We stayed for three nights and it was amazing. There were 5 of us (1 child) in the one bedroom suite and 1 bedroom with balcony. They offer two free breakfast with each room and said that even though we had 5 people, they wouldn’t charge for the 5th breakfast. You have to order your breakfast the night before as it’s a small place so they have to buy ingredients ahead of time. Easily one of the best “free” breakfast I’ve had. Unlike most hotels in Vietnam, bikes and scooters (limited number) are free. The staff was great and really tried not to ever say “no” to anything. The balcony room felt magical with all the flowers and plants. Minus is that it can get a little loud in the morning with the boats and cafe guests. Also, they could put a “Private” sign on the gate to the balcony room as cafe guests came up twice during our stay to take photos and use the chairs. The back suite was quiet and had sofa the could sleep one person furniture a little dated but it’s not why you’re here. Xem tiếp

The staff, accommodations and location are amazing! Lots of people stop by to just enjoy the fresh drinks and fish pond here. I can't say enough regarding how well they treat us. We had a night train, departing a 10PM... the staff let us stay in our rooms free of charge (they didn't have anyone else coming) and left after tour the city one more day and getting showers, etc. They also did out dirty laundry, FREE, after noticing we had some wet clothing from the previous days activities! We dont even have a chance to stay there. We had our booking done up days before our travel, but when we reached, we were told that we do not have a room!!!! Staff said that Agoda never confirm with them. Hot weather, weary and tired travellers, worried and disappointed, we were so afraid where are we going to stay for the night. The only good thing is one of their staff, prepare and arrange another logging for us in another place. We chose Khamy riverside is due to the uniqueness in that place, but ended up we stay in some random hotels (Totally disappointed), what for we spend so much effort and money to look for a special experience but end up in "hotel"??? Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Felt like being invited to the family. Breakfast was delicious and prepared with love, since you pre-order your choice the night before. Ambient was just amazing, with all the small lanterns and well maintained garden with home grown vegetables. Quite location directly at the riverside; just take a bike – which you can rent for free – to cycle to town (10 min.) or An Bang beach through the rice paddies. Xem tiếp

Staffs are super friendly and helpful. They take care of your every needs and offer you better than your request. The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed. Enjoyed the privacy and nice riverview of room04. The resort is embraced by flowers and lanterns that through of romance.We want to extend our thanks to Ms Duong, she makes our staying very relaxing and enjoyable. Sure would come again. Xem tiếp

The kid that worked at the resort never told the owner we were coming before he quit. We didn’t have a room. They bent over backwards apologizing and setting up another place for us (which was very nice). We went back for lunch and they couldn’t have been more welcoming (it probably helped that we were very understanding about what happened) we would have loved to stay here. Very beautiful and amazing food. Very nice people. I would definitely try again if we go back to Hoi An. Xem tiếp

This was an excellent place to stay for 5 nights in Hoi An. Location on the river is both quiet and close enough to the old city. We enjoyed sitting by the river at breakfast and sunset. There are a variety of fishing boats, tourist boats and others which pass by. There were no sandflies, mosquito or smells. Free bikes were provided which we used for a trip to the beach (4km) and old town (1km). Old town is a pleasant river walk or cycle away. They hotel was also happy to arrange tours for us. There are a number of restaurants nearby for dinner. Staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Even did our laundry. Gardens are filled with lanterns and herbs, lettuce. This was a last minute booking but we could not have been happier. It was so beautiful my girlfriend didn’t want to leave. I’ve never stayed anywhere that had so many people snapping pictures of it from the street. The friendliness of the staff (especially the proprietress) was fantastic. We felt really looked after. The food was home grow for the most part and was delicious. It was far enough away from the old town to be quiet and right on the river. Xem tiếp

I found no real negatives to this property, It is not close to the beach or right on the Hoi An doorstep but Bikes are provided free and it is a pleasant ride or walk along the riverfront The staff at this location are amazing, the best service we encountered in our 20 Days in Vietnam from Saigon to Sapa. Wir waren 2 Nächte in Hoian, während einer Vietnamdurchreise. Die Anlage liegt direkt am Fluss. Gebucht hatten wir ein Bungalow: + Ruhige Lage am Fluss + Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage + Sehr sauberes Bungalow + Fahrrader umsonst zum Verleih + herausragendes Frühstück + Getränkeauswahl und Qualität überragend + Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit + Wäsche konnte umsonst gewaschen werden - Stromausfall über Nacht (mehrere Stunden) Leider gab es einen Stromausfall in einer Nacht. Jedoch wurden wir ohne jegliche Beschwerde dafür entschädigt -> Taxi, Motorroller und alle Getränke waren für uns umsonst. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und sehr zu empfehlen! Xem tiếp

カフェ&バーが隣に併設されているホテルでした。チェックインをするべく、カフェの男性スタッフに声をかけると、とりあえず待っててくださいと、どこかにいなくなりました。30分ほど待つと、予約書を見せて欲しいと言われ予約書を見せたところ、日本語なのでわからないと言われましたが、ほとんど英語で書いてあるので、え？という感じでした。(スタッフは英語が少し伝わります)スタッフの様子を見ると、私たちの予約を忘れていたのか確認できていなかったのか……という感じです。待っている間、ウェルカムドリンクを頂きました。 やっと部屋に案内してもらったところ、予約したタイプではなく、残念な気持ちになりましたが １時間後くらいにオーナーらしき女性が来て、チェックインがスムーズでなかったこと、部屋のタイプが違うことに謝罪を受けました。 その後、予約したタイプに移動できました。 翌日の朝食をツアーがあったため7時にお願いしましたが、結局7時20分くらいに出てきて急いで食べてチェックアウトしました。 外観、内装はとても可愛いです!!お掃除も綺麗でした。部屋からの景色も最高です。 ホイアンのナイトマーケットまで徒歩30分ですが良い散歩コースだと思います。 いくつかハプニングがあったものの、2.3泊でまた利用したいと思いました。 景色は本当に素晴らしいです。 Xem tiếp
