Very nice quiet little hotel, very comfortable and with excellent service, very attentive staff! Balcony room is nice, clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast is also good ! Only back-draw is the swimming pool is right in the lobby, which gives ambience but it’s hardly being used for what we saw. Anyway, recommend! Xem tiếp

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is new and modern. Breafast was good. Staff are very nice and helpful especially Jane who was very friendly and accommodating. She helped us from check in and all throughout our stay there. Add on was the great massage chair by the pool area. Location near a few cafes and restaurants and mini mart but a bit of a walk to the beach area. Would definitely go back here if I go to Danang City again. Xem tiếp

Absolutely love the fact that the room comes with a balcony, great for having a drink in the evening. It is situated at quiet area, with eating places and mini-mart within walking distances. Friendly staff who tried to help with what they can, making it a nice & comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast didn't have as much variety as fancy hotels, but comes with good dishes, breads, fruits, juices & coffee. Though I did not use them, bicycles are available for free, which I think will be useful for other travelers who enjoy a leisure ride to the beach and around the area. Only disappointment is the quality of the hot water, wasn't sure why it didn't really work on the first & last night of my stay. On the second night, the water was warm, at best. I avoided the swimming pool, for fear that there is no hot water after my swim. Xem tiếp

The staff is very friendly and helpful, asked for help to purchase a flower as its valentine and they helped me without much issue at all. overall was very satisfied with the hotel. 1 thing to note is I rent a motorbike from them, the bike's condition is not good. in fact its rather bad (faulty head lamp, bad engine, feel like things gonna fall apart). Pros: The room is clean; staff can speak good English. The price is v reasonable. Cons: the housekeeping is unsatisfactory. Try not to keep your personal belongings on the counter. The cleaner threw away my personal toothbrush and face cream. Xem tiếp

My short staff was fantastic. From the time I made the online booking to the time I checked out the staff could not do enough for me. Their English is excellent and local knowledge really helpful. They noticed little things and followed up. So very attentive. Great location and a real pleasure to stay at this villa. Xem tiếp

Great hotel. Staff were friendly and the room was spacious enough for our family of three. Although not an issue for us and not a problem with the hotel at all, but more just a note that Da Nang has a LOT of construction going on and this can continue until very late at night and start up again early in the morning so if you are a light sleeper you may want to get a room at the back. The villa itself, as you can see in the pictures, is pretty, nature-friendly, and insta-worthy! They provide tasty food as well, so it's a fun start to your day if you choose to have breakfast there. Also, the foot bath they offer was quite a romantic experience! And most importantly, the staffs were, I seriously cannot emphasize this enough, AMAZING. They all went above and beyond to accommodate us with our needs and requests as much as possible, and always were prompt with their actions. I lost a room card somewhere along the way, and thinking I left it in the Grab car I took back to the hotel, I asked for help. And since Grab didn't let me call the driver for some reason, they somehow figured ways to contact the driver. I'm writing too much. Conclusion is, they are amazing, the facility is funfun, and I highly recommend it! Xem tiếp

首先说一下实物与图片非常相符，跟父母一起住的家庭套房带阳台，房间宽敞，阳台可以看到大海，很舒服。酒店早餐非常可口，服务态度很好！ 下午6点到9点可以要泡脚水送到房间泡脚，非常舒服，尤其出去玩一天回来泡一下，完美！ 如果想在酒店游泳还是别计划了，非常小的游泳池 玩水可以 还有免费的按摩椅可以享受，另外酒店离沙滩很近，步行200米可达， 位置虽然不是很中心但是去哪里的一日团都可以来接！ 总之很推荐，性价比很高。 最后说一下酒店工作人员基本英文都不错，还有一个会中文的 哈哈哈哈。交流无障碍！ Xem tiếp
