Ks gần ngay trung tâm phố đi bộ.. rất sạch sẽ và được nhân viên thay đồ mỗi ngày. Đầy đủ mọi thứ như ngày đầu nhận phòng. Nhân viên từ lễ tân đến dọn phòng đều tuyệt vời. Ks tuy nhỏ nhưng mọi thứ đều mang lại cho khách cảm giác thật bình yên với kỳ nghỉ của mình. Xem tiếp

The staff was very friendly but weren’t knowledgeable about transportation. They told me next bus to Hanoi is 19h, but I didn’t listen and went to the bus station and was on my way at 13:30h They also said there was no city bus that goes to the main bus station, that I would have to take a taxi, when there is and it stops in front of the jewellery store about 500m away, I found out from a local and saved myself time and money. Have stayed in Hanoi on 3 occasions, this is the first time i've stayed in the Jeanne Hotel. When we got close to the hotel i had trepidations as it was a very busy street and down an alley however, it is, by far one of the best hotel i've stayed in in SE Asia. The staff are brilliant from the door to reception to the help desk...they couldn't do enough without being overbearing. Rooms are clean, modern and all the facilities were as they should be. Considering you are literally 50 yards from a very busy/popular street i couldn't hear any noise overnight. Loads of places to eat/drink/shop nearby and within walking distance of the lake. Excellent value for most cleanest room and best shower ever! However, the manager is very keen on keeping your white towel spotless clean,otherwise you have to pay 150.000 dong which happens to us! We tried to offer solution to bring it to laundry by ourselves but they refuse it! Even when it can be washed away easily, but they still refuse it! We were very offended! Didn't even say goodbye and thank you when we left. Too bad we don't come here again. Xem tiếp

We stayed at Jeanne hotel for 2 nights on our way back from doing the Hà Giang loop and this hotel was amazing! It was insanely clean and the staff were super nice! The beds were super comfortable as well! Lots of places to eat nearby! Definitely would come back here ! Xem tiếp

Basic hotel but for a cheap price. Good location on high street, 5-10mins walk from bus station, maIn village square and market. On main route for bus to Waterfalls, no official stop just wave down. Room was basic but for the price we didn’t expect anything more. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Cao bang at a fair price we’d recommend here Xem tiếp

A very nice little hotel in main street close to restaurants, with buses running past the door. Very well run by helpful Mr Thanh who speaks English as does the night porter but not the day porter. However Mr Thanh also owns the cafe next door so is on hand all day. Spotlessly clean, pleasant little bedroom with beautiful bathroom. Recommend you go on the top floor to avoid noise from street and take a side view not the front (which overlooks the main road). The more expensive rooms are the top 2 floors but it's worth it. No breakfast or other meals. If you prefer western breakfast the closest you can find is at nearby bakery but everything is sugared. Vegetarians will have more difficulty as few people speak English and you might not know what you're getting to eat, in this case go to Thu Ngau restaurant at 121 Xuan Truong Road where they have the Vietnamese version of fast food but everything is pre cooked and laid out so you know what you're eating. Stayed here for a night, because unsure of connecting bus timing (Hanoi to Cao Bang, Cao Bang to Ban Gioc). My aim is to get to Ban Gioc waterfalls the next day. Hotel is near Cao Bang bus terminal (10mins walk), have to cross river via the bridge. Shower/bathroom is new and clean. Everything (towels, blanket, bedsheet etc) looked clean. One of the staff (owner??) speaks good English and can give you guidance. Cao Bang to Ban Gioc bus (~every 30mins) will pass by hotel, before heading to outside of bus terminal, then to Ban Gioc waterfalls. Just flag the bus. Bus ride is 2.5hrs, 70,000VND. Owner can help to arrange for bus back to Hanoi at no extra fee and offers free pick up from hotel to bus terminal. Cao Bang-> Hanoi bus fare 200K VND for sleeper, same as other passengers. Xem tiếp
