This hotel was seeked out for its budgetness in mind. During the build up to chinese new year, most other hotels were charging ridiculous amounts per night while this hotel provided a budget family friendly option. The family room that we had had 3 double beds so walk ways were just enough to get around. The shower head was the rain shower type with good water pressure and great hot water. However, the shower is designed so its near the bathroom sliding entrance while the toilet was at the end of the bathroom. The mini fridge was indeed mini. The hotel staff was great to deal with and very friendly. Most attractions like the Big C with resturants, supermarket and specialty stores is within a 5min taxi ride from the hotel. The night markets is also a 5 min taxi ride for street food, clothing and souvenir items and memoribillia. Overall a good stay for families. Xem tiếp

Dalat is my favorite place for 20 years and I have stayed in more than 20 accommodations here BUT this time is awful, the feeling like being cheated. In Agoda, the King Deluxe Room with lake view is very attractive and charming room. I have requested the room in high floor with big bed. And, actually my room is in the first floor (hotel has 6 floors) as the receptionist said “no more room available”. Imagine, in the first floor what the lake view can you see? We only see the electric wires just outside the window. Worse is you cannot open the window drape as people below can see what’s happening in your room. I have requested room with 1 big bed then I received room with 2 small beds. The room is small and very simple. Toilet is worse as it’s too small. I must purchase 1 lighter from t as they don’t provide the light With its price is 1.5mil/day, I have to say that I am very very unhappy (with this price you can stay in hotel Coline or Golf Valley, the newly built 4 stars hotels). 原以为房间便宜，应该一般般。没想到。这是我住的最开心的一家小民宿！！！员工和老板都超级超级好！1，因为在网上订的房间是没有付款的（其实我以为已经付了，但我后来找了很久才发现确实没有那笔款项）就一个员工会点英语，也下班了。老板娘一句英语都不会，全程靠谷歌翻译，虽然花了蛮久的时间，但是，全程都是非常好的态度。真的！可能因为我也是笑着对待的。最后还是顺利结清了。2，租车的时候，刚开始说租半天，前台的小姐姐就非常爽口说OK，要知道，其他地方都是1天起租的，基本没有半天。3，小伙伴想感受一下当地的宵夜，前台小哥马上说他可以帮忙跑腿买，一开始不好意思，不后来还是抵不住诱惑去了。真的只有当地人才知道哪里的东西好吃，简直跟大叻夜市不是一个水平的！！！后来，还给我们备了碗筷！😹感动～4，虽然语言不通，但是，前台小姐姐非常耐心，听完我的诉求，帮忙打电话叫futa的车来前台接我们，第二天临时起意，改成下午的票去芽庄，小姐姐也帮忙改了，并且没有收取任何改签费，态度好到没话说！5，因为宵夜太好吃，第二天早上租摩托的时候顺带问了一嘴在哪里买的，老板娘直接站起来带我们走过去！途中路过好几家，都跟我们说nonono，最后终于到了那个非常好吃的店！！6，住了一天，麻烦了她们非常多事，全程给笑脸，直至futa的车来接我们，都跟我们说see you again～ 希望民宿老板一如既往保持如此。我下次还去你们那！ Xem tiếp
