Tôi để bảng nhờ dọn phòng nhưng nhân viên chỉ dọn đúng toilet. Giường ngủ 3 đêm vẫn để rất bẩn. Mền đắp chỉ là 1 miếng dra mỏng. Phòng bạn tôi máy điều hòa rất cũ. Địa điểm thuận tiện nhưng cách phục vụ và tiện nghi không tốt. Xem tiếp

Chuyến bay của tôi đến trễ, và khi đến khách sạn báo là đã không giữ phòng cho tôi. Sau đó, họ chuyển tôi sang 1 khách sạn khác và nhân viên ở khách sạn đó rất trịch thượng, sau khi tôi ở đó 1 ngày và quay lại hỏi xem đã có phòng chưa, thì tôi lại được chuyển sang 1 khách sạn khác nữa. Tuy chuyến đi của tôi đã qua lâu, nhưng tôi vẫn muốn viết vì đó là 1 ấn tượng không đẹp của tôi về cách làm việc. Xem tiếp

This is the worst place I ever stayed. I stayed in a single room, which looked nothing like the pictures. A total flop house with two old televisions and a door that opened up to the water boiler and an air con that made noises intermittently all night. Stained bed sheets and bed bugs. I was moved to a slightly less dire room the second night. The place is cluttered and dirty, was glad to leave. The manager in bizarre contrast is immaculately presented and overly friendly. Odd. I booked this room a month and half before going to Vietnam and directly got contact with Anna, who managed and helped me to get cheap and very great trips (specially around Hanoi and Ha long Bay) with discounts as well. I and my family really enjoyed all the stay; I hope someday to get back again Xem tiếp

The stay was good for the helpful staffs and convenient for the prime location. However before booking any day trip from here try to take a look at some other places as my Halong bay 1 dat trip was not so good. The hotel itself is worth staying and totally value for money. Xem tiếp

i've got a private triple room. It's run by a family (I guess?), cheap, centrally located in the heart of Hanoi city. Dong Xuan market is just behind the street. We requested airport transfer through agoda.com but the hostel was not notified about this. So we had to take cab to the hostel. However the staffs are very friendly and helpful. They will try their best to serve us the best. A very pleasant stay. Xem tiếp

Anna is very helpful, gives good tips and is even available on Whatsapp. Well located hostel, perfect from the bus station to/from the airport. Make sure you get a room opposite to the street to avoid the noise. Very affordable and clean. I booked there for 2 nights and I'd recommand it for a short stay or if you are in transition. Xem tiếp

The room was very dirty, fungi on the wall, AC did not work properly. Besides we even had cockroaches (room, kitchen area). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Xem tiếp

Receptionist who didnt speak english showd us through google traslator "we got bed bugs in your room, we need to spray it - you will have diferent hotel"(way better than room with bed bugs, Im alergic for insect bite) ....... so after few minutes we have endend up in "Charming Hotel" where bathroom was falling apart becose of rust and smell of mold was realy strong. But the night was good, shower was working and when I turn up aircon to Heating you could breath it without mold smell.... but anyway for what i saw from Kangaroo for me no thanks :) Xem tiếp

We stayed here for 5 days in total and were very satisfied with our stay. Both receptionists, Anh and Lucy, were tremendously helpful and assisted in booking our trips to Sapa and Halong Bay. The breakfast was delicious and filling as well. The hotel is also centrally located and is a 5 minute walk from the lakeside. There are convenience stores and an ATM located on the main street outside of the hotel. My only gripe with the hotel was that there was no lift. We had to walk up several flights of stairs to reach our room, so request a room on the lower floor if you can. All in all, a great stay! Xem tiếp

The friendly and helpful stuff really makes it up for a rather old hotel. The hotel itself could use a makeover, but if you're not looking for high class, this is a good place with all the basics. The rooms are well equipped with aircon, tv, fridge, kettle, hairdryer. Not really a hostel, it's actually a 2 star hotel. Xem tiếp

This hotel is quite good hotel with good price. First time when we came, we got very nice room and we were very satisfied, but second time.. Our room had smoke smell in the evening and in the morning from the kitchen came fried eggs smell :) so.. but with that price this hotel is really very ok :) by the way service and location is perfect ;) Xem tiếp

We had excellent experience here. Our flight landed too late, about 2AM, but their driver was there when we came. We booked triple room with 2 beds for 3 persons and it had anything you need with air conditioner, hot water, bathtub, refrigerator, cable TV, tables. Their furniture is seem to be old but they're still good to use. Breakfast is not really tasty but it's included in room price, so you can save more money for your trip. Staff are very friendly and willing to help. They speak English very well, so you will not worry about that. One thing not good, I think, is Wifi. We cannot connect their Wifi everytime. It was alright. Ms moon is very caring and i feel pampered because of her assistance. She patiently assisted me in every ppssible way she can. She even help me deliver my passport when i left it when i was to board the bus to laos. Though there isnt a lift, i still enjoyed my time there. Thanks ms moon. The people at the Kangaroo Hostel are very friendly, the food is good, and it is located in the old quarter about a 10 minute walk north of Hoan Kiem Lake. The room was comfortable. The shower drain was slow, yet, overall, very good value for money. Xem tiếp

We had 3 great stays at this hostel. We left our big bags here as we travelled to Cat Ba and Bac Ha. Each time the staff were very helpful and welcoming. They have great tours on offer and helped with our onward travel. The hostel is clean and if you get a back room it is also very quiet. Thank you Kangaroo Xem tiếp
