the walls are very thin and there was a hole (made on purpose for ventilation I guess) between our bathroom and the bathroom of another room, so we could hear everything which is irritating when the people next door are noisy (they were). But all together, the staff was nice and we slept a little. But I am very upset at the lady from reception because I asked her to call a specific taxi we had already used and she called another one. When he arrived, I protested, but she assured me he would use the taxi meter, which he of course refused to do. We didn't have enough time to call another taxi, I bargained the price a little but still payed twice the normal rate. She certainly got some of that extra money. Xem tiếp

The hotel had hot water for showers and a refrigerator which I liked. The noise from jets to the airport was not a problem for me. But there was loud noise form remodeling/construction, (electric power tools and hammering) which started before 7:10 AM on most mornings. I found that to be very annoying. Xem tiếp

A bit pricey, location near airport but still a quite far to walk. You can reach this from Old Quarter by local bus 58. Clean rooms, bed was very hard. Good AC and wifi. Staff spoke 0 English and asked ridiculous amounts of money for services. They have a printer, but no computer. Offered a ride to the airport, but they said nothing about the money before we asked. The hardest bed ever tried, litterally like sleeping on the floor. No windows in the room, staff spoke zero English and weren't friendly or helpful. We had to leave in the middle of the nught and go to abother hotel. Don't do our mistake! Xem tiếp

We stayed here overnight after getting in on a very late flight and it was everything we needed: confortable bed, clean bathroom, air con and wifi. The staff gave us a lift to our hotel in Hanoi town centre the next day for around the same price as a taxi. Xem tiếp

The room is big and the bed is comfortable. It has refrigerator, TV and window. But the restaurants near cost tourists much more than local people. That is not good. The road to the airport is a country road, which has no road lights and not easy to walk. Anyway, the hotel owner's family is nice. Xem tiếp

The room is good compare with the price. Whenever you call to the hotel, the master of the hotel will come to pick you up on the airport even if the midnight. The hotel near airport have many custumers who go and come from aiport in midnight so that's why there are such service. Someone reviews that the hotel location of Agoda map is wrong but currently it is right. The sidestreet to the hotel is handreds of meters but very dark in the night so somewhat scary. Xem tiếp

Decent enough for the price. 20 min walk from domestic, 10 from international terminal. Clean enough rooms, Toiletries Inc., very firm mattress, good WiFi. Location on maps slightly incorrect - about 300m down the lane. Xem tiếp

You get what you paid. Ask for drive from airport, owner is kind. The location on Agoda used to be wrong on right side from airport highway. Hotel is on left side! Owner is working on correction. Could be useful if you walk during night and nobody from others hotels dont want help you because of their business. Be carefull of Friendly Airport Hotel, they will say that your hotel doesnt exist. 15 minutes on foot from the airport. I requested a hotel pick-up from the airport, but no one. When I told the address of the hotel at the taxi stand in the airport, I got rejected. When I told this to the airport police standing in front of the taxi stand He ordered the crew to take it. cost 22000D. Everything was ok, wifi didn't work well second floor. it was clean, good room. no one spoke english. if you are to N vietnam, you need not to go to hanoi all buses pass near the hotel to north. taxi was 100k dong from airport. taxi to hanoi bus or train station is 250K dong. Xem tiếp

Good place that is close to the airport. Nothing fancy or special but wasnt looking for anything special. Location is wrong on map its actually on the other side of the expressway. They arranged a taxi for us in the morning to get to the airport, however the taxi driver tried to charge us more then the price that the hotel says. Xem tiếp
