We loved this hostel, it was so calm but still in the centre of the old quarter. The pods were really great for privacy and an easy sleep, the staff were also really lovely and helpful. There is no communal area for eating/ drinking/ sitting, and it's quite a quiet hostel so maybe not the place for meeting people but depends what you're after. Xem tiếp

I was cancelled by other hotel and i had many elders. First time I called to Khan Hoang for chrcking available room. Staff was very kind and service mind. The location was easy to find. Love this hotel !! Recommend !! Xem tiếp

Friendly and helpful staff, strategically located, very clean and quiet hostel. Spacious capsule and the air conditioning/ventilation within the capsule can be adjusted as well. Towels and cotton sleepwear are also provided. Not to forget about the large locker to keep your belongings too! Best if you're looking for a quiet stay in Hanoi, it will not disappoint! However, it would be better if there's a pantry/dining area in the hostel for midnight snacking :) Xem tiếp

Situated at a prime location and run by a very polite and friendly owner, this "capsule" hotel gives a stress-free comfortable stay. All staff, apparently well-trained by the owner, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and efficient. I initially booked this hostel for 2 nights, but came back to this hostel twice after my trip to Sapa en Ninh Binh. The hostel feels very luxurious and homey from the moment you step inside. They provide slippers, basic toiletries, 2 towels and even a set of PJ's. The bed was really comfortable and you can control the ventilation system yourself in your own capsule. During my first stay I was placed in a bed near the window where I could hear a lot of noise from the traffic. At my second and third stay I asked for a bed more towards the middle and that worked out fine. The location in the old quarter was just perfect with a lot of restaurants, shops, bars and the Hoan Kiem lake at walking distance. The only thing that is a pity is the hostel doesn't have a common area or lobby where you can chill or mingle with other guests. But if you just want a comfortable and peaceful place to sleep, I would definitely recommend this place. Xem tiếp

First time in a capsule hostel was such a nice experience, very unique. The place is really clean and tidy and well designed. Everything seem to be thought of, I really liked the extra pajamas amazingly smelly of freshness or the free water machine next to the capsules. On the very entrance you can feel the calm vibe if the place, amazing fresh smell and soft music in the background. The capsules are spacious, very tidy and give a nice sense of privacy. Overall I think this is the great peaceful stay in such a busy old town centre of Hanoi in which you can rest so well. Highly recomended if you are a solo traveler or in search of a different but great experience. Xem tiếp

The stay at the hostel was super nice and more comfortable than I expected it to be. Also, the staff is highly customer oriented, there is no problem to communicate with them. However, there are some technical improvements needed instantly as long as I know, such as bathroom, showroom and common room. Those rooms are needed to have renovations to enable guests to get more relaxed and spend their private time to chat with friends as well as other guests. Overall, it was so amazing to stay at the hostel, I recommend travelers stay unless there are some issues left. Xem tiếp

Great place for a Solo traveller. Overall it is really great with plenty space in the capsule. Only complaint i have is that there needs to be a place to hang my towel (They did replace my towel though) and the slipper were a bit small. Other than that it was great! Xem tiếp

Everything about my stay at Khan Hoang was perfect. To start the reception was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. They were immediately there to help with anything I needed and the tour was very thorough. The space is extremely clean and they provide slippers for you to use throughout the hostel. The women's area is on separate floors that require a key card used in the elevator so I felt very comfortable staying here. They also provide shower shoes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a toothbrush. The location is perfect for exploring and seeing Hanoi. I couldn't recommend this place enough! Xem tiếp

Unique hosting style that aims to provide a good sleeping experience. The place is very clean and quiet. The staff is very helpful. The bed is comfortable. Excellent location. Gorgeous hotel. Slept so well every night. Originally booked for one night but kept extending. So quiet and dark in the capsules and the staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. If I'm ever in Hanoi again it'll be where I stay ♥ Xem tiếp
