Mình đặt phòng có cửa sổ view phố, tuy nhiên khi check in lại được đưa phòng nhỏ, không có view và cửa sổ hờ (cửa sổ k view và cách nhà bên cạnh 10cm). Do mình không quen với không gian chỉ 4 bức tường nên rất nhức đầu và cảm thấy rất bí. Xem tiếp

Great location, just few minutes away from the Ben Tahn Market, surrounded by many restaurant and café. The air-conditioning was superb and the room was very clean. Definitely will coming back again when I visit to HCMC. Xem tiếp

Pretty happy overall with this hotel. The rooms are comfy and spacious, although breakfast was pretty basic and there are no sun loungers on the roof pool, just chairs. Still, the price is fair, and the location is ideal. Xem tiếp

The hotel is really close to the central market and the night market. It’s a great location to move around. It also has a swimingpool in case you need it. Wifi is quite good and the breakfast has decent variety. One of the best things, the bath tub, which makes hydromassage. Xem tiếp

Location was good, in the middle of everything. Breakfast were great, tne only cons were on the phone and when I come there to check out the room the staff tell me one thing and when I stayed there were good but when I checkout they charge me more money when they told me before that they won’t. I paid upfront at the hotel and When i checked out they make me pay more for 1 of the kid breakfast 1 day stay for an adult ( my brother in law were staying with his wife and his 2 kids) And I have to pay and that is sad because they dont fo what they told you!. So when you read the agoda ads for this hotel make sure you ask every little details or you will be charge more at the end! Xem tiếp

Excellent location, the Front Office Manager was the best, great little pool on the top floor, amazing cable tv very clean and super comfortable bed and decent breakfast, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again next time, also round the corner from the Food Market where you can buy the most delicious food from a number of eateries which would be considered fine dining anywhere else in the world and very cheap! Premium location as right in district 1 walking distance to all the historical part so very convenient. Very typical Vietnamese hotel in downtown of big cities size of the room was good, modern, simple and clean. Not noisy despite a main road a bit of traffic. Breakfast is average but fresh with all needed anyway plenty of options around that must be tried Staff is really nice, helpful, with a decent level of english. Small pool on the roof top to enjoy the view. Definitely a good value for money Xem tiếp

I must share that the manager Tania made a difference to our great experience and stay in Joviale. She accommodated our change of rooms when we complained that the Housekeeping did not do a good job with the first room we were allocated to. She upgraded both our rooms to 603 and 604, which is more spacious, clean and put us side by side. She also helped us with booking an excursion to the Mekong Delta. Highly recommended. The breakfast selection is changed daily and assortment is good enough for our selection. The French toast and pho are to die for. You can also order your eggs in any style you want. The location is a stone throw from Ben Thành market which we went 3 times! Xem tiếp

Conveniently located one block behind Ben Thanh market. Clean and well maintained hotel with good english speaking staff. Our room was not ready when we arrived, however was served with welcome beverages while we waited. Room was decent sized and clean, also equipped with safe deposit box for your valuables. Strategic location just behind Ben Thanh market, few minutes walk to Saigon Square, Independence palace, city hall, Notre Dame Basilica and the backpacker street. Take bus 109 from the airport, stop at Thanh Pho station 2 blocks from the hotel. Pool is tiny, however the kids love it. Room is clean and big. Excellent Breakfast, different menu through out my stay. Will definitely come back again, well done to all Joviale Hotel staff!! Xem tiếp

Good location, hotel itself a bit oldfashioned and laminate parquet floor in room worn. In bathroom there is jacuzzi (!) , but it was so difficult to get off from it, shiny tile floor in bathroom was so slippery and even more when wet. Swimming pool in 9th floor was nice and clean but so small. Breakfast in hotel was good. Staff was very helpful and friendly and ready to help in any case. We dont know how often they used to make up the rooms, but our room was cleaned every second day, sometimes we wished to have more cleaning during 8 days there. A minus was the just begun construction site beside the hotel. Even in the early morning a lot of bangs and bangs came into the room. Xem tiếp

staff say my booking not confirmed n wait for 1 hour n still staff cannot help so i call to agoda n ask for help. staff refuse to help. so i call to agoda by my self i will never back to this hotel n maybe worry book hotel from agoda again Xem tiếp

the room is not clean and when i book online during my arrival they never fulfil my request of high floor room and send me to a level 2 was so noisy because of traffic. don;t think i will come to this hotel again Xem tiếp

This is easily the worse hotel we had in Vietnam (among 5 others) and generally in Southeast Asia. Room is small, what they report as size includes the bathroom and WC, so its really much smaller. Pictures optimistically show light, none at all inside. Very noisy, not from outside, but from everything in the corridors, such bad quality. All night you hear the elevator. Cleaning bad. They needed reminder that if shampoo has been used, a new one actually is a good idea. Staff screams in the hallways from 7 a.m., what do they care about sleeping tourists...Swimming pool on the roof might have been cleaned last year. Now yellow and green water, ready to develop new forms of life. Breakfast: when fruit finished by crowd, bringing new not an easy achievemnt. Keeping your passport at reception, (because you are a potencial criminal, who will steall stuff from the hotel?). Give you only one electronic card as a key, even when you are 2 people and may not be siamese twins. Location: very good. Xem tiếp
