The hotel is small , in an alley and easy to find but a bit noisy at night. The receptionist was friendly and informative. Good location ( near to the main road ) to the airport by 109 and 49 bus. Xem tiếp

The air con was so old and noisy. I had to turn it offf during the night because of the noise. The room was not clean, there was a cockroach in my room. I was thinking to stay longer in this hotel but I had to move to another hotel. 1 night is enough Xem tiếp

I was also not the only one. The hotel also used the switch method, whereby they put me to another hotel. In another case, two men who turned up at the same time were told their booking of two beds were not available - there was only one bed left. The hotel owner claimed the two men booked only one bed. The nationality of the two men tells me the two men are unlikely to have made such a mistake. The two men were then referred to another hotel, where the charges were higher, and they had no choice but to accept it. This calls into the question the integrity of the hotel, and that of Agoda. I'd booked the hotel several month ago. When I arrived at the hotel, they told me all rooms are occupied and all rooms are not available. Therefore, they booked different hotel which is not hotel, it is like inn. I went the hotel where they introduced. The refrigerator in the room made loud noisy and many ants climbed up the wall. Water comes out a little bit. It took long time to take a shower. They said only sorry. I don't understand why they don't manage a reservation. Xem tiếp

I would say that this place provides you with exactly what you pay for. Nice place for a budget traveler. The entrance, reception area and the common areas can be kept clean and therefore would be more hygienic. Xem tiếp

The hotel has a good location. The staff is very friendly. Price is very good. You can go in 30 minutes to the airport and also easy to go to the city's landmarks. Xem tiếp

We booked a balcony room but it was noisy by sounds of the street. So, we asked the staffs to change to a quiet room and they accepted our request gladly. There is elevator noise a bit but it wasn't strong enough to disturb our sleeping. Anyway, it is a nice hotel for saving money with average quality of room. Xem tiếp

The Ladies in front desk always willing to help and always gave a smiles and spoke English which was helpful. We were originally going to stay 2 nights but ended up staying 6nights. The room was cleaned daily with clean towels. Superb service would recommend highly! And the Indian restaruant has amazing food! Xem tiếp
