KS quảng cáo phòng Deluxe 32m2, nhưng thực tế phòng chỉ 20-22m2, nhưng cũng sạch sẽ và tươm tất. Minh đã chọn loại phòng diện tích to nhất, nhưng thật sự rất bé, xà bông, dầu gội trong nhà tắm hoàn toàn hết sạch sẽ mà lại để cho khách dùng. Ăn sang thì nghèo nàn, ko có gì đẻ ăn ngoài trứng chiên và bánh mì, cafe loãng nhạch, ... Xem tiếp

I am more kind of Yamaha, first time I tried Kawasaki. Room was small, bed hard, what girlfriend like it and breakfast complete. They picked us up in the airport in spite of the 2 hours delay and even the guy gave me a ginger candy, what, given the circumstances, was highly appreciate it. My companion also was happy with the hotel and we definitively will come back when we will come back. Xem tiếp

Hotel is close to airport with nice design, room equipment with all necessary items and big size beds. The staff is friendly and helpful in solving problem. They provide one way free transport to airport, it's very close to airport and very helpful service for those has early flight. Xem tiếp

I got very nice hospitality from all staff. Good service, including some recommendation on where to go. One thing that made me disappointed is .. the restaurant for breakfast is not as shown in the picture. The hotel staff took me to another small Pho shop nearby to get one noodle + lemon tea for breakfast which was totally different from the picture. But the noodle is delicious. Xem tiếp

Fisrt time that me and my friend came here for transit to japan . Everything is perfect . Very good service from staff and warm welcoming. The room very nice and good design. Thank you for all staff that taking care of us . Sure that we will be back again. Xem tiếp

Got in really late and was starving, asked the staff for a place to eat, figured nothing would be open. The staff made a phone call and personally walked us to this great small spot to eat. Very polite well spoken, great shuttle service to the airport and good breakfast. Couldnt complain for an overnight stay for an early flight. Would recommend for anyone who wants/needs to stay close to the airport. Xem tiếp

Difficult to communicate with and do not have washer and dryer on site as noted. They did wash for us but would not dry it in a dryer and destroyed 4 items totalling $150. They did not fully compensate us for this and the only person who could speak English mysteriously disappeared. The washroom floor had a really strong urine smell. Eventually they washed it quickly and helped a bit but. Stay away if you can as plenty of other options I'm the area.. Xem tiếp

This is a beautiful hotel for a one-night stay while going to the airport the next day. The hotel is tucked away in a small lane but there are neon signs to help a taxi driver find it. The room I shared was small but fine for one night. The two women who staffed the hotel were very nice and helped us take our luggage to our room. There is a lovely breakfast room with a great view, although the food choices were not as varied as in other hotels in Vietnam. It would be nice if this (and other hotels) would provide hooks or racks to hang wet towels. Xem tiếp

We loved staying here. The location - close to the airport was important and very handy. The staff were SO helpful and friendly. This was a great hotel and very cheap. The breakfast was one of the best we had. The manager helped us with where to dine for dinner and arranged the transportation for us. I can't speak highly enough of this hotel. A basic set-up with no restaurant but clean rooms (gaudily done up). A basic breakfast is available. However the most important positive is that it is just across the International Terminal. A cab takes not more than three minutes. If you are transiting through Hanoi and are not interested in a one hour trip to the city, then this is an option worth considering. Restaurants are nearby for lunch and dinner (since the hotel doesn't serve any meals). There is nothing to do here except relax between your flights. Xem tiếp
