Phòng mới và trang trí rất đẹp, nhân viên lễ phép và nhiệt tình. Chỉ có là vào ngõ rất sâu nếu đi theo ngõ Phạm Ngũ Lảo. Nếu đi theo ngõ 164 Cống Quỳnh thì tạm được. Không có tháng máy nên leo lên 3 tầng thì hơi vất. Nói chung là giá phòng cũng chấp nhận được. Không có gì than phiền. Sẽ trở lại. Xem tiếp

It located nearby Phan Ngo street and there is lots of backpacker hostels in that area. It nearby a morning wet matket but since it is inside the street so actually the hostel not noisy. The staff is helpful! He helped me to call to money exchanger to ask for the rate and he told me where can buy universal adapter as well. The breakfast (bread omelette) is delicious! But it can only order once a day. So it may not enough for those who eat lots. Overall this hostel is good. Xem tiếp

Hotel in a small valley and good to sleep. Good for one night stay and backpacker. Staff is responsible for the request. Toilet is big and clean. The only issue is, there is none single window in this building and i felt breathless sometimes when i was inside the building without air-cond. Xem tiếp

The rooms are nice and clean, it's quiet at nicht so you can sleep without problems. Wifi is ok, breakfast with a few choices, the staff is extremely friendly and speaks good English, gave me a lot of good advice and helped me with all my bookings. They kept my luggage during my island trip. After check out the give you even the chance to have a shower in the afternoon. I would stay here again if i come back another time Xem tiếp

Its good if you want the night life of Bui Vien but in a quieter spot Khoi 2 works. It's near food (who isn't in HCMC!) and key for me - the #109, 20K dong, bus to the airport that leaves hourly just across the street (3 min walk). I would go back for sure! qynh is the queen of hostel hospitality.She even remembered me from the last two yrs. Very helpful and her English is good. The room was nice with hot water and toiletry like a real hotel but the bf was basic or the same as the Khoi 1hostel. This is in a different building about 70 meters away. no Safe box in the room though. Bf simple. Xem tiếp

Very nice and helpful staff. Location is near the bus terminal (both for city buses and bus going to Cambodia and Mui Ne), wet market and the park but if you plan to visit Ben Thanh market, Independence palace, the cathedral and post office, it is quite far. Xem tiếp

Location is spot on, staff are on hand if you need but don't expect your bags to be carried up the flights of stairs to your room etc. For the price, I had a large room with an adequate bathroom, although no window, but that wasn't an issue for me. Actually i could not comment fully on hello house as when we arrived, the staff bring us to another hotel just next to it (Cozy House). We have been told that changing of stay was due their upgrading of service. Cozy house look new and clean. When we checked in the room, the room was big. Everything is clean and perfect except the toilet in my room, the water drainage was not so ok but still acceptable. The staffs were friendly and could speak English quite fluently. Breakfast can be chosen from few options and it was delicious. Location was near to pham ngu lao street however it was away from the noisy. Can sleep tight at night. Lots of tours available outside hotel and even in the hotel they provide too. I would like to go back to Cozy House again for my next visit! Xem tiếp

Nice and very friendly staff. First night there was a problem with my room so they brought me to a friend's hotel called Elegant Inn which wasn't as nice as this one. But the second night in the hotel was great! Laundry service and airport transportation are available as well as day tours. Xem tiếp

I was very happy with my stay at Hello House. I was able to check in quickly, the room was clean, the area was quiet, and the staff was incredibly helpful. I plan to stay here long term, so one of the girls at the front desk actually helped me with my apartment search. All of the staff here are very friendly and willing to help in any way. Positives: Great breakfast, lovely modern decor, good value, central location, easy to bus and backpacker area, very helpful reception staff, lovely, pleasant common area. We shopped around for our last night in Ho Chi Minh and this place was the one I chose after looking at many others. Negatives: WiFi didn't work on android in room but worked on laptop. Poor ventilation in bathroom, bathroom modern and fresh but shower wet whole room. Toilet paper not permitted down toilet. Xem tiếp

This hotel is located in an alley, so away from the bustling and noisy road but still very close to the main roads of Pham Ngu Lao and Bui Vien. They clean your room EVERY DAY! Change the towel and sheet too. Staffs are friendly and you get free breakfast. I had good sleeping while I was here Xem tiếp

Very helpful and good venue. The breakfast is freshly made and tailored to your tastes. The hotel is very close to many bars and restaurants, but is hidden down a little road, meaning that no traffic can disturb you. The rooms without windows can be a bit disorientating, but for the price you are paying this seems like a worthwhile sacrifice. Xem tiếp

We stayed 3 nights February 13th to 15th. The room and the entire hotel was impeccably spotless, including the breakfast area. Most importantly, however, the hotel is dead quiet at night for sleeping considering the rest of the city is a search of noise. The lady who runs the place is extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were hearty and delicious. For the price and location this place can't be beat. I deducted one star because there is no elevator, but this wasn't really a big deal for us. Xem tiếp

The staff are very friendly and helpful and they speak good English. The hotel is very clean, including the room, bathroom, linens, etc. The breakfast is basic but flexible. I booked the (slightly) more expensive room "Superior City View" primarily because I wanted a window, but I later regretted that choice because the window didn't have a curtain, which meant my room was bright at 6 am. My friends chose the "standard" without a window and were able to sleep in fine. I talked to the staff about the problem. The next day when I checked out I was shocked that they offered to reimburse the difference in the room price. That was not my intention when I brought the issue to their attention. In any case, I appreciate the thought. The staff said they plan to install a curtain on the window so it's not a problem anymore. The water heaters need to be replaced. In my room and a friend's room, the water went from cold to scolding hot with nothing in between. Another friend couldn't get any hot water. But the weather is so humid, cold water is just fine. My gripe, however, is with their strange passport policy. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels all over the world, and this is the first and only hotel I've ever encountered that insists on keeping your passport in their custody while you stay there. Most hotels in Asia will simply make a photocopy. Well this part I could like with, but if they insist on such a ridiculous policy, they should make very sure that they at least give it back to you when you check out. The staff did not return my passport when I checked out, and I did not realize it until I was half way to the airport. Luckily it was a Sunday morning and we had enough time to make a U-turn and go back and retrieve it. But that situation could have turned out differently. In short, I like this hotel, I really like the staff and I’d stay there again, but I’d book the standard room and I wouldn't allow them to keep my passport. Xem tiếp
